Long-awaited revisit, finally made it this week for the second time, after cycling for a long time only to find out it was closed... But on the third attempt, finally... finally revisited... overwhelming joy. Starting this month, they have changed to evening hours from 5 pm to 9 pm, making it easier to visit, which is a great change. The format is expected to continue for a while, so it's a great opportunity for those who can visit in the evening! Also, they have started using Twitter again, so it's easier to confirm if they are open or not. The address is https://twitter.com/tsumugu_0817. I arrived around 5:20 pm, and there were already about 4 people waiting... as expected, it's a popular place. The location of the restaurant is directly hit by the setting sun, so it's extremely hot this season. There is a sunshade for some shade, but the sunlight still comes in through the gaps, so it's not very effective. Be careful of heatstroke when you go! The staff also warns about this. I ordered the light and aged ramen that I had decided on before. After ordering, the staff informed me that they would decide the order of serving, to which I cheerfully agreed. About 15 minutes later, I was seated in the back. Finally, the ramen arrived! First, I tried the light ramen... it was delicious. The soup made from chicken and seafood was light yet incredibly flavorful... the soy sauce acidity was just right... the perfect balance of flavors. This one bite made all the efforts worth it! From here on, it was just a time to be happy! The noodles were clean and thin, with a unique texture that was between chewy and firm, making it hard to describe but incredibly delicious. The chashu was juicy and packed with flavor, despite being pork, it was incredibly flavorful. I quickly finished the soup. And then the aged ramen! Incredibly delicious aged ramen! I had been looking forward to this moment... I couldn't contain my excitement and quickly drank the soup... heavenly. The combination of chicken and seafood umami with soy sauce saltiness and acidity in perfect balance, creating a rich and savory soup. The noodles were medium-thick, with a chewy texture that slid down the throat smoothly. It was a miraculous noodle. I couldn't resist and drank the soup to the last drop... it was amazing... The total cost was 1400 yen. What!?! All that amazing ramen for 1400 yen!? Is that even possible!? It was incredible! On my way out, there was already a line forming in front of the restaurant... be careful of heatstroke!
