Impactful store name!! When I visited a ramen shop in Osaka during my trip, it was a popular place listed in the top 100 on Tabelog, and there was a long line. However, since it was a ramen shop, the turnover was quick, and I was able to enter in less than 30 minutes! The shop's specialties are two types of ramen: duck soba and clam soba. So, I ordered one of each. The aroma of the soup from outside the shop was already exciting. It seemed like an equal number of people ordered duck soba and clam soba. The Special Kishu Duck Soba (¥1,280) was a beautiful bowl with a clear soup and plenty of toppings like half-boiled seasoned egg, chashu, menma, and grilled green onions. The soup was particularly amazing, with a soft sweetness, elegant soy sauce richness, and a strong duck flavor. The medium-thick straight noodles were perfect. The chashu topping was exceptional, with both duck chashu and pork loin chashu, both cooked at a low temperature for concentrated umami and tenderness. The green onions were fragrant and paired perfectly with the soup. The Golden Clam Soba (¥1,250) was also available, with a soup shining in golden color thanks to clam broth, rich in umami without any bitterness or odor, enhanced by the refreshing yuzu flavor. The chashu topping was moist and luxurious. Although the duck and clam were completely different ingredients, they were both so delicious that it was hard to choose. I recommend ordering the Special version for the delicious toppings. Despite the long line, the turnover was fast, so don't give up and try waiting in line. #MoeyoMenSuke @Osaka◾️Location IG @moemen423◾️Type Ramen◾️Price ¥1,000-¥2,000◾️Closed on Mondays◾️Tabelog 3.77/Top 100 (2017-2021)

On Saturday around 1:30 PM, the special was sold out so I ordered the duck soba with rare char siu. The soup was very flavorful and delicious, and the noodles were thin and tasty. However, personally, I didn't like the thick and chewy texture of the noodles. The operation was good, with around 20 people waiting but the wait was only about 30 minutes. Overall, I felt it was a pretty good restaurant and I would consider visiting again.

Visit to Moe Yomenosuke after a year. It's a favorite shop of "Mugi to Menjo" series. Arrived at 10:30, third in line, with nearly 20 people before opening. Heard that there were only 3 servings of duck rice, so lucky to have lined up early. Ordered the Special Kishu Duck Soba for 1400 yen, extra duck for 300 yen, and duck rice for 350 yen, totaling 2050 yen. The soup was a slightly sweet soy sauce soup with duck and Menjo chicken (Amakusa Daio). The duck broth was rich and had a good aroma. Very delicious. The noodles were medium-thin straight noodles that matched the soup well. The toppings included rare pork chashu, rare duck, grilled leeks, menma, boiled egg, and grilled duck, all of which were very delicious. You could see the leeks and duck being grilled at the grill, giving off a fragrant aroma. It was excellent! Finally, it was recommended to pour the remaining duck broth from the duck rice over it and eat it like ochazuke by adding a small amount of wasabi. It was the perfect way to finish the meal! Since it's limited to 3 servings, it's necessary to line up a little early. Overall, it was a very satisfying bowl!

~~ order ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Flavored egg golden clam ramen 1,140 yenExtra duck 300 yen~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~A well-known and highly popular ramen shop. "Moeyo Menjo" It's been about a year since I last came here without realizing it. Last time, I fell in love with the "duck ramen" for its deliciousness. How about this time with the "clam ramen"...? The conclusion is, falling in love again with the overwhelming deliciousness? What is this? The clam broth is seriously delicious! I can only feel the richness! The noodles are straight and thin. Smooth yet chewy, with a perfect texture that makes you eat it in no time, and before you know it, you've finished all the soup. It was so delicious, thank you!✨--------------------Currently based in Osaka, spreading the word about "delicious"! I've always been curious about this ramen shop that I pass by every day. Today, I finally had the chance to go at a slightly odd time! I ordered the clam ramen for 990 yen. I also got a cheap lunch set, so I hope my stomach can handle it. The noodles were delicious. The clam flavor in the soup was amazing! The chashu was tender and there was a lot of it, so next time I might skip the rice bowl haha.

