Hello. I'm Keinsuke. Today, I would like to introduce "Inasa Sushi" located in Yao. I had been wanting to visit this restaurant for a long time, but it was difficult to make a reservation. However, a friend invited me, and I finally had the chance to visit. Although Yao is far, it is definitely worth a visit to this sushi restaurant. If you are traveling by train, you can go to Kintetsu Yao Station. If you are driving, please note that there are only spaces for 2 cars to park, so be careful. If you can't find a parking space, you can park at a nearby parking lot. Reservations can be made by phone or by making a reservation when you visit the restaurant. If you choose to call, it is recommended to call before opening hours or after 1:30 pm, as the restaurant is popular and the staff may not be able to answer the phone during peak hours. During my visit, there were 3-4 groups of people who came without a reservation and unfortunately could not enter the restaurant, so be sure to make a reservation before going to Yao. As for ordering, you can either order the "Omakase Set" or order individual items. This time, I wanted to try a variety of different types of sushi, so I chose to order individual items. When ordering individual items, you write down the items on a piece of paper and give it to the chef. For food, I ordered the "A La Carte" (4000 yen per person), which is known for its large pieces of sushi. The toppings are so big that you can't see the rice underneath. The gunkan sushi is overflowing with ingredients, and it's amazing. I ordered various types of sushi, such as tuna, otoro, flounder, sweet shrimp, sea urchin, salmon roe, eel, squid, crab meat, salmon, oyster, fatty tuna, and eel with cucumber. The prices are not listed, which may be a bit concerning, but when you receive the bill, you'll be surprised at the quality and price. The large pieces of sushi filled me up, and I especially loved the gunkan series with sweet shrimp, crab meat, and salmon roe overflowing. The taste of each sushi was delicious, and the chef even gave comments like "Today's fish is a bit less fatty, is that okay?" when taking orders, which was helpful. In conclusion, someone who had made a reservation for the same time had come all the way from Shikoku. This shows how popular the restaurant is, so I highly recommend making a reservation. I hope to visit again someday! Thank you for the wonderful meal!
