This time, I stopped by to have dessert. This restaurant not only serves delicious meals, but the desserts made by the chef are also amazing ❤️ Even though I'm not very interested in sweets, I almost always order them here. Highly recommended (*☻-☻*) It was delicious!! Thank you for the mealヾ(๑╹◡╹)ノ"

Originally located in Sekime, Shimane-ya has relocated to Kitahama! They have a great selection of local products from Shimane, such as Akaten red tempura and a variety of Japanese sake including Tenon and Shichikanko. The only downside was that they didn't have Wari-kosoba nearby. However, they do offer soba which was delicious! Thank you for the meal!

You can enjoy Shimane's cuisine and sake at a place called Shimaneya. It's suitable for large groups, so the atmosphere may be noisy at times. The staff are friendly and lively. The sashimi platter, grilled green onions, and potato and mentaiko salad were all delicious.

This restaurant recommended by colleagues is an izakaya that specializes in dishes related to Shimane prefecture. The sashimi was the highlight of the day, with fresh squid taken from the tank and prepared right in front of us. The sword tip and squid legs were also made into delicious tempura. They had a great selection of Shimane sake like Iwami Ginzan, as well as bottled Akahoshi beer in addition to draft beer. Overall, it was a satisfying dining experience.

I came late today, but I still stopped by. Whenever I come here, I am satisfied with the delicious food. The only problem is that the food is so good that I end up drinking too much alcohol (laughs). Today was also delicious!! Thank you for the meal!!

I went to see the autumn leaves and then had dinner on my way back. In Kitahama, I found a specialty izakaya focused on Shimane Prefecture. It was almost full. I started with a beer and then placed the following orders: sashimi, Ishizushi (sushi served on tiles), Gawa Soba (buckwheat noodles served on tiles), boiled seko crab, ara-ni (simmered fish head), recommended taro tempura with grated daikon and ponzu sauce, Shimane beef tataki, cod milt tempura, deep-fried Jerusalem artichoke and spinach gnocchi, Matsue oden, and a variety of Shimane sake. The food was delicious, and the sake selection was great. It seems like there are many delicious things in Shimane. Thank you for the meal.

We chose this restaurant near the hotel for our second stop on our night out in Osaka. The restaurant focuses on dishes from Shimane Prefecture, and there were plenty of Shimane dishes to choose from. I lived in Matsue City for about three years, so I have strong feelings for Shimane, and the staff helped us choose a variety of dishes. We paid around 3,500 yen and were satisfied with our meal.

Today I visited Shimaneya, where they have recently started stocking crabs. It's been a while since I had a big crab, but today I had the chance to enjoy one. I tried the deep-fried crab roe for the first time, and it went really well with alcohol. It was delicious as always! Thank you for the meal!

Today, a few of us visited the restaurant and ordered various dishes. Everything was delicious, but the boiled cod head was especially tasty! The akaten and Shimane vegetable salad is something we order almost every time. We are satisfied!

I wanted to eat hot pot, so I asked Shimane-ya to make it for me (●´ω`●). The Shimane pork was especially delicious, and I ended up having seconds (*^◯^*). The crab was also easy to eat and very good. It was delicious, I'm sorry for asking so much! I am satisfied!!

Shimaneya @ Kitahama I tried entering late at night It seems like an izakaya that uses ingredients from Shimane Prefecture. Even though it's past 10 PM, there are only a few seats available at the counter and it's quite crowded. I started with a small beer and waited for the half-dried chibi nodoguro. While waiting, I had some delicious oden, daikon, thick fried tofu, and burdock tempura. Yum (*´ч`*) When I looked at the drink menu, I noticed that they didn't have shochu. I asked and they said they have a brand from somewhere. There were not many options for sweet potato shochu. The chibi nodoguro took some time to arrive, but it was delicious (*´ч`*) I switched to sake instead of shochu and had hiyaoroshi "Tenmitsu" which was refreshing and easy to drink. There were two young men and two women managing the place, with space at the counter and tables in the back. Even after 11 PM, there were multiple groups of customers coming in. It seems to be a popular place. #Izakaya #Beer #Shochu #Sake #Nodoguro #Oden #KitahamaGourmet #KitahamaDrinks

