Since it was just my wife and I on the trip, we only needed one to share, but oh well. We took it back to our hotel, had dinner, and then enjoyed it in our room. The waffle dough with plenty of Échiré butter cream was quite different from the Échiré Bombe that I often eat in Ikebukuro. The cream in the Omelette Brioche felt more dense. Maybe it's the compatibility with the dough, or maybe the cream itself is different, I'm not sure. With 5 pieces in a box, it's quite filling for a snack. Considering the compatibility of the dough and cream, I think I would stick with cream puffs here. Well, I thought I should give it a try at least once, so let's call it a win.
