"I visited Rikuro Ojisan's Suminoe Koen Park store, a place I have used many times before, to satisfy my craving for their cheesecake. It was a Sunday morning when I visited. There was a long line of people waiting for the freshly baked cheesecake, which is highly recommended for dining in. Since I couldn't wait for the freshly baked one, I decided to buy a pre-baked cheesecake instead. I believe that when taken home, even if it's not freshly baked, it's still delicious. It's all about the feeling, right? At home, you can microwave it to make it fluffy and moist again, or refrigerate it for a different kind of deliciousness. In addition to the cheesecake, I also bought the Rikuro Ranch Sandwich. Although I wanted to try the Fluffy Tamagoyaki Sandwich, I decided to pass on it this time since I couldn't eat too much. My favorite at Rikuro, the Coleslaw Dog, seems to be missing lately. The Chikuwa Bread is also delicious! So, I enjoyed a delicious lunch at home. The cheesecake costs 965 yen, made with Danish cream cheese, Hokkaido milk, butter, fresh eggs, and homemade raisins. It's a handmade fluffy cheesecake. However, I noticed that the price has gone up quite a bit since my last visit... In August 2019, it was 725 yen! I guess it can't be helped considering the current situation in the world, but I have some thoughts about the government too, which I won't write about here. I sometimes mention it a little on Twitter. Rikuro Ojisan has become all wrinkled up... he's practically Rikuro Ojiichan now! I reheated and enjoyed the sandwich, which was still a little warm. It's filled with Mozzarella and Gouda cheese, with a creamy bechamel sauce and bacon. It's made with Rikuro's Milk Bread, and you can taste the richness of the bacon and cheese. Delicious! After filling up on cheesecake and sandwiches, I had a happy lunch. I also stopped by Suminoe Koen Park near Rikuro Ojisan's store. The lotus flowers blooming in the "Oike" pond at Suminoe Koen Park in Osaka's Suminoe-ku. The lotus flowers at Suminoe Koen Park are in full bloom from mid-June to mid-August, blooming from around 5 am to 3 pm. The best time to admire the full bloom is from around 7 am to 9 am, but unfortunately, I went to Rikuro first, so I missed the peak time a bit. Additionally, I was moved by the sunflowers blooming in a place I happened to pass by. It seems like it's going to be a good day."
