I visited this restaurant for the 1000th time and decided to write a little more before posting, but ended up delaying it. This time, I tried the 04 ramen, and it felt heavier than I remembered. Perhaps as I've gotten older, things that used to be fine now feel heavier? When I first started coming here, I would have rated it higher, but now it's not a trend for me, just something I've settled into, so my rating hasn't dropped. I remembered this place after seeing it featured on a TV show filmed in the area. I had visited this restaurant many years ago, when it was a popular spot known for its unique ramen. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. The toppings were delicious, and the overall experience was enjoyable. Today, I mainly stick to the 04-style ramen or the super dried fish ramen, both of which are delicious in their own way.

I had a shave ice and then visited this place in the Tenroku Nakazaki Shotengai. I arrived at 13:40 and there were 2 groups of customers already inside. I ordered the Japanese-style Chinese noodles with half-cooked seasoned egg (¥900). The ramen was served at 13:47 and I left at 13:59. The ramen looked simple but it was really delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I received the Super Boiled Tsukemen for 850 yen on my first visit. The restaurant had a seasoned feel to it, but the ramen had a strong and impactful flavor that was not outdated and was delicious. I was torn between the boiled fish and Japanese-style ramen, but I think the default was the Japanese-style one? I would like to try that next time.

This is the god of Ramen. After finishing work in Umeda, it's already 6:30 in the evening. Late lunch time. I'm at Tenjinbashi Rokuchome Station, near Tengonakazaki Shopping Street and Oideyasu Street entrance. Inside the restaurant, there are a few customers already seated. The interior has a classical Showa-era vibe. This time, I tried their summer limited edition dish, the Fish Concentrated Tsukemen. I added some extra toppings as well. The homemade medium-thick noodles have a firm texture. Topped with chopped seaweed, sliced chili pepper, and shiso leaves, along with an extra seasoned soft-boiled egg. The rich fish broth soup has chunks of fish meat in it. Slurping the noodles in the soup, the flavors blend beautifully. The shiso leaves and chopped seaweed complement the dish well, and the sliced chili pepper adds a hint of spiciness. The extra seasoned soft-boiled egg with its runny yolk is delicious. The charred chashu is fragrant and tender. Finally, I enjoyed the soup with some added spice and finished the meal satisfied.

This time, I went to "Raku Ni Kami"! I was able to enter without waiting in line, even though it was just before closing time for lunch! I ordered the Japanese-style ramen with flavored egg (900 yen) and it was delicious! The chashu was also tasty! Thank you for the meal!

I went out for lunch and found a ramen shop called Rakunijin, which was selected as one of the top 100 ramen shops in the West. The shop is located between Nakazakicho and Tenjinbashi Rokuchome, just a short walk from Nakazakicho Station. I ordered the 2004-style Chuka Soba, a reissue of a popular ramen from 2004. The toppings included chicken and pork chashu, seaweed, menma, and green onions. The soup had a strong seafood flavor with hints of chicken. The noodles were thin and curly, with a chewy texture that paired well with the soup. Despite trying to eat less, I couldn't resist finishing the delicious bowl of ramen. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

I had some errands to run on Sunday, so I decided to have lunch at this place that is also selected as one of the top 100 restaurants. The old-fashioned atmosphere made me a little nervous to enter alone as a woman, but I saw another woman already inside, so I decided to give it a try. I was curious about the super dried fish topping, but I ended up ordering the ramen with a seasoned egg topping. It was light yet packed with the umami flavor of seafood, and it was really delicious!

Upon entering the shopping street of Tenroku, right off Oideyasu Street, you will find this quaint restaurant with only 8 counter seats. Although there was no line outside, the interior exuded a sense of history and anticipation. I decided to order the standard Japanese-style ramen for 800 yen, which boasted a double soup base of chicken and seafood. This place is said to be a must-visit when discussing Osaka's seafood ramen scene. After placing my order, I waited a short while and in about 10 minutes, my ramen arrived. The aroma of the fish stew-like broth was quite distinctive. The soup was not too oily, leaning towards the sweeter side with a rich flavor profile, showcasing the unique taste of blue fish. The chicken element was not very prominent. The thin, curly noodles had a surprisingly smooth texture, which was delightful. The flavored bamboo shoots, seared pork shoulder, and peppery chicken breast char siu complemented the soup well. Overall, I found this bowl of ramen to be creatively delicious, with a sweet and distinctive flavor profile enhanced by the fish broth. Thank you for the meal.

