I thoroughly enjoyed the Fugu feast course. They serve about 3 Fugu per person, which is a lot. It might be a bit too much for children or women. In fact, I couldn't finish the porridge at the end. The highlight of this course is the variety of dishes. From sashimi, charcoal-grilled, shirako, hot pot, to thinly sliced skin (Enshu?), everything was a surprise for me as a first-time Fugu eater. I think it would be even more delicious in the cold season, so I would like to visit again.

When it comes to fugu, this is the place! I revisited the restaurant, and while the food was as delicious as always, I was quite shocked to find out that they switched to serving Premium Malt's beer. The delicate flavor of fugu is overpowered by the smell of Premium Malt's. Unless they switch back, I probably won't visit again... Also, they bring out the shirako (milt) too early. Shirako is more delicious when eaten later in the meal. I don't know what's so great about Suntory, but I wish they would at least offer beer from another company. I can't enjoy delicate dishes with Premium Malt's.

A friend came back from Tokyo and wanted to eat crab and blowfish, so we went to this restaurant. The interior was old but cozy. They brought out a whole crab for us to cook in the pot, and the blowfish was fresh and still moving. It was such a treat to enjoy both crab and blowfish at the same time. So happy!

Crab feast course. No all-you-can-drink option. Each room is private so you can enjoy crab without worrying about others. The dipping sauce for the crab sashimi is delicious. Just with egg yolk, crab miso, and soy sauce, you can eat it with rice. The crab on the hot plate is fluffy. The porridge at the end is so delicious, it feels like they made it just for that. Crispy dishes come out quickly, and after eating, you can quickly pay. I couldn't relax too much, but it was just so delicious. The location was surprising, surrounded by hotels.

I stumbled upon this restaurant while looking for a crab restaurant in Namba. It had a narrow entrance but spacious seating up to the 4th floor. I ordered the crab course which included crab sashimi, grilled crab, and hot pot. I left feeling satisfied, although the staff's service was disappointingly slow.

If you want to eat crab in Osaka, this is the place to go! Ever since I discovered this restaurant, I haven't eaten crab anywhere else. The size and quality are top-notch. I love the crab sashimi, but the fugu shirako is also amazing. You can choose between salt and sauce, and I always go for salt. The staff is friendly and energetic, so it's definitely a restaurant worth going back to.

There were a lot of tourists and inbound travelers in Dotonbori, where different languages were being spoken. I wanted to try crab and blowfish, so I made a reservation at a restaurant that caught my attention. Although the reservation was fully booked on the food review site, I was able to make a reservation over the phone. I called twice to confirm the reservation date and menu, but both times I spoke with non-Japanese speakers, and it made me a little nervous until the day of the reservation. The staff on the day of the reservation were also mostly foreigners, with about half being Japanese. The place was very busy and bustling. On that day, I ordered the following: - Premium snow crab and blowfish course - All-you-can-drink for 2000 yen The course included: - Crab sashimi with egg yolk and crab miso sauce, which was delicious - Snow crab grilled on a ceramic plate - Blowfish sashimi - Snow crab shabu-shabu - Blowfish hot pot - Rice porridge - Dessert (ice cream) Before grilling the snow crab, they showed it to me for a photo, and the way they grilled it was perfect. The crab miso was slightly undercooked, but when I grilled it a bit more, it was even better and went well with the alcohol. The blowfish sashimi was a bit thin, but considering the price, it was understandable. The snow crab shabu-shabu was easy to eat with just the legs and tasted deliciously sweet. The blowfish in the hot pot was still moving a bit! The total price for this course was 11,550 yen, which I thought was quite reasonable. There were various seating options available, but I chose a seat overlooking Dotonbori. For drinks, I had beer, fresh lemon sour, crab sake, and fin sake. I drank quite a few glasses of fin sake, which was a bit expensive. It was perhaps the first time I had drunk so much of it. Overall, it was a great meal! I really wanted to eat crab hot pot, so I chose this course. It was a bit too much for a girl like me, so I couldn't finish the porridge at the end, which left me feeling a bit unsatisfied. But the amount of crab was just right and made me happy. Although I had some thoughts about the service and the room, I think the cost performance is good. Thank you for the meal.

I've been to Kaniyoshi on the lower floor before, but this time I went to the tatami room area! They offer courses with either crab or fugu, and this time I chose the crab and fugu course depending on my mood! Even with just one course, I was satisfied and full!

I enjoyed fugu (blowfish) during my visit to Osaka. I finally managed to get a reservation at Goza Fukusan, which was well worth the wait. The meal was delicious and satisfying, with a course costing around 9000 yen. The portion size was generous and I left feeling very satisfied.

I reserved a 7700 yen course with a coupon for a free welcome drink. The grilled crab, crab hot pot, and crab miso were all delicious with generous portions. However, there was a problem at the time of payment. The welcome drink was not free, and my points were not deducted. Additionally, an item worth 2640 yen was added to the bill, which turned out to be an appetizer. It was a bit surprising. Maybe it's normal, but 660 yen per person seems a bit expensive for an appetizer. Maybe because it was a blowfish skin dish. Please be careful.