After enjoying rakugo during my solo trip to Osaka, I decided to have ramen for dinner in Fukushima, which I haven't visited in a while. I love the old town atmosphere here. When I got off at Fukushima Station, my initial plan was to visit "Ramen Jinsei JET" at the now-closed Tabelog Mall, where I had been twice before. However, I decided to try a different shop this time since I was in Osaka. I lined up at a different shop, bought a ticket for Kishu duck soba and the limited 3 servings of duck and rice, and took a seat as soon as they opened. The duck soba looked beautiful and had a nice aroma. But when I slurped the thin noodles...hmm, I couldn't taste the noodles. They were too soft? Already gone? Wait, is this even ramen? The soup had a refined dashi flavor, and the ingredients were prepared well, but I couldn't shake off the doubt that this wasn't really ramen with these noodles. If udon without noodles is "meat-sucking," then is this "duck-sucking"? I thought the duck and rice didn't really go well with this soup. The price was reasonable, the staff were attentive, and I had a pleasant dining experience, but this ramen didn't quite fit into my definition of ramen. It seems that I just don't have good compatibility with the top-ranked ramen shops.

Arrived around 10 o'clock, the queue for the famous duck soba wasn't as long as expected at first. But around 45 minutes later, people started coming in and eventually the line got longer. If you want to get in on the first round, you might want to come 30 minutes early. The duck soba uses a soup with chicken broth, which adds depth to the flavor. The combination of duck rice and duck soba soup is excellent! The amazing taste never gets old no matter how many times you eat it. It's a must-visit restaurant, unless they have a limited menu, then there might not be much to write about. 😄

It was elegant. A few minutes' walk from Fukushima Station. It's no wonder it's popular. It was my first time visiting, and everything from the taste to the atmosphere and service was elegant. The taste was good, but I felt it might be slightly overrated. The ramen was 1000 yen, and 3 extra slices of chashu cost 280 yen. Considering the location, the prices are understandable. However, it lacked a bit of impact.

Kishu duck soba with grilled green onions, flavored egg, and seaweed is delicious. I prefer it to have a stronger duck flavor. It feels a bit lacking. Maybe it's because of the local preference? Unlike the famous duck broth ramen shops in Kanto, I feel a bit unsatisfied. I hope it will continue to evolve in the future!

Arrived at the restaurant at 5:25 PM on a Saturday night. There were 9 people waiting in line before opening. By the time the restaurant opened, there were about 20 people lined up behind me. There was a limited-time menu for August featuring Scallop Cold Ramen, limited to 10 servings. The staff went around confirming orders starting from the front of the line before opening, and all 9 people in front of me ordered that. I'm not a fan of cold ramen, so I ordered the regular ramen. However, my companion ordered the last Scallop Cold Ramen, causing the limited menu for the day to be sold out. But there was an older man behind me who seemed to have come specifically for the limited menu item, and he managed to negotiate with the staff to place an order. In the end, it seems he was able to order the elusive 11th serving. Overall, the regular ramen was delicious, especially the soft-boiled seasoned egg. They really nailed the perfect runny yolk.

I arrived at the restaurant at the opening time of 6:00 PM, but there was already a line of 15 people ahead of me, so I had to wait for about 30-40 minutes before getting a table. The menu included limited servings of ramen, and I was lucky to order the last special dish - Golden Clam Soba with Hokkaido scallops and Iberico pork. The soup had a hint of yuzu, was light and delicious that I finished it all! The chashu made from duck was also amazing, tender with a nice chewy texture. Although the turnover rate was a bit slow, the service provided to each customer was excellent, making the wait worth it!

Even in the hot summer, there are long lines at this ramen shop south of Fukushima Station. It was so crowded that I had to give up waiting in line, as it extended outside. Even women were waiting alone! I tried the duck ramen, aiming for the special version but it was sold out, so I settled for the one with seasoned egg. The soup was really good! The visual presentation in the photo was also impressive! (laughs)

I arrived at the restaurant at 4:45 PM and immediately a few people showed up. By 5:30 PM, there were about 20 people lined up. I won! But the way people were lining up today was unbelievable. Around 5:40 PM, a staff member came out and organized the line, then went around asking if people wanted the limited menu item. It was limited to 10 servings, so it sold out quickly. I was lucky to be the first one to enter when they opened a little earlier than usual. I bought meal tickets from the vending machine for "Shijimi and Hokkaido scallop cold noodles" and "Noodles with salted tea-marinated chicken". I couldn't wait to eat. The ramen I ordered looked amazing with its golden soup and lime on top. The soup was so flavorful and delicious, it surpassed all the cold noodles I've had before. The noodles were made with Hinai-jidori chicken eggs and had a chewy texture that was irresistible. The scallops on top were sweet and delicious. The condiments of myoga and green onions added a refreshing touch. Adding lime juice enhanced the flavor even more. The chicken noodles I ordered were also incredibly tasty, with a rich and surprising flavor. The combination of the soup from the cold noodles and the chicken noodles was perfect. Overall, the experience was amazing, and I highly recommend trying the cold noodles if you get the chance. Just a note, the cold noodles are only available at night, so plan accordingly. It's worth waiting in line for this delicious meal!

