When passing by the store, you can smell the delicious aroma of bread. The eat-in corner is always crowded whenever you go. They open from 7 am. ★Salmon and Cheese Sandwich A healthy sandwich with tomato and avocado. The refreshing mayonnaise is like dressing, making it delicious even on hot days. ★Thick French Toast made with Lenge Rice Bread A French toast made with Lenge rice bread, a specialty of Kawata. It is chewy and sweet. The French toast is not too sweet and very delicious. ★Café Latte (M) A slightly bitter espresso mixed with smooth and creamy milk, creating a rich and delicious flavor.

I get off at Moriguchi Station and decide to stop by T-Site for the first time in a while. I peek into this bakery on the first floor, where I see a few people eating inside. Since I'm here, I decide to buy some bread for tomorrow morning. Unfortunately, there aren't that many bread options on display. After looking around, I decide to purchase the following three items:
- German Sausage (360 yen): A thick sausage sits on top of the bread. I toast it before eating. The bread is soft and the sausage is delicious.
- Corn Potato Boule (280 yen): This bread has chunks of potato and corn, adding a nice texture. It's topped with mayonnaise sauce, which has a hint of sweetness.
- Butter Caramel Donut (240 yen): A crispy donut with a slightly sweet taste. It's not as sweet as it looks, making it easy to eat. Thank you for the meal!

This is a bakery on the T site. It's a good option to eat here before heading to Starbucks as the prices there are a bit high. The bread here is delicious! Thank you for the meal!

♡[THE GROUNDS BAKER]♡ Osaka❤︎ Hirakata♡ Morning set for ¥600♡ Monthly morning activity with Naho-chan ( ఠ͜ఠ )♡ Located on the first floor of Hirakata tsite, this bakery uses rice flour and wheat flour to make their bread, resulting in a chewy texture for most of their breads! With a variety of bread options, it's hard to choose just one (ᐡ o̴̶̷᷄ ̫ o̴̶̷̥᷅ ᐡ) Prices are also quite reasonableദ്ദി˶ー̀֊ー́ )♡ They serve morning sets until 11:00! The bread is made using Renge rice from the local area, and they also use Renge rice bran to make the bread. They knead the dough using fragrant and flavorful French Isigny brand butter from Konoya Sanno Sake Brewery, creating a unique and delicious bread ( *¯꒳¯*) The concept of "eating what is locally grown locally" has been gaining popularity lately•*¨*•.¸¸♪ It's wonderful to be able to enjoy fresh produce from the area, while also reducing transportation costsദി ᷇ᵕ ᷆ )♡ This time, I ordered a morning set with ham and eggs, salad, and yogurt, along with the special bread. The bread had a unique texture and a hint of alcohol aroma, making it a delightful treat ( ˃ ᵕ ˂ )♡ Thank you for always joining me on our local morning activities\♥︎/♡

Lunch Salad Set for 730 yen (includes thick and juicy German sausage, iced coffee, and salad. Any bread under 370 yen is acceptable) ~ Situation ~ Visited on Thursday around 13:20, last seating. ~ Couple Points ~ A bakery popular with female customers. Sharing is possible. ~ Taste ~ The bread was soft and slightly sweet, and I loved the juicy sausage. I wonder what dressing was on the salad? It was oil-based and just to my liking. My wife's ham cutlet burger was more filling, so those with bigger appetites should try it. The coffee I couldn't finish came with a lid for takeout, which was convenient. ~ Other points of interest ~ Shared restroom available (clean). Accepts various credit cards.

A trendy bakery that suits the Tsite vibe. The sausage bread had authentic sausage, bread, and mustard that went well together. It was delicious. The salt bread had a unique flavor and moist texture, possibly from sake lees. Thank you for the meal.

I went with my child and parents to ride on the Thomas the Tank Engine wrapped train on the Keihan line and enjoyed a stamp rally. On the way back, we had a light meal at the bakery on the first floor of T-SITE. The shop always seems busy with a variety of hearty, high-calorie breads. My child ate egg sandwiches and croquette sandwiches enthusiastically. I finished up my child's leftovers and enjoyed a pumpkin salad pumpkin bun. The mellow pumpkin salad and the chewy pumpkin bun were a delightful treat for pumpkin lovers.

Takeout available! There were many customers in the store from the morning. Each bread is individually packed, maybe for COVID-19 measures. There is also seating inside, but the distance between the bread display and the customers eating in was a bit close. They have a decent variety of bread, especially a lot of types of sandwich bread. The hard donuts had a crunchy texture, different from regular donuts and very satisfying! The kinako bread had a strong kinako flavor which I liked. Used a coin parking for parking.

I went to this shop located inside T-SITE near Keihan Hirakata City Station. Every time I passed by, I thought it was a stylish store. They have a decent variety of bread, and you can also eat in like a cafe. There are many delicious-looking breads, but I also felt that some of them were a bit pricey. I bought the Luxurious Milk French (390 yen excluding tax), Crispy Pickled Vegetable Cheese (250 yen), and German Sausage (320 yen) to take home. The Luxurious Milk French... It looked hard, but it was actually softer than I expected, like a soft French bread. The combination of cream and salted butter made it rich and creamy. I also felt it was a bit expensive. Crispy Pickled Vegetable Cheese... I forgot to take a photo. It had a crispy dough with pickled vegetables, bacon, and cheese. Pickled vegetables and cheese go well together. It felt like eating pizza. The thickness of the bread was also good! This is the wife's recommended bread. German Sausage... It had a slightly burnt crust and a shiny sausage. It really makes you want to buy it. The sausage had a satisfying texture, and the mustard added a nice touch, which paired well with the bread. If they put this near the entrance, you would definitely buy it. They frequently display freshly baked bread, so I would like to try eating inside next time. Thank you for the meal!

