To please our guest who loves Japanese sake, we prepared a premium all-you-can-drink Japanese sake course - where you can drink premium Japanese sake such as Tanaka, Hakkaisan, Kokuryu, Takaragiri, Kido, and Dassai as much as you like. The dishes for the all-you-can-drink course included boiled komatsuna and dried young sardines, a sashimi platter, grilled oysters with mentaiko and grated yam, two types of kushikatsu, beef shabu with sea urchin miso, chawanmushi, and a seasonal rice dish, pickles, soup, and more. We had a great time reminiscing about our college days, enjoying delicious Japanese sake, and I ended up drinking too much and turning into a red Ranger - haha.
