I had been curious for a long time! The word "miso" that can be seen everywhere! Of course, it's a miso ramen shop, right? Even though there was a line outside, they handed me the menu and took my order, so they served it promptly once I sat down! There are Hokkaido miso, Shinshu miso, Kyushu miso, etc., and I was undecided on which one to choose, but I felt like they were recommending Hokkaido (´∀`) The miso ramen is strong in miso flavor, and the noodles are well coated with the taste! The soup is thin but has a rich flavor, which is excellent!! It's rare to have potatoes in it! The seared chashu has a satisfying texture! The tender chashu, well-coated with miso, makes you want to order more! The Hokkaido butter surprised me with a slab-like piece of butter in it, haha. The miso fried rice doesn't particularly taste like miso, but it's light and fluffy (´∀`) The taste is like regular fried rice, but it's easy to eat and goes well with miso ramen! The miso gyoza is eaten with miso instead of gyoza sauce (´∀`) It's not heavily miso-flavored, more like a hint of vinegar miso! It's a unique sensation with just a slight hint of vinegar taste (´∀`) This restaurant's originality, which distinguishes it from other places, makes it delicious! Overall, I am very satisfied! I couldn't help but smile while eating! In today's world, there are many flavors of ramen like soy sauce, miso, salt, tonkotsu, etc., but I think the opportunity to order miso ramen is not common (´∀`) My perspective on miso ramen has changed! Thank you for the meal!
