I thoroughly enjoyed it! It was my first time at a sweets buffet!!! It was so much fun!!! Personally, my favorites were the potato, meat sauce and curry, udon, and ice cream (lol). As for cakes, I liked the pudding roll, Sachertorte, and sweet potato tart! ♡ It was a Friday afternoon but surprisingly crowded and almost full, luckily we had a reservation so we could get in smoothly. Reservations are a must, I'll do the same next time (*˙︶˙*)ﾉ If I feel like eating sweets along with food again, I'll definitely go back!!!!

I revisited Tennoji Mio's Sweet Paradise from early afternoon and enjoyed the Sweet Paradise Course (70-minute time limit, price: 1490 yen including tax). This marks my 40th visit to Tennoji Mio's Sweet Paradise. Despite it being a weekday towards the end of summer vacation, the place was crowded with many customers who had made reservations in advance. Even though it was past the lunchtime peak, I was able to secure a seat 30 minutes earlier than my scheduled reservation time of 2:30 PM. Additionally, from today until September 5th, they have started offering a Japanese melon and mango all-you-can-eat course (100-minute time limit, weekday price: 3200 yen including tax, weekend price: 3500 yen including tax). Customers who choose this course will be served Miyako Island mangoes on their first plate. (Additional note) From September 6th, Sweet Paradise will also offer a Shine Muscat and melon all-you-can-eat course (100-minute time limit, weekday price: 3200 yen including tax, weekend price: 3500 yen including tax).

I enjoyed the all-you-can-eat peach and mango course at Suipara on the 11th floor of MIO Tennoji Main Store (100-minute time limit, weekday price: 3200 yen tax included, weekend price: 3500 yen tax included). It was the first Saturday of summer vacation, so the restaurant was already packed with families, as well as customers using the collaboration cafe for the 10th anniversary of Urashimasakatafune, even before lunchtime.

After finishing my day shift work and before starting my night shift, I had the Suipara course at Suipara in Tennoji Mio Main Building (70-minute time limit, price: 1490 yen including tax). The snack corner was a bit crowded during dinner time, and they had run out of pasta fries, so only popcorn was available. Last month, I forgot to take a photo of the Spicy Demi Sauce Pasta when I visited for the unlimited Hodota City-grown melon and mango course, so this time I got my revenge and also tried pouring the spicy demi sauce over rice to have it like Hayashi rice. By the way, the Yamagata peach and mango unlimited course (100-minute time limit, weekday price: 3200 yen including tax, weekend price: 3500 yen including tax) started on the 8th of this month. During the Obon holiday period, the weekend price is applied, so even on weekdays it's 3500 yen including tax.

After finishing my day shift work in Japan in June of the 5th year of Reiwa, I visited Tennoji Mio and enjoyed a melon and mango all-you-can-eat course from Hitachi City (100-minute time limit, weekday price: 3200 yen including tax, weekend price: 3500 yen including tax) in between shifts before starting my night shift. Cherries were not part of the all-you-can-eat menu, but were served as a first plate. However, it was crowded with students heading home for dinner.

In May of the 5th year of Reiwa, I revisited Swipara at Tennoji MIO Main Building on my way home from work and had the special course (80-minute time limit, price: 1690 yen including tax). The special course at Swipara used to be the Häagen-Dazs Gelato all-you-can-eat course, but now it includes Häagen-Dazs Gelato, salad, and potatoes in the Swipara course (formerly the Standard all-you-can-eat course with a 70-minute time limit and a price of 1490 yen including tax). (Additional note) The Swipara Hitachi City-grown melon & mango all-you-can-eat course (100-minute time limit, weekday price: 3200 yen including tax, weekend/holiday price: 3500 yen including tax) will start on the 17th of this month. The brand strawberry & mango all-you-can-eat course will end on the 16th of this month.

In April of the 5th year of Reiwa, after revisiting the vehicle base cleaning business and working overnight as an assistant, I stopped by Suipara in Tennoji Mio and had the brand strawberry & mango all-you-can-eat course (time limit: 100 minutes. Weekday price: 3200 yen including tax. Weekend price: 3500 yen including tax). The time limit for the brand strawberry & mango all-you-can-eat course remains at 100 minutes, but the price has increased significantly from 2800 yen (including tax) to 3200 yen (including tax) on weekdays, and 3500 yen (including tax) on weekends. Additionally, only the all-you-can-eat fruit course has different prices for weekdays and weekends. Today's time service is chicken tempura.

On the final day of a 4-day weekend in February of the 5th year of Reiwa, I revisited Suipara at Tennoji Mio in the morning and enjoyed the "All-you-can-eat Brand Strawberry Course - Amaou or Suiparahime, which side are you on?" (Time limit: 100 minutes. Price: 2800 yen including tax). The place was crowded from the opening at 10 am on a Sunday, with many customers who had made advance reservations for the Compass x Suipara collaboration cafe and the Brand Strawberry All-you-can-eat Course. By 11 am, before lunchtime, the place was already fully booked.

I revisited Tennoji Mio's Sweet Paradise yesterday after 3 months and enjoyed the all-you-can-eat course of premium strawberries and aged Shine Muscat grapes (limited to 100 minutes, price: 2800 yen including tax). The price for the all-you-can-eat fruit buffet has increased from 2580 yen (including tax) to 2800 yen (including tax), which was a 220 yen increase. It was Coming of Age Day and the last day of a 3-day weekend, so there were already 2 families with children waiting when the store opened at 10 o'clock. Surprisingly, I was able to enter smoothly after a 7-minute wait despite not having a reservation. However, it was already quite crowded earlier than during lunchtime. I will be back next Tuesday to have the premium strawberry and aged Shine Muscat grape all-you-can-eat course at Sweet Paradise for a rematch.

