Revisited the restaurant. The rice, miso soup, dashi, and salad were very delicious. When you order the rice, miso soup, and dashi set, you can have unlimited refills. However, for the salad, it is free refill if you order it, but there needs to be some system in place because anyone can take the salad without knowing who ordered it. Also, it would be nice to have a set option for those who don't like mentaiko (spicy cod roe). The restaurant has about 150 seats and is spacious.

The employee cafeteria at Yamaya is open to the public as a restaurant. I visited with my family from Hokkaido during the pre-opening period. It is located on a hill with a great view. When you order a main dish, you can have unlimited servings of mentaiko (spicy cod roe) and takana (pickled mustard greens). The white rice is also very delicious. The usability of the ticket machine is poor, and I hope for improvements in the future. Also, the salad bar and mentaiko/takana are in the same area, which can be confusing. It still feels like they are in the trial and error stage, with some areas feeling incomplete. I would like to visit again once they have their grand opening.
