I would like to have the nodoguro keema and pork ginger with less rice. Served with white wine. It's refreshing, sharp, and very delicious. It's irresistible on a hot day. The curry is also elegant, just like the owner. It has a transparent quality. The nodoguro has a great flavor. The pork ginger has a good balance of acidity and spiciness. As you eat, the spices come through beautifully. It was very delicious. Thank you for the meal.

A renowned restaurant located about a 3-minute walk from Osaka Kitashinchi Station. It has been selected as one of the top 100 curry restaurants. Although it opens at 11:30, by the time I arrived, it was already onto its second round of customers due to its popularity. I was able to be seated around 12:00. The interior of the restaurant is small, with a counter and small tables. It operates with a one-person system and has just under 10 seats. I ordered the three kinds of curry set meal, which included the weekly special, Bincho Maguro Keema, tender chicken, and pork ginger. The rice was flavored with saffron and topped with colorful vegetables. The curry sauce was on the watery side, which allowed it to mix in naturally as you ate. All three curries were delicious. Among the many spice curry restaurants in Osaka, this one was definitely to my liking! Thank you for the meal.

Gourmet Trip Part 14: Conquering the Unexplored Area of Kishu (Truly the Kitchen of Japan, Osaka) For lunch on this trip, I visited a unique restaurant located near Nishi-Umeda Station, right next to the Dojima Avanza building which is connected underground to the station. The restaurant is on the second floor of a mixed-use building with snacks and bars. The interior is quite small, with mostly counter seats. Interestingly, this restaurant only operates on weekdays, making it a rare find. Taking advantage of my weekday travel schedule, I decided to visit this place. I ordered the Ginger Pork & Shredded Chicken for 1,000 yen and the Spiced Egg for 200 yen. The pork curry was a thin curry with chunks of ground pork, flavored with ginger which gave it a spicy yet Japanese curry taste. The shredded chicken curry had a lot of Indian spices and flavors, with a tender chicken wing that literally melted in the mouth. The curries were simple yet delicious, with a good balance of spices and flavors. Although I have been traveling through different prefectures to get to Osaka, the food in big cities like Osaka never disappoints. Truly living up to its reputation as the Kitchen of Japan! As a food blogger, Osaka is definitely the best city! After lunch, I had some time before dinner, so I went to see a performance at Namba Grand Kagetsu. I thought traditional rakugo performances would be boring with stories from the Edo period, but it turned out to be surprisingly entertaining. The performance by Kaede Koeda, featuring rakugo by Katsura Bunshin, was almost like a stand-up comedy show. I never knew rakugo could be so light-hearted. I also watched a show by Shinichi Chiba at the New Comedy theater, which was full of old-school gags but surprisingly funny! Especially the leader, Sutchie, was shining! I would definitely become a fan if I saw them live! Osaka may not have many tourist attractions, but the authentic comedy scene is amazing. I would love to go see more shows if I have the chance!

I visited during lunchtime and luckily was able to enter without waiting. I decided to try the mixed curry. The chicken was wing tips, but incredibly tender and easy to separate the meat. The pork curry was also delicious with a nice spice kick. Thank you for the meal!

Breaking the hot spring egg and mixing it in with the curry and side dishes added to the satisfaction. Mixing everything together at the end brought a sense of happiness! * When I left the restaurant at 12:10 pm, there were 7 people waiting in line. I plan to visit again soon! Today, I happened to have some business in Umeda during the day, so I decided to have lunch there. I arrived around 1 pm and had to wait for about 20 minutes as there were 4 customers ahead of me. I ordered the Green Curry with cold curry and shirasu (baby sardines) and the Pork Ginger. It was my first time trying cold curry, and it was delicious, especially on a hot day. The honey yogurt served at the end was a refreshing way to finish the meal. I definitely want to visit again.

I wanted to eat spicy curry after a long time, so I went to Synergy. Today's daily special was deer keema curry. I usually avoid deer meat, but since it's Obon season, I decided to try it. The keema curry with a mix of chicken, pork, and deer meat was delicious. It was my first time trying deer meat, and it didn't have any gamey taste. The spices in the curry felt like they were spreading throughout my body, making me feel energized. While regular curry is tasty, when I want to feel more energetic, I always go for the deliciousness of Synergy's curry.

I visited the restaurant around 1 pm on a regular day. There was a sign in front of the building indicating the restaurant is on the 2nd floor, but I mistakenly went down to the basement. The restaurant is small and can only accommodate about 6 people. A female staff member was managing everything alone and seemed very busy, but provided very polite service. The curry menu changes daily. The presentation of the dishes was very beautiful and delicious. The yogurt served after the meal was also good.

I had the shredded chicken and pork ginger curry this time. It was delicious! It had a nice level of spiciness, and the flavors of the chicken and pork were rich, but overall it was light. It was my kind of curry. The chicken was really tender and amazing. And to finish off, there was yogurt with honey for a refreshing taste. Thank you for the meal.