In October of the 4th year of Reiwa, I revisited Suipara Tennoji Mio store on the first Sunday of last year's October and had the Shine Muscat & Nagano Purple all-you-can-eat course (limited to 100 minutes. Price: 2580 yen including tax). It included a drink bar, fruits (not only Shine Muscat and Nagano Purple, but also Kyoho grapes, mango, melon), sweets, pasta, salad bar, curry, soup, pasta salad, fried potatoes, popcorn, and pasta fritters. Additionally, for the fruit all-you-can-eat course, frozen baked sweet potatoes were served on one plate. I ate until I was full within the 100-minute time limit.

In September of the 4th year of Reiwa, I revisited Tennoji Mio's Sweet Paradise, where I had their Shine Muscat & Melon all-you-can-eat course (limited to 100 minutes, priced at 2580 yen including tax) last autumn. In addition to Shine Muscat and Melon, there were also Kyoho grapes and mango available as part of the fruit selection. Furthermore, during Sweet Paradise's autumn harvest festival, the pasta sauce selection included a limited-time creamy mushroom sauce, so I tried the mushroom cream pasta. On that day, there happened to be corn and potatoes at the pasta corner, so I also enjoyed those, making it an early taste of the autumn appetite.

Recommended buffet for 1490 yen. I arrived around 6pm on a weekday and the restaurant was almost full. The buffet includes unlimited soup, pasta, curry, popcorn, ice cream, and cake. The cheesecake was the most delicious! The curry was also very satisfying.笑

In August of the 4th year of Reiwa, I revisited the Suipara at Tennoji Mio, where I had visited last summer. I tried the all-you-can-eat peach course from Okinawa, Miyako Island, and Yamanashi (limited to 100 minutes, price: 2580 yen including tax). In addition to mangoes and peaches, the fruit options also included melons and watermelons. I was surprised that watermelons were included in the all-you-can-eat menu at Suipara! By the way, this visit marked my 30th time visiting the Suipara Tennoji Mio store.

In July of the 4th year of Reiwa, I revisited Tennoji Mio's Fruit Paradise, where I enjoyed an all-you-can-eat course featuring Okinawa Miyako Island mangoes and Yamanashi peaches (limited to 100 minutes, price: 2,580 yen including tax). In addition to three types of mangoes and peaches, there were also all-you-can-eat Yamagata cherries "Sato Nishiki" and melons, making it truly a fruit paradise! o(^o^)o

In June of the 4th year of Reiwa, I revisited my favorite Tennoji Mio's Sweet Paradise and had the Melon & Mango all-you-can-eat course (tax included price: 2580 yen. Time limit: 100 minutes). In Sweet Paradise stores in the Kanto area and Sendai Parco store, we could also enjoy all-you-can-eat "Sato Nishiki" cherries from Yamagata Prefecture. However, in other Sweet Paradise stores, Sato Nishiki cherries were provided on one plate. There was a seasonal limited edition pasta sauce with seafood tonkotsu dipping noodle sauce, so I tried dipping pasta in it. It was a bit spicy and personally, I felt that the combination of pasta and dipping noodle sauce was quite mismatched and felt awkward.

In February of the 4th year of Reiwa, I revisited my favorite Tennoji Mio's sweet paradise in mid-February and enjoyed the morning-picked brand strawberries all-you-can-eat course for three consecutive months (time limit: 100 minutes. Price: 2580 yen including tax). As a time service, there was a burnt soy sauce pasta with tuna and green onions, flavored with garlic, which I could enjoy in between sweets (*^^*)

I revisited last year's late January in January of Reiwa 4, after a night shift at work. I enjoyed the morning-picked brand strawberry all-you-can-eat course at my favorite Tennoji Mio's Sweet Paradise for two consecutive months. There was a time-limited Carbonara offered as a time service, which I could enjoy in between the sweets, but it sold out quickly. (^_^;)

In mid-December before Christmas in the third year of Reiwa, I revisited the Suipara in Tennoji Mio, where I enjoyed the morning-picked brand strawberry all-you-can-eat course (100-minute time limit, price: 2580 yen including tax) for the second week in a row, following last week's visit to the Suipara in Umeda. In addition to the fried potato all-you-can-eat offer for the Christmas season, a special Christmas chicken plate was also served.

I revisited in October of Reiwa 3 (the day before Halloween) two years ago during the Halloween season. It was my first time enjoying the Shine Muscat and Kyoho grape all-you-can-eat course with my female colleagues from work. The course had a time limit of 100 minutes and cost 2580 yen including tax. Besides Shine Muscat and Kyoho grapes, we could also enjoy other fruits like Pione grapes, apples, and Halloween-themed oranges. The place was crowded when it opened at 11 am due to it being the day before Halloween, but we were able to get a cute ghost plate as a Halloween special limited to the fruit buffet course. It was a fun way to get into the Halloween spirit.

In August of the third year of Reiwa, I revisited the same summer as two years ago and enjoyed the all-you-can-eat peach and melon course at Tennoji Mio's Suipara, my go-to spot. The course had a time limit of 100 minutes and cost 2580 yen including tax. It had been almost a month since my last visit, and this time they also offered a fresh peach juice once during the all-you-can-eat peach and melon course. The place was quite crowded due to it being the end of the summer vacation and many customers using the Nijisanji collaboration cafe's advance reservation service.
