I have been a regular at Fusse Honpo for a long time. I had known about the Namba location for a while, but finally had the chance to visit today. I had the pleasure of enjoying the delicious New Matsuzaka beef after a long time, and each bite was sweet and very tasty. I ended up ordering too much with the 100g of sirloin, leaving some rice behind, sorry about that. The lemon tea afterwards was perfect. Thank you for the delicious meal and for cooking the meat so well, to the staff and chefs.

I didn't know there was a restaurant called New Matsusaka besides Busse, but it was bright and clean with lots of people! The course dishes, such as shrimp and abalone, were quite large and the meat was also of good quality. The grilled vegetables were delicious as always. The volume of food in Namba was good. I didn't really like the garlic pilaf, but overall it's recommended for families.

Inside the restaurant, there is a counter and tables, and I recommend sitting at the counter as you can watch the food being prepared right in front of you. This time, I had the course menu, which cost around 10,000 yen, and I added abalone to it! The portion was just right, the price was reasonable, and I left satisfied. The only downside was that the voices of other customers at the counter were a bit loud, so it would have been nice if they were a bit more mindful of that. Overall, it's a great restaurant with a nice atmosphere, but that was the only thing that bothered me.

We used this restaurant for a special dinner with our family as a reward for the holiday. We often use the Fuse main store, but this was our first time here. It seems that each store has different details in the menu, and they also have their own original course here. The common sautéed Chinese cabbage was consistently delicious. The lobster had a firm texture, and overall, the food left a good impression. The limited-time course seemed to require a reservation, but there was no mention of it on the website or app. In the past, it was often stated that a reservation was required, so I assumed that it could be ordered on the day without one, but unfortunately, it was not possible, which was a bit disappointing.

The seafood grill and steak in the lunch course were delicious. It tasted even better when cooked right in front of us. The service was attentive and pleasant. However, the salad and stir-fried bean sprouts were brought to us after we mentioned them, which made us wonder if they had forgotten. Other than that, everything was good.

I used it for a Christmas lunch. It was a course with sirloin steak, grilled vegetables, and seafood. The seafood was scallops and shrimp, not shown in the photo. There is also a course with hamburg instead of seafood. It is quite affordable for lunch, although it is expensive at night. I plan to try it at night next time. The location is very convenient, just outside exit 11 of Namba subway station, on the 9th floor of a building. There are also branches in Fuse and Umeda. The highlight of teppanyaki restaurants is that they cook right in front of you, so you can enjoy the cooking process. I chose the Matsusaka beef steak lunch with black-haired wagyu. It cost around ¥10,000. Expensive!! Haha The meat was so tender!!! The restaurant has a calm atmosphere and they cook the food right in front of you. Highly recommended for dates or special occasions!