I visited this restaurant recommended by a friend who came from Nagoya. My friend really likes this place, so I had high expectations. However, I felt that the soup lacked depth in flavor and it wasn't to my liking, so I would give it 2 stars. There was a long line to get in, which was stressful for me as I don't like waiting, especially in the summer. It seems that you can't make reservations, so be aware of that! The interior was beautiful and clean, which was a plus.

I was prepared to wait for a long time. The ramen was very delicious and the natural hospitality of the staff made the experience even better. They have a daily limited menu. I tried the clam broth ramen and the bowl topped with grilled chashu. Both were really delicious, and I was able to finish the soup completely. It's a ramen shop that makes you want to come back again and again.

Waking up in the morning with leftover alcohol and a hangover, the best way to cure it is with the best ramen. A friend recommended "Moe Yomenosuke," which is on my list of top ramen shops in Kansai. Today, we started our ramen journey at this renowned shop! They open at 11:00 am, and when we arrived at 10:50, there were already 14 people in line. By the time it hit 11:00, there were over 30 people behind us! The shop had 9 staff members, and the service was fast-paced. We were seated by 11:30 and ordered their signature dish, the Kishu Duck Soba in soy duck soup. The ramen had thin noodles with a rich black soy soup infused with the aroma of duck! The freshly grilled duck chashu was incredibly delicious! Pair it with chashu rice, and you'll be completely satisfied!

Visited around 20:40 on a holiday, waited for about 20 minutes in a line of about 7 people. Finally tried the popular Ramen Asuke ✨ My partner ordered the duck soba, and I ordered the clam soba. The clam soba soup was amazing ❤️ with a rich flavor that soaked through. The charred green onions added a nice touch ❤️ The duck soba had a strong soy sauce flavor, but it was also delicious ✨ The clam soba soup was so good that I drank every drop. The noodles had a good chewiness and a nice wheat flavor. I will definitely order the clam soba again next time! The service was very polite, the food was delicious, and the long line was worth it. It seemed easy for a woman dining alone to get a seat.

I had ramen for the first time in a while and was impressed. The shop opens at 18:00, so I lined up from 17:30 and was the 10th in line. It's a shop I always line up for. The calm interior has only a counter and classical music playing. The ramen is carefully made and you can feel it. They explained where the chashu and duck meat came from before I ate. When I tasted the soup, I was amazed. Well, I was amazed by everything. They also recommended mixing the ramen soup with rice and eating it, which was incredibly delicious. They had limited edition menu items for August, so I want to try that next time.

I lined up 20 minutes before the store opened, but there were already customers waiting. I ordered the clam dashi special and the Tuesday-only duck heart skewers. Both were satisfying, but the duck hearts in particular exceeded the quality of typical yakitori restaurants!

I visited the famous restaurant Moeyo Mensuke in Fukushima for the first time. I waited with 9 people for about 30 minutes before being seated. Both the duck soba and clam soba had a rich flavor that was truly outstanding, not like regular ramen. The chashu rice bowl was also delicious and highly recommended! It was a bit disappointing that some items were sold out, but it was truly a top-notch restaurant! I am very satisfied. (^^)

I arrived before 10 o'clock, but there was no signboard and I couldn't sense any people inside the shop, which made me really anxious. I checked Twitter but there were no posts about the shop being closed, so I decided to call. The owner answered and said they were open today. Feeling relieved, I entered the shop first. The ticket machine was broken, so I had to verbally place my order. I ordered the "Special Golden Clam Soba" and sat down feeling a mix of emotions. The owner was as friendly as always. When the bowl arrived, I was amazed by the beautiful presentation. The soup was incredibly delicious, with a rich flavor of chicken, duck, clam, and a refreshing yuzu aftertaste. The noodles were visually appealing and had a perfect balance of smoothness and chewiness. The toppings, including the melt-in-your-mouth chashu, juicy rare chashu, and flavorful menma, were outstanding. I also tried the seared chashu rice bowl, which was equally amazing. Overall, I regret not trying this place sooner and recommend ordering the special to enhance your experience. The quality of the ramen at such an affordable price is truly impressive.
