It tasted exactly as I imagined, with plenty of chunky beef tendons and a great flavor. No unpleasant smell, very easy to eat. My top recommendation is the beef croquette from the butcher shop, 1 piece for 56 yen. Even when cold, it has a gentle sweetness with a subtle spice. It's a steal at 56 yen per piece. It's simple but incredibly delicious, whether as a side dish with rice or sandwiched between bread, it's a must-try croquette. I also tried the Kobe beef delicious minced cutlet, 1 piece for 140 yen. I had it in a sandwich and it was not greasy, easy to eat with a refreshing taste. Even when cold, it's still delicious, and you can fully taste the sweetness of the onion. Everything I tried was delicious. In addition to the thick-sliced roast beef, there are other items available, but I highly recommend trying the croquette. You might end up buying dozens of them. The croquette from the butcher shop is a classic and delicious, even when not freshly fried. The service was also efficient and pleasant, so the wait time was not a bother. It's nice to have found a place that I like so much that I want to praise it.
