At Hakata Station, among the majority of pork bone ramen shops, there is a rare place that competes with spicy noodles. The usual level is 5 spiciness, so I ordered level 6. It came with a full lunch set with rice and gyoza. The flavor was outstanding, with a deliciously spicy taste as the main focus. As someone who likes spicy food, I think they could make it even spicier. The gyoza had a generous amount of meat filling with a slight sweetness, making it perfect to pair with the ramen. I already want to eat here again soon, it's addictive.

On my business trip back from Fukuoka, I had some time before my reserved Shinkansen departure, so I decided to head to the Ramen Street instead of getting my usual station bento. The name "Hakata Spicy Noodles" caught my eye, so I decided to give it a try. I also wanted to taste their gyoza, so I ordered the lunch set with extra carbs. I chose the level of spiciness for the noodles, and went with level 15, but it wasn't too spicy, so I might try level 20 next time.

Last time I had the level 2 spicy soy milk soup, but this time I tried the level 2 spicy shrimp miso. It's packed with garlic and tastes like eating the finishing dish of a motsunabe hot pot. The best! But I think I prefer the soy milk one. Next time, I want to try the soy sauce flavor with motsu! You can also order it without spiciness or garlic. Of course, you can also get extra noodles! You can choose between curly noodles and Korean noodles.

I can't imagine how delicious it was!!! During the Obon period, all the ramen shops in Daimyo were crowded, but this one was the only one we could get into right away. I wasn't expecting much because we got in so quickly, but it was surprisingly delicious!! It was spicy and had a flavor that was addictive. I thought it was better than a regular tonkotsu ramen! I would definitely want to visit again when I go to Hakata.

I visited this restaurant for a second round of drinks and a meal to wrap up the night. Even though I always find it hard to resist the temptation of tonkotsu ramen, I decided to come back here because I felt that "this place is also good" during my last visit. The ramen is great, but the chewy cartilage as a side dish was incredibly delicious, so this time all three of us ordered it as part of the evening drinking set (800 yen). Unfortunately, there was only one serving left, so we ended up getting gyoza and seared cod roe as well. The extra serving of cartilage we received as a service was fantastic, and I would come back for it alone. As for the noodles, I tried the tomato-based spicy red noodles (twisted noodles, mild, with a bit of garlic). It was delicious. It seems like no matter what, this place has a stable and universally appealing taste. However, I'm not ready to declare myself a non-tonkotsu fan just yet!

I ordered a lunch set. I like spicy food, so I chose level 5 spiciness, which was just right for me. The soup had a lot of garlic in it, but the strong flavor made it not bothersome. I poured the soup over the rice and ate it like a porridge. It was delicious!

I ordered the Black Spicy Ramen 5 Spicy for 900 yen (tax included). It was my first time visiting the restaurant, so I asked the staff, "What is the standard level of spiciness?" They recommended the level 5 spiciness. However, for a forty-something man whose tolerance for spiciness has decreased, it was extremely hot. Is this level of spiciness considered standard...? Oh well! The taste was delicious. Thank you for the meal. Level 5 spiciness is too much for me.

If you're looking for delicious spicy noodles around Hakata Station, look no further. I recommend trying the 15-spice level, soy sauce-based, Korean noodles! The spiciness was just right for me, but next time I might go for a 20-spice level for an even bigger kick. I love Masumoto, so I really enjoyed the spicy noodles here. Make sure to visit this place when you're at Hakata Station.

Overall, I was hesitant at first when choosing a restaurant at Deitos Ramen Street, but I ended up really enjoying this spicy ramen shop. I originally planned to try the tofu spicy ramen, but I couldn't resist ordering the shrimp spicy ramen instead. Personally, I think I prefer the tofu one. It's a bit pricey though.
As for the shrimp spicy ramen, in terms of spiciness, it's relatively mild. However, the real highlight here is the noodles. The curly noodles are delicious, but the Korean noodles are amazing. I still like the curly noodles, so I ended up getting an extra serving. Overall, it's addictively good. Thank you for the meal.

This is one of the shops in Hakata Deitos. I went back because it was delicious last time. This time, I tried the "Hakata Spicy Noodles" that I was curious about, and I was very satisfied with it. Compared to Shinshin and Kentora, this shop is not as crowded, so it's nice that you can easily go in anytime. I hope it doesn't go out of business.
■ Hakata Spicy Noodles (Seared Offal Base)
The main difference from last time is that it includes offal. The price is a bit higher, but it's nice to be able to enjoy the feeling of eating offal hot pot. I also started with the Korean noodles that were good last time. It's still delicious. I also had an extra serving of curly noodles. This was also delicious. However, I'm a bit hesitant to try the other type of noodles, the fresh noodles. Thank you for the meal.

