I stayed at a hotel near Shinsaibashi because I wanted to visit a restaurant I had never been to before. I thought I could just walk straight there, but there was no crosswalk on the lower road near the JCT, so I had to take a detour. It was a Saturday afternoon, so I thought it might be crowded, but the restaurant had a moderate amount of customers and I could easily find a seat. You order using a touch panel ticket machine right in front of you as soon as you enter the restaurant. And they even accept card payments! Great! I ordered the pork belly ramen, rich and a draft beer. Lately, I've been ordering the chashu ramen and ending up like this (´・_・`)← a lot, so when there's pork belly available, I go for that. Also, I was tired from walking, so I got a draft beer too. There was a cold water server on the table. You don't need to call the staff even if the water runs out, and it never seems to run out no matter how much you drink! Great service! I checked out the service corner, but they only had toppings like pickled ginger, green onions, vinegar, and mayonnaise, so I didn't take anything. For those who love green onions, you can make a green onion ramen for free. The draft beer came out quickly, and as I looked around the table, the ramen arrived right away. It looked great. The pork belly melted in my mouth. Delicious! The noodles were slightly firm, and the soup was hot. Even though it was past lunchtime, the place was still busy with customers, and there were even people waiting despite it being after lunchtime. It was delicious, the restaurant's system was good, and I wish it was closer so I could visit more often.
