The main shop has a lot of meat in their Chinese soba. The soup is a special type with a strong sweetness of soy sauce. However, it doesn't have a deep soy sauce aroma or flavor, just a strong impression of intensity! It's not really a lot of meat, but more of a firm chewy boiled pork feeling.
