Summer is said to have fewer delicious fish, but the chef here does a great job. I used to not like squid, but it was soft and very tasty! The shrimp legs were also crunchy and delicious. Everything I tried was delicious, but I recommend asking for recommendations.

The interior of the restaurant is clean, especially the counter made of a single piece of cypress wood, which is a rare find at this price point. The cost performance is excellent. The staff also provide detailed explanations of the sushi to foreign customers, showing great hospitality towards inbound tourists.

Located along Sakaisuji Street, halfway between Ebisucho Station on the subway and Shin-Imamiya Station on JR, this restaurant opened in March 2023. Upon visiting, there were still congratulatory flowers displayed outside. Inside, there is an L-shaped counter and two tables, with the chef and a part-time staff running the place. The interior is clean and modern, with a wooden design above the counter adding to the atmosphere. The menu consists of sashimi and sushi only, with plans to add grilled and simmered dishes in the future. I ordered sashimi, which was served in small portions on individual plates, perfect for solo diners. Sushi can be ordered by the piece, and I enjoyed about 13 pieces. It was quite a satisfying meal for me. Although I didn't have any appetizers, the sake didn't go down as smoothly, but I look forward to returning soon. Thank you for the meal.

I visited a sushi restaurant that I always go to because my usual place was crowded and closed. The ark shell was exquisite. I will definitely go back.
