Kintetsu Nara Line Kintetsu Nihonbashi Station. Riding the wave of the recent sushi and sake bar boom, this place has rapidly multiplied. From Osaka Station Building to Whitey, Tsukaguchi, Nishinomiya Kitaguchi, Tenjin, Hakata, Tennoji... the momentum is amazing (laughs). Even though I know everything about the food, sushi, and sake, I once again found myself under the noren. "I never learn my lesson," that's exactly what this is. The location of the restaurant is Namba Walk. Despite it being lunchtime, miraculously there was no wait. First, a lemon sour was served immediately. The potato salad from the sushi restaurant was also light and refreshing. Each restaurant is the same, isn't it? Well, of course it is! Then, while snacking on those, I gazed absentmindedly at the tuna fence being prepared in front of me. In the meantime, I ordered the Bruce Lee (407 yen) and the Ebi Sanmai (825 yen) sushi (kohada, horse mackerel, jack mackerel, sweet shrimp, red shrimp, button shrimp). I paired this with a green tea highball. This combination, which has become more common in Kansai recently, surprisingly goes very well with sushi. Just as the sushi and sake ran out, I finished. The nostalgic BGM for the day was Kondo Match's "Gingira Ginni Sarigenaku." Shimmying along to the rhythm, even the kohada I ate was sparkling.