I visited on a weekday night after work. There wasn't a long line, but customers were constantly coming in, showing that this place is really popular! I ordered the super dried fish ramen in large size for 950 yen. It was worth making a detour to come here just to eat this! The taste was as delicious as ever. I want to try other menu items, but this one is still the best. I will definitely come back again! Thank you for the meal!

I stopped by this shop after work and the food was really delicious! I had ramen with a strong flavor of dried sardines and a bowl of char siu. The taste was new to me, as soon as I took a bite, the flavor of dried sardines hit me. The char siu bowl was also good, and the cost performance was great at 1100 yen.

I visited during a break from work! I always saw a small line, so I gave up on coming before. They had some limited quantity tsukemen left, so I ordered that! The richness of the seafood broth is addictive, and the chewy noodles paired perfectly with the dipping sauce. Next time, I will try the simple boiled sardine ramen!

Located in Osaka, this restaurant, called Rakujiin, is known as a pioneer in dried fish-based ramen. I had been curious about it for a while but hadn't had the chance to visit until today. I arrived just before opening time at 11:25 am. There were already a few people lined up in front of the shop, but I managed to get in on the first round. For my first visit, I ordered the basic Japanese-style ramen with extra noodles and added meat toppings. The bowl arrived in about 10 minutes. The first thing that caught my eye was the generous amount of sliced pork on top, almost hiding the noodles. I had heard beforehand that the pork here is not the trendy rare style (which I don't like), so I was pleased with the amount of meat. When I dug into the noodles, I found thin curly noodles that were well coated in the soup. The balance of dried fish and chicken in the soup was excellent, and I found the overall flavor to be very satisfying. The fact that the soup was served piping hot also earned high marks from me. Some places nowadays use a hand blender to froth up the soup for a creamy texture, but I always worry that the soup will cool down too quickly. So, I was pleased to enjoy a delicious bowl of ramen this time. Next time, I'd like to try the dried fish ramen. Thank you for the meal!

I arrived just before the store opened and had to wait for a bit, but thanks to that, I was able to get in right after it opened. While waiting, I looked at the menu and pondered. I ordered the limited edition 2004-style Chinese soba, and added a chopped chashu rice bowl for an extra 100 yen. The soup was simple yet filled with a seafood flavor, almost not tasting like chicken broth at all. The thin curly noodles also had a nostalgic feel to them, and I enjoyed it very much.

Today, I visited a ramen shop in Osaka that has been selected as one of the top 100 restaurants on Tabelog. The shop opens at 11:30 am. I arrived at 11:20 am on the weekend and there was only one person ahead of me in line. I chose the Wafu Chuka Soba and the Super Niboshi Soba, both with a half-cooked seasoned egg. The Wafu Chuka Soba had a light soup made from chicken and seafood, with nostalgic thin curly noodles. The chashu was made from pork and chicken breast. It was topped with seaweed, green onions, bamboo shoots, and a delicious half-cooked seasoned egg. The Super Niboshi Soba was described as a "unique bowl" but it was actually quite light and refreshing, with a subtle umami flavor that would delight any anchovy lover. It had a hint of bitterness but transformed into a rich umami taste. It was a delightful meal.