The atmosphere of the shop is very nice with natural light coming in from outside. They have a wide variety of breads, all of which look very appealing. The downside was that I ate inside the shop and didn't receive a hand towel or plate, which was disappointing. The bread, both savory and sweet, was delicious and had good value for money. It's a shop I would like to visit again!

It seems that this bakery shop is affiliated with 'R BAKER' bakery, with stores in Chiba Prefecture's Kashiwa Takashimaya Station Mall and Hirakata T-SITE. They offer various types of anpan, and this time I tried the following:
- Kinako Anpan: Anpan with kinako mixed into the red bean paste, giving it a traditional rice cake-like flavor. The bread dough is soft and fluffy, and the red bean paste is moist. The balance between the dough and the filling is perfect. It truly feels like eating a rice cake. The use of rice flour adds to the Japanese ambiance. The simple yet nice packaging for each piece is also appealing. They offer a variety of anpan flavors, including Daizu, Purple Sweet Potato, Yuzu, Mandarin Orange, Kinako, Matcha, Kurogoma, Hojicha, among others. Some flavors are available only during specific periods or at specific stores. Other flavors include Black Bean, Lemon, Black Tea, White Bean Gorgonzola, Grape, Mascarpone Milk, Sakura, Strawberry, Pumpkin. They all look delicious! The leaflet also introduces affiliated shops nationwide. I would love to try more of their anpan varieties. Thank you for the meal.

Located on the first floor of T-SITE in Hirakata, this shop has always caught my eye, but it's always full. This time, I decided to purchase takeout. Near the entrance, there is a sign that says "Student discount. Get a free drink with the purchase of two breads." I don't have a student ID, so I just made a regular purchase and payment. This area has many students, and since it's located in a bookstore with many students, maybe that's why they offer this service? I envy the student discount... There are many types of bread displayed, with a "Popular ranking" that catches your eye. The sausage bread with a striking appearance, bagels filled with gorgonzola and cream cheese, deep-fried cream bread, salt bread, and more. I ended up buying seven different kinds without even considering the top three ranked ones. They all had strong and delicious flavors! I regret buying seven of them, but they were so good that I couldn't stop eating. My spouse and I ate them all and were full. They were delicious, but a bit pricey for everyday consumption. T-SITE has various shops, making it fun to explore different foods. Thank you for the meal.

This price is great for being able to have a salad morning set from morning in Osaka. The salad was fresh and it came with bread and coffee, so it was a good deal. However, the staff were a bit loud, saying things like "The bread is baked!" It was a bit distracting because I wanted a quiet and relaxing morning.

Today is Sunday, which means it's time for my monthly haircut in Hirakata. Lately, I've been making it a routine to go to Hirakata-shi Station early and have breakfast at this place. It's located on the first floor of T-SITE in front of Hirakata-shi Station. This time, I ordered the French toast and morning salad set.
- French toast: 250 yen
It's topped with powdered sugar, which adds a nice touch. It's moist and delicious.
- Morning salad set: 350 yen
It comes with salad, a mini bread of the day, and a drink. I only expected one mini bread, but they served me two, which was a nice surprise. The salad includes edamame and various vegetables, so you can get a good variety of veggies. I chose iced coffee as my drink. I think the set for 350 yen is quite a good deal.

This day was Sunday. I actually wanted to go for a haircut a week ago, but the train service was suspended due to a typhoon, so the salon had to cancel its operation. I had no choice but to postpone it for a week. There was a possibility of a typhoon on this day as well, but luckily it veered towards the Sea of Japan, so we were saved. Before the hair salon opened, I had breakfast at this shop located in T-SITE, a facility in front of Hirakatashi Station. I saw it on TV, and T-SITE seems to be a rare facility that the people of Hirakata are proud of. I ordered a German sausage and an iced coffee. The German sausage is a thick sausage placed on top of the bread. It has a crispy texture and juicy inside, and it is delicious. It's quite a popular shop, opening at 7 am, and there were many customers already there. I took a bus to the hair salon.

Osaka yakisoba mochi-mochi croissant donut ice coffee yakisoba bread, I knew it would be difficult to eat even before buying it. Why do bakeries and sandwich shops sell such difficult-to-eat items so easily? Maybe because it's a new creation, but still, there were a lot of customers. And most of them seemed like they were trying to act all sophisticated. There were hardly any local customers like me who just casually stopped by wearing flip-flops. I wonder if everyone came from far away just to try it out!?

I love both dumplings and bread, so I stopped by Osho's bakery. As a snack, I bought 3 eat-in breads and an iced coffee. The breads were satisfying and filling, ranging from 200 to 350 yen each. The iced coffee came in sizes S for 100 yen, M for 150 yen, and L for 200 yen. I ordered a M size for myself and a L size for my husband. It was quite strong in flavor.

The curry bread is well-fried, with thin dough, rich curry flavor, and ample meat. The New York babka is delicious, with lots of chocolate. There are also crispy ones. The red bean paste and butter are plentiful and wonderful.
