The omelette, which is placed on top of the chicken rice, does not open dramatically when you cut it like an omelette you might find in a hotel restaurant. However, it is wrapped in a beautiful silky egg with a rich buttery aroma, and the smooth texture of the rare egg is delicious. The chicken rice wrapped in the omelette is also well-prepared, with diced chicken pieces cooked to perfection and a hint of sweetness from the ketchup. The second owner who took over the shop in 1986 is now elderly and was considering closing the shop. However, the regular customers intervened and helped facilitate the transition to the current third owner. In this day and age, many successful businesses close due to lack of successors, so it's heartwarming to see this kind of connection that allows the shop to be passed down through generations.