It's been a while since I last visited, but it's just past 6 o'clock when the restaurant opened. There were already a lot of customers after me. The menu this time was the fish-rich dipping noodles that had once been sold out. It's a summer limited item that made a comeback. It comes with homemade medium-thick noodles, topped with chopped seaweed, shiso leaves, and shredded red chili, plus an extra seasoned soft-boiled egg. The soup is a rich fish broth with fish meat, topped with green onions and two slices of seared chashu pork. I dipped the noodles into the soup and had a taste. The rich fish broth coated the noodles well and tasted delicious. The chopped seaweed, shiso leaves, and shredded red chili added great flavor, with the shiso leaves providing a nice aroma. The shredded red chili gave a slight kick, which was nice. The seasoned soft-boiled egg was perfectly runny. The seared chashu pork was flavorful and meaty. The fish powder and fish meat at the bottom of the soup added a strong fish flavor that was irresistible. After finishing the noodles, I enjoyed the remaining soup by diluting it a bit with water. It was just the right thickness, and adding some red chili pepper from the table made it even more delicious. It was a tasty bowl of noodles with a strong fish flavor.

I suddenly ended up eating ramen near Tenroku with people from the company, so I decided to try this place I had wanted to go to. I had a Japanese-style Chinese soba with a half portion of chashu rice bowl for 800 yen plus 300 yen, totaling 1100 yen. The chashu rice bowl had shredded chashu with a rich flavor that was just right. The rice was on the softer side, so my sons might not like it. The ramen soup was delicious in a normal way. I didn't think much of it at first, but before I knew it, I had finished it all. It was a standard place, so I finished it easily, but next time, I'll try something more unique.

Ramen restaurant near Temmabashi Rokuchome Station in Osaka. Visited around 7:00 PM.

Wafu Chuka Soba (Japanese-style Chinese noodles) - 800 yen
The amber-colored soy sauce broth is infused with the umami of dried seafood and chicken, creating a well-balanced and flavorful soup. The thin and chewy curly noodles pair perfectly with the light broth. Toppings include chashu pork, bamboo shoots, seaweed, and green onions. The chashu pork, rich in meaty flavor, was particularly delicious. A light yet satisfying bowl with a robust umami taste. Highly recommended for fans of Chinese-style noodles. Thank you for the meal.

Order: Boiled fish broth ramen, chopped pork rice with kimchi.
I visited the restaurant around 8 pm on a weekend. There were a few customers ahead of me and no waiting time. The interior of the restaurant had a nostalgic feel with only a counter and a TV. This place is known for its boiled fish broth ramen, but I'm not a fan of strong fish flavors, so I opted for a regular boiled fish broth ramen. As a result, I was able to enjoy the best-tasting boiled fish broth ramen for my personal preference. There are many boiled fish broth ramen shops in Osaka, but I think this one is particularly delicious. The chopped pork rice mixed with kimchi was also delicious! The Temmabashi area is a competitive ramen district, but this restaurant is highly recommended as one of the best!

Super Boiled Dried Ramen with Meat and Egg - 1450 yen, Large Size - 100 yen, Total 1550 yen. The color is like cement, but it doesn't have a strong salty or gooey taste, just the amazing flavor of dried fish. You can really taste the dried fish in every bite. The noodles are curly and slightly soft. The toppings may feel a bit expensive since the default price is low. I would like to try this soup with the typical medium-thick, firm noodles often found in dried fish ramen.

I went before 2 pm on a weekday. There were about 3 customers ahead of me, but I was able to be seated without waiting in line. Lucky me! Today, I tried the simple Japanese-style Chinese noodles with a little extra. With this, I have completed all the ramen menu items. Surprisingly, today's Chinese noodles had a strong flavor of bonito broth. It was so good that it made me wonder what bonito broth ramen tastes like. I like bonito broth, so I thought Chinese noodles with it are also good. The combination of soy sauce flavor and bonito broth was fantastic! I would like to go again. Thank you for the meal.

I visited the ramen shop called Rakunijin, which I had been wanting to try for a while, while I was out on July 11, 2023. I arrived at 11:45 and there were two people waiting outside. I waited for about 5 minutes before entering. I ordered the "Japanese-style Chinese soba for 800 yen" and "rice with dried small fish and shiso for 200 yen" verbally. The ramen arrived in about 10 minutes. The noodles were very thin, almost like old instant noodles! The soup was a bit salty, which seemed suitable for summer. The rice with dried small fish and shiso was delicious and just to my liking. Thank you for the meal♪♪♪
