The next day, my stomach doesn't feel heavy, and I can eat quite a bit. It's really amazing. I ordered the harami steak (200g) and the hamburger (160g) with salt or onion sauce, and both were incredibly delicious. The service here is also excellent. They treat families with children and elderly customers exceptionally well. It's a cozy and welcoming place, so I highly recommend it.

The restaurant was full, so we waited at a waiting area inside. After about 10 minutes, we were seated at a table. My daughter had been here before, but it was my first visit. I wanted to try both the hamburger and steak, so I ordered the above items. We split them between us. The food was served shortly after. The meal came with a prosciutto salad, consommé soup, and a post-meal drink, with unlimited rice. I started with the filet steak... It had a good texture for a filet, and tasted delicious with the onion sauce that came with it. I also tried the rock salt on the table, which I found to be a better match. There were garlic chips as well, and adding them made the dish even more delicious. Garlic really does go well with meat. Next, the hamburger. It was brought in a bundle and cut in front of us, cooked on a hot iron plate to our liking. This one was coarsely ground, giving it a chunky texture. It was incredibly tasty with the rock salt. I would recommend the hamburger over the steak. For the post-meal drink, I had iced coffee. It wasn't cheap, but the ambiance of the restaurant was great, and the delicious food made me want to come back again.

I always go there when I feel like eating meat after work. I always enjoy meat with wine or beer. The meat is juicy and tender. I like to sprinkle special salt or dip it in ponzu sauce, which enhances the flavor of the meat and makes it very delicious. I can't grill steak well at home, so eating steak at a professional restaurant is different. It's a different experience from eating yakiniku. The bold Merlot pairs well with the meat. They also have Minoh Beer, but it would be nice if they had IPA or W-IPA to pair with the meat. I wish they had Minoh Beer's IPA too! That would be perfect.

Located just a 5-minute walk south of Hachioji, this restaurant is a great spot for steak and hamburg steak lovers like myself. I'm not a fan of typical family restaurants - they're noisy, people eat messily, parents have bad manners (mostly DQN, haha), they're unnecessarily crowded, and the food is subpar. Of course, everyone has their own preferences, so if you want to go, go ahead. This place has a calm atmosphere with friendly but not intrusive service, which I appreciate. Families visit often, but since the lunch prices are higher than at family restaurants, there are fewer strange people, which is great. Even when it's busy, it's not needlessly loud. On this visit, I ordered the ribeye steak, my wife had the black wagyu hamburg steak, my eldest son had the kids set, and my youngest had the UFO plate (children's lunch). The steak was charcoal-grilled, flavorful, and very tender. It's even more delicious when eaten with rock salt, giving it a wild taste. The hamburg steak was served rare in the middle and cooked on a hot iron plate as we ate. Why are hamburg steaks I usually eat so tough, haha. The restaurant is located about 300m south of Kintetsu Yao Station, next to "Ario" and "Seibu Department Store" on the four-lane road running north-south. Inside the restaurant, there is a counter on the right side and four two-person tables and two four-person tables on the left side. With three friends, we ordered three different dishes from the "Weekday Special Lunch Set (980 yen)" menu. First, all lunches come with "cup salad, consomme soup, all-you-can-eat rice or homemade bread." The "Charcoal-Grilled Wagyu Hamburger (160g)" is made from 100% black Wagyu beef! You can choose between demiglace sauce and ponzu sauce. The hamburger is cut in half, grilled standing up, and sprinkled with Andes mountain rock salt before adding sauce, enhancing the flavor of the beef. The "Charcoal-Grilled Beef Cut Steak (120g)" allows you to choose between onion or lemon-based sauce. The aroma of charcoal grilling blends well with the sauce, and the meat is tender, making it suitable for older customers as well. The "Charcoal-Grilled Chicken Steak (220g)" is quite substantial at 220g. The slightly garlicky teriyaki flavor is delicious. In May 2013, I satisfied my hunger at Hanzen and strolled around the streets of Yao. With a bike, you can easily visit shops that are hard to reach by car. The second stop on my Yao food tour was Pauhana Yao store. I remember having a delicious meal at Pauhana Kosaka store. The store is located along the street at Yao Ario, but it seems a bit further away. The exterior of the store has a tropical feel and seems to appeal to female customers. Upon entering, I was greeted by a friendly female staff. Before looking at the menu, I ordered a draft beer. The recommended dish at the store is the Gratitude Fair's C Lunch. It's a bit pricey at 5000 yen for two people. My wife ordered the 160g hamburger with demi-glace sauce, and I ordered the 200g hamburger with ponzu sauce. This time, we opted for homemade bread instead of rice, which caught our attention at the Kosaka store. First, we had consomme soup, which was delicious. The appetizer was a ham salad served in a boat-like dish, creating a sense of volume. The ham was not too salty and was easy to eat. The hamburger was cooked on the surface with charcoal before being heated in the oven. The coarsely ground texture was delightful, and reheating it on the plate sealed in the meat juices. The homemade bread was very chewy and had a hint of creaminess that surprised me. It's no wonder the ladies ask for seconds. For dessert, the vanilla was average, but the raspberry mix was delicious. It wasn't the rich type that's popular these days but skillfully brought out the flavors of the ingredients.
