This curry restaurant, which opened last July, is located in Tenjinbashi as the name suggests, but it faces the street rather than being in a shopping district. The exterior is mainly yellow and has a small, cozy feel. Inside, there is a touch panel ticket machine, and the bright interior with white walls and light brown accents has a counter and three tables for two. There is only one staff member, and the menu includes Queen and King curries, as well as Emperor (which is quite spicy) and Three-Element Pork Cutlet Curry. They also offer pasta in addition to rice. I ordered the King & Queen, which comes with an egg on top. The curry arrived promptly, with a two-tone color curry reminiscent of Indian curry, with a yellow egg yolk on top, making for an eye-catching presentation. The Queen, with its deep and flavorful roux with a hint of black sugar, and the King, with its addictive spicy and punchy roux, were both delicious. Each curry had a piece of beef belly on top, which was tender, fatty, and tasty. Finally, mixing everything together, including the egg, created a fuller and spicier flavor, with the spiciness intensifying towards the end. While spice curries are popular nowadays, this Indian-style European curry was also very enjoyable. Overall, it was quite delicious. Thank you for the meal.
