I left my house in the car feeling hungry, but it was already past 2 o'clock and lunchtime was over. I decided to try this place that I had noticed recently. I don't usually pass by this road, so I was surprised to see such a splendid building here. The parking lot is quite spacious, but there was a sign saying if it's full, please park at the second parking lot. I couldn't help but notice the big sign in the parking lot, which mentioned all-you-can-eat and drink with unlimited time for 4,980 yen, although it seemed impossible for me. The interior of the restaurant is also spacious with table seats and tatami rooms, although they are not sunken kotatsu style. There were only two other customers besides us, as lunchtime was ending soon. The menu book was impressive, and I couldn't help but get absorbed in it. I ordered sweet and sour pork set, while my husband ordered garlic sprout and pork in oyster sauce set. As it was a quiet time, we didn't have to wait long for our food to be served. The portions were quite generous with rice, salad, pickles, soup, and almond jelly for dessert. The salad had too much dressing, but I was happy to see a lot of shredded cabbage. The soup had a gentle flavor, which was good for my blood pressure. The pork in the sweet and sour dish varied in tenderness, but the amount of meat was surprising. I couldn't count how many pieces there were. The taste was a bit too sour for me, who doesn't like acidity. The consistency was thick, and it wasn't piping hot, which was a bit of a concern, but I managed to finish it all. My husband's set also had a huge portion, and he asked for a rice refill, which was promptly served fresh. The friendly service made the experience enjoyable. With such a price and portion size, university students from Kyushu University might also enjoy this place. There are so many items on the menu that I want to try other dishes next time. Definitely going for the mapo tofu next time!
