Personally, I'm happy that they have a good selection of raw meats on the menu. Private rooms are available for 2 people and I feel that this restaurant can be used for various situations. The kalbi was incredibly tasty, while the loin was good, but I prefer a bit more lean meat. The harami was the best. The chishanai was flavorful and the walnut meat miso was delicious! The kuppah was like a soup-heavy porridge, warming both the body and soul. The sake was served in a stylish tokkuri. Both the miso sauce and soy sauce were elegant. All seats were private rooms, perfect for the COVID-19 situation. The air was clean, and I really liked it. This place seems to offer good value for money with this eating style. I might go for the kalbi only next time.

One of the features of Ginmiya is that even the cheap meat tastes good. In fact, the expensive meat can be too fatty and a bit heavy. Especially the steak by each cut is delicious. The dishes are generally lightly seasoned. Light but tasty. It's a place for adults to enjoy a leisurely meal while drinking, not a place to eat quickly. It's nice that they have Tiger Makgeolli for drinks. The service can be a bit inconsistent. Some staff seem a bit careless, maybe because they're busy.

It was late at night, so to my surprise, they only had 8 pieces left. I declared, "I'll take them all!" As you can see from the photos, the meat was exquisite and melted in my mouth. We also ordered many other dishes and kept eating, but in the end, the bill was taken care of, leaving me completely satisfied. My stomach was happy.
