After shopping at Rinku Premium Outlets, I had lunch at Rinku Dining, a food hall on the third floor of the seaside area. I had the Kalbi Bibimbap. It was served piping hot, and the order was ready quickly after receiving a buzzer. The Bibimbap was delicious and hot. I enjoyed a leisurely lunch while overlooking the sea and Kansai Airport.
