I stopped by while shopping because there didn't seem to be much of a wait. There were sea bream and amberjack at the entrance, which got me a bit excited. I tried the salted seared sushi with mackerel and sea bream, but the saltiness was too strong for me. The seared sushi is their specialty, but it wasn't really to my liking. Overall, it was just average.

From the recommended seasonal sushi to the great value sets after being seated, we were carefully guided through our meal. We tried some new types of sushi that we don't usually order, and they were all delicious. The service was exceptionally attentive and went above and beyond our expectations. It was a wonderful dining experience.

Winter delicacy. The oysters were large and plump. Lightly seared and seasoned with rock salt. The deliciousness of the oysters overflowed. The sushi toppings are large and there are many recommended 3-point assortments, so you can enjoy a variety of toppings and be very satisfied. I will definitely go back for the shirako ponzu and oysters!

There was a winter seafood vibe with dishes like yellowtail and shirako. The shirako had a delicious creamy texture that was satisfying, I wanted to order two more dishes of shirako ponzu. The yellowtail was thickly sliced and each piece was large, so it was very filling! I will come back next month to eat again!

I stopped by for a light lunch. They were having a toro fair, and it was delicious. If you register on the Aeon app, you can get a coupon for 3 pieces of sushi for today, so registration is a must! You can try sushi that you don't normally order, so it's also a new discovery.

Visited a revolving sushi restaurant that focuses on seared dishes. The restaurant has branches in Tokyo and Fukuoka, with only two stores in each location. Tried dishes such as seared salmon with grated daikon and yuzu ponzu, seared toro iwashi with grated daikon and yuzu ponzu, seared squid with charred soy sauce, adult kappa maki, tekka maki, toro taku gunkan, salmon wrapped in seaweed, and specialty meat miso-stuffed nasu nigiri. The prices are a bit higher compared to other revolving sushi restaurants in AEON Mall, but the quality of the ingredients is good. However, there seems to be a slight lack of variety in the menu.

I visited ABURI Hyakkan in Aeon Mall in Chikushino City. They were promoting tuna heavily, with a tuna cutting show and all. The tuna, both lean and fatty, had a genuine and delicious taste without any fishy smell. The prices matched the quality of the food. I tried to order the "Tuna is delicious" dish, but it was sold out after just one serving. It was a bit surprising considering how much they were promoting tuna. Overall, it was a great meal.

This morning, a flyer for a restaurant was inserted in the newspaper at the restaurant street of Aeon Chikushino in Chikushino City, Fukuoka Prefecture, which was also the opening day. The restaurant is a revolving sushi restaurant that originally started as a dining establishment in Tsukiji Fish Market and has three stores in the Kanto region, making its first landing in Fukuoka this time. They even airlift black tuna directly from Toyosu Market, so expectations were high. I decided to give up on the lunch I had planned and headed to the restaurant. I withdrew 3000 yen from the Aeon ATM and arrived at 11:15 am, but there was an entry restriction due to the current situation. I had to wait for about 30 minutes before being called to the counter seats, where I could order using a touch panel. I decided to go for the following dishes for my lunch that day: ⚫︎Assorted raw tuna = 490 yen (excluding tax) - Limited-time price ⚫︎Live yellowtail (2 pieces) = 290 yen (excluding tax) ⚫︎Horse mackerel (2 pieces) = 180 yen (excluding tax) ⚫︎Yellowtail amberjack (2 pieces) = 240 yen (excluding tax) I ordered these four dishes totaling 9 pieces. I didn't order any soup as usual, as long as there was tea. The sushi handed over the counter looked great, so I took a photo of all of them. The tuna looked especially delicious. I couldn't wait to eat them all. The sweetness of the fatty tuna was delightful, and even the lean tuna was sweet, making me want to order more, but alas, I had to restrain myself due to financial constraints. The yellowtail and yellowtail amberjack had a satisfying texture, showcasing the freshness of the fish. The yellowtail had a good amount of fat, and all the toppings were impressive. Unfortunately, the rice portions were small, so even after eating all four dishes, I didn't feel full. This was probably because the restaurants in the Kanto region typically serve sushi with smaller rice portions. Despite this, the freshness of the toppings was impeccable. The total payment for the four dishes came to 1320 yen including tax, which I found to be a reasonable price. Now, I wonder if I should eat some ramen to fill my stomach.

I ordered a set meal and it was delicious.

I was skeptical because it was a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, but it turned out to be a good value for the money. I was happy that I could eat abalone sashimi for only 500 yen.