First visit to New Matsuzaka!! They said they felt like eating teppanyaki after watching Doctor X, so we decided to go to New Matsuzaka that I had been curious about!!! The atmosphere of the restaurant was one of the best among teppanyaki restaurants! The stylish, slightly dark and quiet interior was a high-quality space to enjoy teppanyaki!! The course we ordered today was the "New Matsuzaka Course". It costs 9900 yen per person (excluding drinks). The details of the course are: Matsuzaka beef seared sushi, seasonal appetizers, sautéed Chinese cabbage, sautéed lobster, black wagyu steak, colorful vegetable salad, white rice, pickles, red miso soup, and dessert. Highly recommended for special occasions like anniversaries! I also went for an anniversary! The atmosphere is just perfect for a date! I went to "New Matsuzaka" to eat steak. The town was bustling with a lot of people. They served a specialty dish of wagyu seared sushi right in front of me. The beautifully marbled meat was rich in fat. The meal started with a delicious salmon appetizer followed by a sweet and tasty sautéed Chinese cabbage. I ordered white wine by the glass, but the amount was ridiculously small! It was like a sip... and it cost 1,430 yen per glass. Don't order wine by the glass here (laughs). For the first main dish, I chose lobster and live abalone. It couldn't taste bad, right? It was rich and creamy with butter! I ordered a bottle of red wine. For the second main dish, I had Matsuzaka beef sirloin steak with seasonal vegetables. It was cooked right in front of me! It was juicy and flavorful cooked medium rare. The fatty parts were finely chopped and served like a simmered dish. For dessert, I had garlic rice and completed the meal. Today's dinner was in Namba! Looking back, it feels like it's been a while since I stepped foot in the Namba area. So it feels kind of fresh. The mission for the day was completed, and the place my friend brought me to was this restaurant where you can enjoy watching the meat being grilled right in front of you, which is exciting. We had the limited course for September and October, priced at 11,000 yen including tax, with a total of 9 dishes. The contents were as follows: - Greeting dish: Seared sushi of black wagyu beef - Appetizer: Salad of Pacific saury confit and mushrooms - Specialty: Stir-fried Chinese cabbage - Fish dish: Red snapper and mushroom fricassee - Seasonal dish: Vinegared matsutake mushrooms and winter melon, Grilled tilefish with matsutake royale - Black wagyu beef (100g sirloin or 70g tenderloin) *Can be changed to A5 brand beef for an additional 2,000 yen, Kobe beef for an additional 6,000 yen, or Matsusaka beef for an additional 6,000 yen - Rice dish (choose one): White rice, Teppanyaki roll bread, Premium garlic rice, Black wagyu beef dashi rice porridge, Black wagyu beef mapo eggplant with white rice - Dessert: Shine muscat compote and pear smoothie - Sweet potato small confectionery - Drink: Coffee or Black tea That's the general overview of the menu. Let me highlight a few dishes. The greeting dish was truly outstanding. The meat with plenty of marbling was quickly seared with a burner, and the moment you put it in your mouth, the melting umami flavor spreads rapidly, piercing through the top of your head. It hits you hard right from the first bite! And for the main meat dish, I paid extra to have the tenderloin of Matsusaka beef. My friend and I shared Matsusaka beef and Kobe beef. The Matsusaka beef sizzled on the hot plate, and when flambeed with high-proof alcohol, a huge flame rose up! The medium-rare Matsusaka beef, finished with salt, was a tsunami of flavor rushing in. So delicious! The garlic rice... I really like this one! The garlic rice, cooked efficiently on the hot plate, is delicious with each grain of rice containing the meat's fat and a buttery aroma mixed in. It's hard not to smile while eating it. At this point, my satiety center was temporarily paralyzed. I even ended up ordering a hamburger. From the start to the final cup of tea, I finished without a single complaint. I had been interested in New Matsuzaka restaurant. Initially, my first choice was the location in Umeda 32nd Street because of its convenient location, but when I called, they were unfortunately fully booked. However, I really wanted to have dinner at New Matsuzaka tonight, so I decided to go to the Namba location. I was able to make a reservation by phone on the same day. I tried the popular New Matsuzaka course for 9000 yen at this restaurant. Although it was not on a high floor, the atmosphere was nice, and the chef who served us immediately sensed the pace of the customers and created a wonderful flow of time. The quality of each ingredient, the good taste, and the chef's skillful arrangements made it an enjoyable dining experience. I would like to come back again.

For my birthday celebration, my wife took me to New Matsuzaka Namba Midosuji store near Namba Station in Osaka, which is located on the 9th floor of GEMS Namba across from Hotel Royal Classic Osaka. The original main store is located near Fuse Station in Higashi-Osaka City, known as a long-established teppanyaki restaurant among the residents of Higashi-Osaka City. This time, we had the Anniversary Lunch which included hamburg and steak. We also had a glass of wine. The set came with salad, grilled vegetables, rice, miso soup, and pickles. The hamburg was made with black wagyu beef, and the steak was made with Australian sirloin. You can also choose fillet steak for an additional charge or upgrade to black wagyu beef. We enjoyed them with salt, pepper, and wasabi, and they were all delicious. The set menu also included stir-fried bean sprouts and a dessert plate with a birthday message. It was a very satisfying lunch. The location along Midosuji in Namba is quite convenient, and we look forward to going back for another meal as a couple.
