On this day, we went to our second dinner spot. It was full when we first tried to go, but we managed to get a table when one opened up. I went with a friend and we ordered motsu hot pot, spicy miso dumplings, and potato salad. Unfortunately, they were sold out of live squid. The motsu hot pot, dumplings, and potato salad were all delicious. Next time, I want to go a bit earlier and try more dishes. They also offer a course with all-you-can-drink option, which seems like a good deal. Overall, it was a great meal!

After enjoying afternoon tea by the canal, I ended up visiting this restaurant with a full stomach. However, I was still able to enjoy the delicious food. The one-hour course included tasty dishes like iron pot dumplings, salad, motsunabe, and you could even add spicy miso for an extra 250 yen. I couldn't finish the champon noodles at the end, but I will definitely come back when I'm hungry again. The walls were adorned with autographs from famous athletes and celebrities, including my favorite.

I arrived at the reservation time but couldn't be seated right away because the previous customers were still there. It's not a big deal, but it made me wonder why nothing is said when you're made to wait, while being late for a regular reservation time would be criticized. The food was delicious as usual. The drink all-you-can option was self-service, which was a bit of a hassle but still enjoyable. Overall, I think it was good. There were lots of autographs from famous people (baseball players, golfers, celebrities).

This time, I wanted to try the motsunabe (tripe hot pot) in Hakata, so I visited this restaurant which was relatively close to my hotel. The taste was excellent. In addition to the generous portion of motsunabe, there were also salad, sesame marinated fish, gyoza, choice of noodles to finish, and sherbet included, so both my stomach and heart were fully satisfied. The timing of serving the dishes was good, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was clean and refreshing, allowing me to have a very pleasant time. The drink for the first round is served to you, and from the second round onwards, it's self-service. There were some reviews saying it's troublesome, and I also wondered how it would be like at first, but there were plenty of options and you could adjust the amount, so I actually found it fun to make my own drinks. It was a restaurant that made me not want to share it because there might be difficulty in making reservations if it becomes too popular, which was a feeling that it evoked in me. The owner was bright and seemed straightforward, and very considerate. It was my last night in Hakata, so I asked for a photo together as a memento before leaving, and they kindly agreed. I definitely want to go back again.

Continuing from 1200 yen per person, the thinly sliced burdock root in the chewy motsu nabe with additional red senmai was crunchy and delicious. The quality of the one-hour 1000 yen all-you-can-drink was so good that I was worried about the cheap price. It's nice to have a proper meal at a good restaurant once in a while. The vinegar motsu was also good. The cute tableware adds to the charm of the restaurant. Thank you for the meal.

I visited Sumiyoshi's "Motsunabe Yasuaki," a motsunabe (offal hot pot) specialty restaurant that opened a month and a half ago. They offer two types of motsunabe: soy sauce flavor and miso flavor, and personally, I preferred the miso flavor. The motsu (offal) was large and delicious. In addition to motsunabe, we also tried gyoza, shumai, and liver sashimi. The entrance is surprisingly cute for a motsunabe restaurant. I wanted to eat authentic motsunabe near my accommodation, so I researched and found this place. It had a local, quaint atmosphere tucked away on a side street. The food was delicious.

The food was very delicious and satisfying. My only complaint is that the iron pot dumplings in the course meal were supposed to be for 4 people, but it seemed like only enough for one. The edamame and salad came in two dishes, so it made me wonder. Also, it was disappointing that only women were served sherbet. However, the motsunabe was extremely delicious and all the other dishes were also very tasty!

I chose this place because I wanted to eat motsunabe in Fukuoka for the first time. Honestly, it was incredibly delicious. I caused some trouble, but they kindly helped me. It was a very nice restaurant. I will visit again when I go to Fukuoka.

The cost performance is terrible. 1 hour all-you-can-drink for 1000 yen, 2 hours for 2000 yen. Total of 17000 yen for 3 people.

It was really delicious. I personally prefer miso because it has a stronger flavor. Everything I tried was delicious. The restaurant is still new and clean. The self-service drink bar was a bit inconvenient, but other than that, everything was great.

The motsunabe was delicious.
