I had the most popular Special Pork Dipping Ramen at this restaurant. The Special option comes with chashu, nori, seasoned egg, and shellfish, which can also be added as an extra topping at the table. This time, I added extra shellfish to make it even more flavorful. The noodles were chewy and medium-thick, perfectly matched to the hot dipping broth. The soup was extremely rich and full of flavor from the pork and seafood. It's so thick that you have to be careful not to dip the noodles too much, or you'll run out of soup towards the end. The chashu on top of the noodles is quite thick, and they recommend eating it first before it gets cold. Personally, I think it's also delicious to dip it in the hot broth to warm it up. In addition to the chashu on top of the noodles, there is also a tender and generous piece of chashu in the dipping broth. Lastly, the meal ends with a bowl of rice soaked in the dipping broth, which is a refreshing way to finish off the rich ramen. This restaurant is definitely worth the wait for its rich and flavorful dipping ramen. Thank you, Tokiya!

I waited about 15 minutes before entering the restaurant, as there were about 6 customers ahead of me in line. The female staff members were very efficient and pleasant. The tsukemen here was the best I've ever had in my life, living up to its high reputation. The menu stated that dipping the noodles generously in the soup was not allowed, and I realized that dipping too much would make the flavor too strong and diminish the enjoyment. Just lightly dipping the noodles made them delicious. The rice with soup after the meal was just the right amount and tasted great. I was very satisfied.

My junior brought me to a delicious tsukemen restaurant. They offer three basic types: pork, chicken, and spicy tsukemen, as well as limited-time menu items. This time, I ordered the classic pork tsukemen. I was expecting the thick and rich broth that was popular for a while, but this one exceeded my expectations! The flavor is so concentrated and the soup is of a very high quality. The noodles also complement the soup perfectly. They are not too thick but have the right texture and firmness. I would love to try the chicken and spicy options next time. They also offer frozen takeout options! I wish they had an online store too! The staff is very lively and overall, it was a highly satisfying dining experience! Thank you for the meal!

I visited this restaurant for the first time. Despite the long wait of about 30 minutes, it was worth it. The soup and char siu were really delicious. I ordered the "Chicken Tsukemen Special for 1250 yen" this time. The flavored egg was also satisfying. I will definitely come back.

Today, I tried ordering Cream Tsukemen for the first time. I wasn't sure what "cream" was, but it said Chicken Cream on the menu, though that didn't really clarify things. It was rich, creamy, and delicious. It's hard to describe the taste, but it was kind of like risotto. Cream Tsukemen is a type where you mix the rice into the soup, so unfortunately, you can't enjoy soup-wari (diluting the soup) with it.

I arrived at the popular restaurant before noon, so I only had to wait for about 5-6 people before being seated. The rich seafood and pork bone soup was delicious, and they strictly prohibit adding extra toppings. The flavor is on the strong side, so just dipping a little bit is enough to enjoy the taste. Lastly, they served a small rice dish with soup to make a delicious porridge. It was also very tasty!

This is my 5th visit to the restaurant. I have tried all the dishes. It was not better than expected, but not worse either. The food was not bad, but it did not leave a strong impression. People's tastes vary, but this restaurant falls within the mentioned framework. Thank you for the chicken tsukemen and the seaweed topping.

This time, I visited the famous restaurant "Tokiya" in Nishinakajima, which has been selected as one of the top 100 restaurants on Tabelog with a high rating of 3.74. There is usually a line of about 20 people when they open. I lined up about 15 minutes before opening and was able to get in on the first round.
I ordered the Pork Tsukemen Special for 1,280 yen. The flavors available were pork, chicken, and spicy, with pork being the most popular. The special comes with a generous amount of chashu, seasoned egg, and seaweed on top of the noodles. The noodles are thick and the dipping sauce is rich, so it's best to dip the noodles just a little bit to enjoy the flavors.
The rich pork broth dipping sauce clings to the noodles and is incredibly delicious. To finish, you mix the dipping sauce with the rice provided and eat it like a soup, which is a perfect combination of the rich pork bone soup and rice. Especially when there are pickled plums on top, the sourness of the plums enhances the flavor even more.

I have been to this restaurant a few times before but had never tried it until today, and I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken tsukemen was delicious, with a generous amount of soup. Although the rice with soup wasn't necessary, I still enjoyed it. I remember having the pork before, but it didn't bring me as much joy as the chicken did. Thank you for the meal.

Personally, this is my number one tsukemen restaurant♫ If you like rich flavors, be sure to try the pork tsukemen! Yesterday, luckily, I only had to wait about 5 minutes to get in! I ordered the pork tsukemen in large size without hesitation and enjoyed it ☆ It was still incredibly delicious and rich ^_^ The cost performance is also excellent ♫ For around 1300 yen, the satisfaction of this deliciousness is top-notch ^ ^

Second visit. It had been a year since my last visit, but I vaguely remembered how delicious it was. The rich tonkotsu dipping noodles are easy to eat without any unpleasant smell. The broth is well-balanced. I always upgrade to the special, but I could be satisfied with just the noodles and soup. Well, the chashu is delicious too, so I end up dipping it in. I did feel a slight stomachache, but I already want to go back again.

