I went shopping at Ion with Kyocera, and when I went to the food court, it was packed with people! It's a concert by Johnny's, so there are only young girls and no signs of empty seats. So, I decided to get takeout from KFC instead. I don't usually eat KFC, so it's been a few years since I last had it. I always go for the Twisters at KFC (laughs). Although the regular chicken and sandwiches are delicious, I love the taco-like Twisters the most. So, I ordered the Teriyaki Twister set for 590 yen and also a Pepper Mayo Twister for 290 yen. I ate them in the car afterwards. It was my first time eating them in a while, but they were still delicious. If you want to relax, it might be better to use the cafes on the first floor where you can still find a more peaceful atmosphere. On the other hand, on weekdays with no special events, it is completely empty and you can feel at ease. I tried the limited-time Chicken Cream Pot Pie for 360 yen. I wanted to try the Gratin Pot Pie, but they didn't have it available during the Christmas season. The selection of items was quite limited during this time. It's understandable due to the busy season, but it was a bit disappointing. As for the taste... hmm, it might not be much different from supermarket deli food. It felt like it was just heated up in the box. It's really more suited for home parties.

On May 31st, the KFC on the 4th floor of AEON Mall Osaka Dome City store, which opened recently, caught my attention. I've been into Doutor's Yogrun lately, but I was drawn to the Crushers here. It's convenient to sit anywhere in the food court. Smoking is prohibited in the food court. There are 4 types of Crushers: Hawaiian Jelly, Peach Apricot Tart, Cookies & Cream, and Strawberry Banana. I chose the Hawaiian Jelly. It comes in a cup with a big straw. It's like a tapioca drink. It's sweet and delicious when sucked up with the straw. The jelly-like texture is nice, somewhat different from tapioca pearls. Fruits also jump into your mouth. There's also nata de coco. It feels like a fruit mix jelly drink. It seems like it would give your body a boost when you're tired. It's a bit sweet but recommended. I also bought a One Piece set with ice cream that the kids wanted. It's a set for 980 yen (chicken, chicken crisp, potato). You can't choose the ice cream, but they showed me 6 boxes to choose from. I ended up with Chopper.