■ Date and Time: May 14th (Saturday) 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
■ Scene: Dinner (2 people)
■ Cost: Approximately 5,000 yen
■ Food: Assorted sashimi, Yomogi-fu and komatsuna salad, Tempura bamboo shoots, Oki Island silk seaweed, Dried squid marinated in malt, Miso cucumber, White clam liver, Kaki one-bite bowl, Clam soup
■ Impression: I stayed at a hotel near Kitahama in Osaka for a business trip and decided to find a delicious restaurant around Kitahama with my wife on the weekend. We found this restaurant. As the name suggests, they had a wide variety of Shimane prefecture dishes and sake. The cost performance was amazing. The silk seaweed, miso cucumber, and dried squid marinated in malt were all delicious and of sufficient quality as sake snacks, but all priced at 300 yen each, which is unbelievable. The MVP was the white clam liver. It's hard to imagine liver as a dish, but it tasted like a deeper version of crab miso, spread on the shellfish. It was so delicious! The portion was quite generous, and I ended up having 3 cups of sake with this dish. Yes, this dish was only 750 yen, too cheap. The staff were also very friendly, and when I asked for recommended sake, they gave me various options and made it enjoyable. I will definitely come back to this place whenever I visit Osaka.

Shimane-ya is the perfect place for a solo dining experience during the week before Golden Week. The atmosphere is fantastic and the food is delicious. The bacon and whatever potage served as a starter was surprisingly tasty. I was impressed! I paired it with a cold Sapporo Black Label draft beer, which was refreshing and delicious. I tried the salted mackerel roe for the first time, and it was salty, spicy, and absolutely delicious. For sashimi, I had a platter with sea bass, domestic salmon, horse mackerel, and Spanish mackerel - a little luxury for one person. The firefly squid and spring vegetable tempura were amazing, especially the firefly squid. The beer I had with it had a sweet aroma that reminded me of my first love. The clam miso soup was rich and delicious. I also tried the clam Vaitzen beer, which was a high-quality beer with a sweet aroma. The clam soup was delicious and subtly flavored, a true testament to their confidence in their ingredients. I still have many dishes I want to try, so I will definitely be back soon!

Lively restaurant with delicious food. Fresh seafood and small dishes that go well with Japanese sake. Enjoyed watching the preparation of fresh spear squid sashimi and having it grilled. The staff's passion for the restaurant is amazing and energizing. Definitely a place I want to visit again. The grilled eel was so tasty, I would love to have it again someday...

Shimane-ya... As the name suggests, you can enjoy sake and dishes from Shimane Prefecture here. They also serve Matsue's local beer, Bia Heln's draft beer! The sashimi, pufferfish with green onion and ponzu sauce, and seared tuna rolls are all delicious. Pair them with the freshly squeezed Kankai Nihonkai from Nihonkai Sake Brewery. The staff at the restaurant are friendly, and the cost performance is good. It seems to be a popular spot. It's a great place for solo drinking at the counter.

Shimane-ya is an izakaya restaurant located in Kitahama that serves dishes from Shimane Prefecture. The lunch menu includes dishes like the Iwami Gawa Gozen, sashimi set meal, and daily special set meal. The restaurant plays energetic J-pop music, creating a lively atmosphere. The Iwami Gawa Gozen is served on a tile plate and includes seafood rolls, grilled jaw, salad with Hamada's famous red tempura, sake lees-grilled pork shoulder loin, rolled omelette, and spinach rolls. The soy sauce for the spinach rolls was too sweet for my liking. Overall, the food was decent for the price.

I visited this restaurant as the conclusion of my business trip to Osaka. I enjoyed the dry stout from Ishii, the sake from Gin-Sakura, and the sashimi and bacon from the menu. I think the atmosphere of the restaurant, the drinks, and the food were all great. It could be because I was a bit drunk, but I believe it's a good restaurant.