The popular tsukemen shop near the hotel I stayed at had a long line, so we visited with three people. The counter is the main seating area, so there aren't many large seats available, resulting in a wait of about 20-30 minutes. I ordered the Special Spicy option (level 3 MAX spiciness). It wasn't very spicy, so it's suitable for those who like spicy food. The tsukemen itself was honestly average, but the seared chashu was delicious. The highlight was the rice served at the end. Mixing it with the tsukemen soup was incredibly delicious. I wish they had this menu item in reverse.

After a long time, I visited with another person at night. There were 6 people waiting. We bought food tickets and entered the restaurant after about 10 minutes. I thought we would sit at the counter, but we were shown to a table, which was lucky. I ordered the chicken tsukemen (930 yen). It was consistently delicious as always. The staff offered us the last bit of rice at a good timing, and I finished it all. Although Nishinakajima is a competitive ramen area, I believe that this place, Tokiya, is definitely the number one for tsukemen. It's so hot in the summer, so I crave this tsukemen more than ramen. I will definitely come back regularly. Thank you for the meal.

I visited for dinner! I arrived 10 minutes before opening and there were 8 people in line. I bought a meal ticket and went inside. It's rare to find a shop that specializes in tsukemen! Of course, I ordered the tsukemen. The rich soup goes really well with the beautiful noodles! There are plenty of ramen shops around here, but this is definitely one of the recommended ones!

Osaka 100 Famous Restaurants Tour ✨ Today, I went to a place that was about an 8-minute walk from Nishinakajima-Minamigata Station! When I went during lunchtime, there was a line of 7 people. Truly a popular spot. This time, I ordered the pork tsukemen ✨ You buy a meal ticket while waiting, so the service is fast once you're seated! How does it taste? It's like a vegetable potage with pork and vegetables, not just pork bone broth! And the noodles are so thick and chewy that you can't tell if you're eating the noodles or the soup. Thank you for the meal!

In 2022, this ramen shop was one of the top 100 most popular shops with long lines. Their menu consists of three main items: "pork tsukemen," "chicken tsukemen," and "spicy tsukemen." The shop mainly focuses on tsukemen noodles. The interior is made of exposed concrete, with two tables for two people, one table for four people, and a counter with seven seats. I ordered the large portion of pork tsukemen for 980 yen. The sizes available are regular, large, special, and extra-large. The noodles are medium-thick and straight, with a good chewy texture. The soup has a rich animal-based broth that clings well to the noodles, making the flavor intense. It is so rich that you may need water, and there is a warning against drinking the soup directly. The large charcoal-grilled pork chashu melts into the soup, and it's recommended to save a bit for the end. When the noodles are almost gone, I ordered a finishing dish of rice with broth and a pickled plum on top. Mixing the rich broth with the rice and plum creates a harmonious blend of flavors. If you love thick soup tsukemen, this place is a must-visit.

I'm not sure how many times I've visited, but I really like this tsukemen. It's delicious no matter when you eat it. Even though it's a tsukemen shop, the turnover is fast, which is very helpful. It feels impossible to wait outside in this hot weather. When I went, I only had to wait about 5 minutes to get in. The final rice dish is also delicious!

I couldn't decide between spicy and special, but because it was so hot, I chose chicken. The chicken dipping sauce was rich and flavorful, and I didn't get tired of eating it. The noodles mixed well with the sauce and were chewy and had a good texture. It would be even better if they could provide paper aprons so we can eat without worrying about getting messy.

I visited at night. I purchased a food ticket and lined up. The staff was attentive, so I didn't get skipped in line. I waited for about 20 minutes with 3 groups ahead of me. Depending on the timing, you may get seated faster.
- Chicken dipping noodles 930: The ramen arrived almost immediately after being seated. I had pork at a different branch before, but this one had a lighter taste. The timing for the side dishes like rice was also well-coordinated, and the service was very polite.
- Crumbled flavored egg 60: The flavor of the crumbled egg remained the same. It was lucky to find it available at night. It had a good flavor and was slightly runny, which was nice. Thank you for the meal.

Tsukemen restaurant near Shin-Osaka Station. It was my first time here. It was past 1 pm on a weekday, but there were a few people waiting. The temperature was over 35°C that day... waiting outside was tough, but I was able to get in after about 5 minutes. I ordered the main tsukemen with pork bone and seafood broth, chicken soy sauce, and spicy tsukemen. I also ordered the pork tsukemen SP topping. The pork tsukemen SP had a thick and rich soup made from pork bone and seafood. When you lift the noodles, the way it clings is amazing... There was a warning not to dip the noodles too much, but if you dip too much, it seems like the soup might run out. Just a little dipping was enough to fully enjoy the flavor. The meal ended with a small bowl of rice with dashi poured over it, which was like a refreshing soup. The thoughtful ending left me very satisfied. The lively atmosphere and attentive service (apparently no talking allowed) were pleasant, and I definitely want to come back to this restaurant.
