I stayed at "Super Hotel Kansai Kumatori Station" located in Kumatori-cho, Sennan-gun, Osaka Prefecture. On December 24, 2021 (Friday), I woke up feeling refreshed at 6:00 am, washed my face, and headed down to the first floor to enjoy the complimentary breakfast service for guests, "Freshly Baked Bread Healthy Breakfast." I checked the breakfast menu for the day and at 6:30 am, the freshly baked bread breakfast began. I selected dishes like "Vegetable Ankake," "Miso Stir-Fried Pork," "Grilled Salmon," "Mini Omelette," "Rice," "Simmered Hijiki Seaweed," "Curry," "Shredded Daikon Radish," and "Miso Soup." I also chose from the freshly baked bread corner with options like "Croissant," "Pain au Chocolat," and "Twist Tomato," along with sides like "Soft-Boiled Egg," "Organic Salad," "Yogurt," "Milk," and beverages from the drink bar. My breakfast included curry rice, croissant, pain au chocolat, butter, miso soup, vegetable ankake, miso stir-fried pork, grilled salmon, mini omelette, simmered hijiki seaweed, shredded daikon radish, organic salad with dressing, and seasoned seaweed. It was incredibly delicious and satisfying. After the meal, I enjoyed an iced coffee before returning to my room.

On December 23, 2021 (Thursday), I had dinner at "Marudori," a yakitori restaurant located in Kumatori-cho, Senan-gun, Osaka Prefecture, and got pleasantly drunk. After that, I walked back to "Super Hotel Kansai Airport Kumatori Station," which is about a minute away from Marudori. In the hotel, there was a "Welcome Bar" event held in the breakfast area from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, offering free drinks for guests. I chose barley shochu "Iichiko" from the selection of cocktails, liqueurs, whiskey, shochu, and soft drinks, and enjoyed it as a self-service. Since the Welcome Bar was considered room drinking, I continued drinking in my room that day, and eventually sweated it out at the "Keyaki no Yu" high-concentration artificial carbonated spring on the second floor before going to bed peacefully.

The night before at "SPHstay" was enjoyable, with a relaxing soak in the large bath in the evening and morning. The morning meal included chicken and vegetable stir-fry, grilled mackerel, and onsen tamago, giving off a healthy breakfast vibe. The chausson was a delightful surprise. Overall, I may want to stay here again next year. 😄
