Do not forget your original intentions, as the trust you have built can be destroyed in an instant. I was so surprised by the deterioration in all aspects that I don't think I will revisit. Here is a collection of reports for future reference: http://blog.livedoor.jp/yuurin_0511/search?q=%E4%B8%AD%E5%9B%BD%E6%96%99%E7%90%86%E3%80%80%E6%97%AD@%E5%B0%8F%E5%80%89%E5%8C%97%E5%8C%BA+2011年12月31日訪問 On December 31st, I visited a Chinese restaurant in the northern part of Kokura, preparing for the New Year by heading to a soba shop. I noticed this place on the way, so this year, instead of New Year's soba, I had New Year's champon (laughs). The ingredients included pork, shrimp, cabbage, wood ear mushrooms, spinach, carrots, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, Chinese cabbage, etc. The noodles seemed to be shared with ramen, truly tasting like the champon of a Chinese restaurant. The taste reminded me of a restaurant where the owner trained. At that restaurant, it would cost over 1000 yen, but here it is only 552 yen, which is less than half the price, and I am happy about that. I also ordered shrimp fried rice with less rice, which had a nice flavor and texture. Despite being a continental-style restaurant, the meticulous and courteous service was very enjoyable. Thank you for the meal. --------------------------------------------------------------------- On December 25th, I visited the Tamachi area and noticed a new restaurant in the place where Dining Bito used to be. Dining Bito→http://r.tabelog.com/fukuoka/A4004/A400401/40011080/ As I got closer, I realized it was a Chinese restaurant, so I decided to go in. The interior of the restaurant remained mostly the same, with the only difference being that the table seating area in the back had been changed to a tatami room. There is also counter seating, so it is suitable for dining alone. The menu was extensive, with reasonably priced lunch options available. I ordered tomato and egg stir-fry, yakisoba with five ingredients, XO sauce fried rice, and grilled dumplings. The fluffy egg and perfectly cooked tomato and egg stir-fry had a sweet and gentle flavor, which would also be good served over rice. The yakisoba with five ingredients was of the sauce type, with plenty of ingredients and a sweet and gentle flavor that I liked. It would have been even more colorful with a little Chinese cabbage added. The grilled dumplings did not contain garlic, so they are safe to eat even at lunchtime. The filling mainly consisted of finely chopped vegetables such as leeks, making it very easy to eat. The XO sauce fried rice included squid and shrimp, which added an extra touch. It had a moderate amount of oil, a perfect texture, and a fragrant soy sauce-based flavor that was quite nice. There is also a coffee corner near the entrance where customers can help themselves, which is a nice service. The friendly young staff, who are of Chinese descent, are running the place. I was told that they trained in cooking. Although the restaurant has just opened, the quality of the food is good, so I hope they do well. There is no parking lot, but there are coin parking lots and supermarket parking nearby, so you can park there after shopping for a while.
