Located in the Sapporo Station front area, this shop is inside the Hokkaido Shiki Marche on the first floor of Stellar Place. When it first opened, there were long lines for their "freshly baked cookie sandwiches," but it seems to have calmed down a bit recently, so I decided to buy some to take home. I tried the "freshly baked cookie sandwiches (5 pieces for 1,080 yen)" at home, and they were sandwiched with red bean butter between Sapporo Agricultural College cookies. The cookies themselves are very delicious, and the addition of red bean butter makes them even tastier. They only last for one day at room temperature, so they may not be suitable for souvenirs, but personally, I enjoyed the taste and would like to buy them again if I have the chance.

[Travel Diary Update] I missed reviewing a little food tasting! After returning from Otaru to Sapporo Station and before heading towards Susukino, I unexpectedly found a shop. I finally got to try the Sapporo Agricultural College cookie sandwich that I had been wanting to eat!! It was so exciting to see them making it right in front of the shop, and being able to buy a freshly made one on the spot was great! I bought it right away and tried it. How did it taste? Well, it was obviously delicious! I got so excited that I ate it before taking a picture. The Sapporo Agricultural College cookie souvenir is of course delicious, but with cream sandwiched in between, the deliciousness level goes up even more♡ It was great to be able to enjoy it.

It is a spot where you can encounter a new lifestyle of buying, eating, watching, playing, and feeling, with a sophisticated selection of shops in a vast space. This time, I purchased a freshly baked Cookie Sandwich with Red Bean and Butter (1 piece for 249 yen). The red bean paste is made from plump Hokkaido Tokachi adzuki beans, cooked carefully with natural water and Hokkaido cane sugar to retain a firm yet fluffy texture. The Hokkaido butter is nurtured by the rich nature of the dairy kingdom, overflowing with the richness and flavor of milk made from high-quality Hokkaido milk. The buttercream is made by adding Hokkaido butter, cane sugar, and eggs, with added richness from white chocolate, creating a smooth and aromatic taste. The cookie is baked on-site, filled with buttercream, and baked again to provide a freshly baked treat. The crispy texture of the freshly baked cookie, combined with the red bean paste and buttercream, complement each other perfectly and tasted delicious. Purchased at the Hokkaido Food Fair at Nagoya Takashimaya! This year, they started selling cookie sandwiches with anko butter. The cookies are baked right in front of you and filled with anko butter. It's a perfect collaboration for those who love anko butter and Sapporo Agricultural College cookies. I ate it right away in the eat-in space! The cookies are consistently delicious. Crispy and crumbly! The anko is chunky and flavorful. The butter is probably unsalted. I didn't taste any sweetness. There's plenty of anko butter filling, so satisfying. Makes me want to go to Hokkaido!

Since it was freshly made, I thought the cookies would be warm, but they weren't. They weren't too sweet and tasted delicious. I recommend getting one for yourself while walking around. If they taste good, you could buy them as souvenirs at the airport. Unlike airport shops, there was no line.

Recently in Hokkaido, there has been a trend of fresh Norseman cookies from Senkyoan and freshly baked Marseille Butter Sand cookies from Rokkatei. It seems like there is a trend of taking traditional snacks and making them fresh or freshly baked. This particular cookie had a simple design with red bean paste and butter sandwiched between. It was the perfect size to share. I wanted to try a variety of foods in Hokkaido, so even though it was a bit pricey, I wish they had a smaller size available, maybe at 2/3 the price.

It was a nice treat after a long walk. It was a bit challenging to find a trash can after eating it at the stand (^_^; It was so delicious that I ended up wanting to have it multiple times during my stay.

I forgot the official name of the soft serve ice cream... It's different from the superb soft serve at Kinotoya, the smoothness and richness are unmatched. The crumbly texture of the cookies from the agricultural school also pairs perfectly. It's surprisingly rare to find soft serve ice cream right by the station, so I'm happy about that!! On a different day, I also tried the sweet butter cookie, and it was delicious!! The combination of cookie, sweet bean paste, butter, and a sense of indulgence goes beyond satisfaction!! Kinotoya is amazing.

There were only 6 people in line. It's been six months since they opened, and sometimes there are long lines, but with only 6 people waiting, I could buy and still catch my train on time. It's close to the west ticket gate. The shop has a glass window where you can watch the manufacturing process, which is fun. They only sell two items: "Freshly Baked Cookie Sandwich with Butter Anko" and "Free-range Dairy Soft Serve." I bought the "Freshly Baked Cookie Sandwich with Butter Anko" (1,080 yen). There is a small eat-in area, but I didn't have time, so I took it home. The cookie sandwich has a crispy texture with a milky taste, made with "Sapporo Agricultural School." It is filled with buttercream and chunky sweet red bean paste. The smooth buttercream and subtly sweet red bean paste made with Tokachi soybeans create a delicious combination. I let two friends try it, and refrigerated the other two. The next day, I tried the refrigerated ones. The cookies became moist, and the cold buttercream and red bean paste had a nice texture. I thought this way of eating it was also delicious, especially in the summer. It's no wonder this shop is popular. This would make a great souvenir for someone to enjoy!