I was taken to this restaurant by an acquaintance who is a president for my first visit!! The performance at this price is just amazing!! I ordered the premium snow crab and blowfish course (7 dishes) for 12,000 yen. I also got the all-you-can-drink option because I plan to drink a lot. The crab sashimi, snow crab sashimi, crab shabu-shabu, blowfish hotpot, blowfish tempura, and blowfish sperm sack were all amazing!! The crab sashimi was so sweet, I've never had crab this good before! Even without dipping it in sauce, it was delicious! The snow crab sashimi was refreshing with ponzu sauce, and each person gets their own plate which feels luxurious! The snow crab hotpot was so luxurious, you can grill various parts of the crab and enjoy the rich flavors. The blowfish hotpot was incredibly fresh, it was still moving! It was cut right before serving, so it was super fresh! And there's more to come! The crab shabu-shabu allows you to enjoy plenty of crab for yourself, it's the ultimate luxury! And the blowfish sperm sack was amazing! All of this for such a great price, it's unbelievable! The finale was a delicious porridge made with blowfish and crab broth mixed together. They brought rice and seaweed, and it was a tasty porridge! For dessert, you can choose between vanilla ice cream or matcha ice cream. If you want to eat crab and blowfish, I will definitely come back to this place!! It's the kind of place that makes you want to bring someone else along to enjoy it with you!! Namba, along Dotonbori, there is a specialty crab and blowfish restaurant called Goza Fugu. This time we ordered the snow crab and blowfish course! As an appetizer, we were served blowfish hot pot and tessa. The texture was firm and the freshness was outstanding. We enjoyed crab sashimi and crab grilled on a ceramic plate right in front of us. It was delicious. The grilled crab is eaten with crab miso, and the seasoning was just right. Then, the blowfish hot pot arrived! It was as delicious as ever. We also had crab shabu-shabu, indulging in luxury. There was also crab shell sake, with a delightful crab aroma. Finally, we had crab rice porridge. The umami flavor was exceptional. It was truly delicious!

At the end of the year, it's a tradition to eat hot pot at this restaurant. It had been 2 years since my last visit, and this time I went with 4 people (plus my grandchild). We had crab this time! We started with beer, then enjoyed crab sashimi with crab miso and yolk (still feeling a bit hungover from the previous day). Switched to highballs. Normally we have crab shichirin-yaki, but this time we tried crab teppanyaki (which was better with a small child present). Steamed for 5 minutes, then grilled for 2 minutes, bringing out the natural sweetness and plump texture of the crab. The crab miso was also delicious. After 30 minutes, we had crab suki with sake to warm up and revitalize. As I get older, I find it tedious to peel crab meat, so I left the hot pot to my daughter and her husband while I babysat my grandchild and enjoyed a Black Nikka on the rocks. Ate just half a bowl of the finishing porridge as I was already full. Took a walk at Dotonbori River Walk before heading home. "Thank you for the meal."

This is a restaurant I always visit at the end of each year. They have clear course options with great value, offer all-you-can-drink, have private rooms, allow smoking, and serve delicious food. I used to enjoy charcoal-grilled crab here, but they have switched to steaming it on a stove this year. I always reserve the crab and blowfish course (11,550 yen) with all-you-can-drink (2,200 yen). The portion in the photo is for three people, but it was satisfying for all of us. Previously, the special crab and blowfish sake (900 yen each) were only included for one drink with the all-you-can-drink option, but now that they are included in the all-you-can-drink, it feels even more worthwhile. The crab and blowfish porridge at the end of the meal is exceptionally delicious. Thank you for the wonderful meal! (^人^)

It's winter now. It's crab season. I wanted to go to the Sea of Japan if possible, but I don't have the budget or time. So, I searched for a place in Osaka where I could eat crab, and found a restaurant called "Kani Doraku". I opted for a slightly expensive course, which included both snow crab and king crab, served in various ways like sashimi, grilled, and in a hot pot. Everything was delicious. Crabs are great, aren't they? As a winter ingredient, they are the best. But still, I really want to go to the Sea of Japan!

It started with crab sashimi, followed by crab miso, grilled crab, tempura, crab sukiyaki, crab shabu-shabu, porridge, and ice cream. It was a blissful two hours! I am so full now. I enjoyed beer and sake too. We used the early bird discount, so it was a bit of a deal. I'm glad I made it to Goryozuka this season! Next season, I want to try the premium snow crab and taraba crab course. Maybe someday I can try live snow crab too...

During the pandemic, I returned to Osaka for the first time in a year to visit the grave. I wanted to eat pufferfish and crab, so I searched for a restaurant and made a reservation at this place that was open until 8 pm. I ordered a crab and pufferfish course. The first dish, the sliced pufferfish, was crunchy and delicious. The grilled crab that followed was not frozen, but moist and sweet, and very tasty. The hot pot with crab had large pieces of meat and was very satisfying. I also ordered an additional dish of fugu skin (belly area), which was incredibly delicious. The porridge had a generous amount of broth, which was great. If I had to nitpick, the last pickles were like umeboshi and Q-chan cucumber, and I would have preferred tastier pickles like nukazuke with cabbage or cucumber. However, it was a delicious restaurant experience that you can't find in Tokyo.