Weekly changing menu and chicken curry with rice for 1100 yen (this week's special was beef tongue keema curry)! I was curious about the weekly special menu, so I decided to visit. Synergy, which is only open for lunch on weekdays. I thought it would be quiet on a weekday, but when I arrived around 11:50, there was a line of about 10 people... I guess I just had bad timing. The restaurant only had a counter with 7 seats, and there were a lot of solo diners like salarymen. The owner was very efficient, so the turnover was quick and I was able to get a seat in about 15 minutes. So if you're not in a hurry, waiting is totally fine! I ordered the chicken curry with rice, which came with turmeric rice and about 4-5 side dishes. The curry was gluten-free and very light, almost like a soup. The chicken was incredibly tender and fell apart easily with a spoon. The beef tongue was also delicious and chunky. I'm curious about the pork ginger curry too, so I'd like to visit again. For dessert, they served yogurt with honey as a palate cleanser. The curry was delicious, but what really stood out was the owner's friendly and pleasant service.

I had been curious about Synergy for a while, so I decided to visit. I ordered the chicken and pork curry. It cost 1000 yen. I didn't pay much attention to the menu this time, so it was a mistake. I should have ordered the curry with side dishes... Honey yogurt was served as a palate cleanser. The spiced curry was delicious. I wanted to mix it with the side dishes... I found a highly rated spice curry restaurant in Kitashinchi, where the trend started in Minamimorimachi and Honmachi. I had the opportunity to work in Umeda after a long time, so I went there for lunch break. The restaurant is located on the second floor near Avanza in Dojima, and I arrived a little before 12 o'clock, so I was able to sit without waiting. I ordered the Smoked Salmon and Keema Curry combination. - Smoked Salmon: The taste of salmon stood out, and the curry was mild in spiciness, allowing me to enjoy the aroma. It was delicious. - Pork Ginger: The classic menu item Pork Ginger had a Japanese-style taste and was not very spicy. - Rice: The saffron rice was firm, but it was just right with the smooth sauce. Recently, the standard for spice curry had been set by "SPICY CURRY Ro-Ka" in Okubo, but this different approach to spice curry was also delicious.

After getting a human dog scan, I was starving and headed to Mr. Shinaji's place to inject some spice into my hungry stomach. Sweaty and hungry, I arrived at the restaurant and waited for about 15 minutes before entering. ☆彡Popular Spice Curry Restaurant "Synergy" 10th Anniversary I wanted to try the special plate for the 10th anniversary of the popular spice curry restaurant "Synergy" that was announced on Instagram Stories. I made a reservation the day before and arrived at the designated time on the day without having to wait in line. I was so happy to enter the restaurant smoothly (*゚∀゚*) Thank you! On this day, there was only the 10th-anniversary special plate available for reservation, which included 5 types of toppings and a separate plate of Shirasu Green Curry, totaling 6 items. I usually order 2 toppings along with my curry, but this time I was looking forward to trying out 6 different toppings. Normally, I mix the toppings together to enjoy the flavors, but each ingredient was so delicious that I couldn't bring myself to mix them. I savored each one slowly, and the richness of the ingredients was so overpowering that the spiciness of the curry took a back seat. As I continued eating, it started to make me sweat, showing its effectiveness ( ゚Д゚) Delicious! The luxury of the ingredients was unmatched by any other curry I've had before. The "Aigake Curry" was priced at 1200 yen and the "Spice Egg" was 200 yen. The Ebisu branch operates in a bar on the 4th floor of a mixed-use building from 11:30 to 15:00. I had high expectations as it was listed in the Building Gourmet 2023 and Curry Top 100 2022 rankings. The curry had a strong spice aroma and a beautiful appearance, but it didn't quite live up to my expectations.

A while ago, I used to work nearby and often frequented this area. When it comes to curry around here, I used to eat Mr. Kagawa's curry udon a lot. While reminiscing about that, I visited this small bar and enjoyed the curry. The combination of Japanese dashi and curry is really great! It was delicious!

I was looking forward to the holiday limited menu "Wagyu Beef Sinew Keema Curry," which was cooked skillfully with various ingredients. I was excited to see how they would prepare the Wagyu beef sinew. The dish was: - Wagyu beef sinew keema with pork ginger love (1,100 yen) - Pork knuckle pie (300 yen) with real Sansho pepper simmered During the winter, they are blessed with seasonal ingredients, so there was no need to worry about their skills during the summer. Every week, they serve delicious curry, and this time, the Wagyu beef sinew keema had a unique flavor that cannot be found elsewhere. The richness of Wagyu beef was sweet and blended well with the spices, making you captivated with each bite. My favorite part is when the sauce is still a bit runny before it blends with the rice. As you continue eating, you can feel the spices working on your body gradually. Recently, the popularity has increased, and the line has become longer. Hello! Today I visited Synergy in Kitashinchi and tried their "Aigake" curry. It was unexpectedly a hidden gem among the top curry restaurants. The equation of Spice Curry x Lunch = Queue was true, but luckily I arrived just in time to get a seat. I ordered the Aigake for 1,100 yen. The "Horo Horo Chicken Curry" had a spicy kick but was not too overwhelming, allowing the flavors of the curry to shine through. The chicken was tender and fell apart easily. The "Kinmedai Keema Curry" had a Japanese twist with a rich fish flavor that paired well with the rice and side dishes. The presentation was beautiful and everyone in the restaurant couldn't resist taking photos of their meal. Overall, I was satisfied with the delicious and flavorful spice curry at Synergy. There is a shop on the second floor of a building located on the south side of Kitashinchi, across from Avanza. It was just before lunchtime, but there was already a line of about 10 people. I ordered the Gold-eye Seabream Keema Curry for 1,000 yen. I was a bit unsure if white fish and spicy curry would go well together, but I was pleasantly surprised. The delicate flavor of the gold-eye seabream and the spices were a perfect match, and I enjoyed it very much.
