Tokyo Gyoza-rou seems to have branches in various places for some reason. They seem to have the concept of "Japanese gyoza" and aim for a taste that is easy for Japanese people to enjoy. The gyoza are made by part-time workers, but the operation seems to be solid, ensuring that the same taste can be reproduced by anyone. The pan-fried gyoza with leeks and garlic, 6 pieces per serving, costs 320 yen. Similar to Gyoza no Fukubao, they seem to use a large amount of water to steam-fry them, as seen in the cooking area where a large amount of steam was rising. The gyoza have a slightly slender appearance and are angular. The filling is firmly shaped and does not crumble even when bitten. The skin seems to be seared with plenty of oil at the end, resulting in a quite fragrant flavor. The texture is very crisp, making it easy to eat. The crunchy texture of the vegetables remains, making it easy to eat. Before I knew it, they were gone as I kept eating. I wondered what it would be like to have all-you-can-eat gyoza, but with these, I could definitely keep eating.

Gyoza specialty restaurant "Tokyo Gyoza-rou" has opened in Shinjuku, following the popular gyoza all-you-can-eat shop in Sangenjaya. They offer gyoza all-you-can-eat plans which are a great value. You can enjoy a 60-minute all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink plan for 2980 yen, or a 120-minute plan for 4980 yen. The gyoza here may seem simple, but they are so delicious that you won't get tired of eating them. The restaurant has been featured in TV and magazines, and you can enjoy their famous gyoza with beer or highball at a reasonable price. They use carefully selected simple ingredients such as cabbage, Chinese cabbage, and garlic, and their gyoza tastes great even without leeks and garlic. They also use Iwate prefecture's "Iwachu pork" for the meat filling, which has won numerous awards for its mellow flavor. You can also purchase their gyoza online and enjoy them at home. The meat miso that goes well with boiled bean sprouts can also be purchased online. It's a great gift idea for your mother or loved ones. I'm tempted to try cooking and boiling gyoza at home. Visit the Tokyo Gyoza-rou website for online sales.

Lunch at a restaurant near Shinjuku South Exit. Although I was considering going to my favorite Chen's Private Dishes, I decided to visit this place that I hadn't been to before. I arrived after 1 pm, and there were no customers when I entered, with only a few customers coming in later. They offer three lunch sets: A with dumplings, B with noodles + dumplings, and C with dumplings + fried dish. You can choose from soy sauce, salt, or tan-tan noodles for the noodles, and either fried chicken or minced cutlet for the fried dish. I chose the C set with fried chicken and meat miso bean sprouts as a side dish. I opted for extra rice. The food was served "Gozame" style, with the dumplings coming out last. The portion was decent. The pan-fried dumplings were crispy and delicious, and the fried chicken was freshly cooked. There was plenty of rice, and the soup had a delicate and elegant flavor. The meat miso bean sprouts were also tasty. The prices may seem a bit high compared to Chen's Private Dishes nearby, but the quality is worth it. Overall, I felt that the meal was well put together. Reasonable prices and a clean interior. The food was decent. The combination of dumplings and beer is always a good choice. Thank you for the meal.

I received a dumpling set. The pan-fried dumplings were light and easy to eat, with a crispy skin. Although they were on the smaller side, there were 12 of them, so I was very satisfied. The rice was also a large serving for free, and I left feeling full. Thank you for the meal.