■ Overall Impression
At the Ramen Street in Hakata Station Daimyo, the priority seemed to be on "tonkotsu ramen" or "spicy noodles", but the "miso milk spicy noodles" caught my eye and I ended up entering the shop. Surprisingly, it seems like it might make it into the top three on the Ramen Street! Spicy noodles have been trending lately, and I think I understand why. There are two types of spicy noodles - one where the noodles are spicy and one where the soup is spicy. This one had spicy soup, which seems to be more common. It was quite spicy, and I found myself coughing a bit from the heat.
■ White Spicy Noodles (Miso Milk Base)
I thought it might be somewhat mild because of the soy milk base, but it turned out to be quite the opposite. The most impressive part was the deliciousness of the noodles. The curly noodles were good, but the Korean noodles were exceptional and addictive. You really have to try it to understand. If you're a Fukuoka local with a policy of only eating tonkotsu ramen, you might want to reconsider. There are plenty of delicious non-tonkotsu options out there. Thank you for the meal.

Spice level 5x is personally my favorite, it packs a punch and tastes delicious. For those who don't like spicy food, I recommend the 2x level. The restaurant was quite busy with customers. This is a recommended place even for those who don't like tonkotsu (pork bone broth) ramen. I also featured this restaurant on YouTube.

When I traveled to Fukuoka, I stopped by here as soon as I arrived. I'm not a big fan of spicy food, but I was able to choose the level of spiciness, so I could enjoy it very much. I could also choose the type of soup and noodles, such as tomato-based or soy milk-based. I definitely want to visit here again next time I go to Fukuoka.

I had some business at a bank in the Hakata area, so I decided to stop by here on my way back! It was my first time, so I was unsure of what to order, but I really wanted something spicy, so I went with the level 10 spicy tomato-based ramen. I also ordered some cartilage, which surprisingly ended up being the most delicious part... haha. I didn't take a proper photo of it, but you can see it in the top right corner of the second picture. The ramen was also delicious, of course. The cartilage was melt-in-your-mouth tender and paired perfectly with the green onions on top, making me crave a beer. For those who like spicy food, the level 10 spiciness is manageable. The soup was rich with a strong tomato flavor and a powerful garlic kick. They asked if I wanted garlic in it, and I recommend keeping it in for the extra flavor. It was Korean-style noodles, but I wonder if regular noodles would be even better? I'd like to try it with regular noodles next time. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. Thank you for the meal! ☺︎

I arrived at Haneda on a business trip around 9:30 PM. It was a bit late but not too crowded, so it was comfortable. I ordered the Hakata spicy noodles craving for something spicy. It had a good flavor and was delicious. I wish it was even spicier though. Also, the price was too high...

The taste of tomato is strong. It's medium spicy but not too hot. Overall, the portion is a bit small. It's surrounded by a lot of Hakata ramen shops which are crowded, but this place was not busy so it's good for a quick meal. I felt it was a bit expensive, but well, it's near the station so it's understandable.

Personally, I felt like this kind of ramen could also be good. I haven't tried other soups so I can't say for sure, but after trying this one, I feel like I should go to other shops next time. The onigiri had a strong salty taste in my opinion. I also felt that this menu item might be profitable.

I was in the mood to break a little sweat, so I visited this place. I tried the Tomato Spicy Noodles Level 5 for ¥1000. The acidity of the tomato adds a subtle touch to the dish, so it's not as intense as typical spicy noodles. You can opt for no garlic, but I like garlic so I had it included. Garlic is definitely a must for spicy noodles.

On the final day of my business trip to Fukuoka, I went to Hakata Deitos for lunch. Last time, I ate at Menya Kanetora Hakata Deitos store. I decided to try a different restaurant this time, and chose a spicy noodle dish that resembled Mazesoba. I chose the tomato flavor and went for level 5 spiciness. The rice ball was quite large. It took over 10 minutes for the dish to be served, which was a bit long. The noodles were thin Korean-style noodles. The tomato flavor helped to balance out the spiciness. Although there was an option for extra noodles, I was already full from the rice ball. I think it would have been better to try the extra noodles for a different taste.
