After sweating a bit, the beer goes down really well. I quickly ordered another draft beer for 380 yen, along with salted squid for 260 yen. The salted squid here goes really well with the sake "Takiko" and mackerel sushi for 500 yen. The Takiko sake is quite delicious and easy to drink, even on its own for 270 yen. I also tried the Hakodate sake "Goryo" for 400 yen, along with an assorted oden dish. The fruity Goryo sake was easy to drink and unfortunately sold out. I had the barley shochu "Genjiro" for 290 yen with hot water, along with mapo eggplant. The deep barley flavor of Genjiro paired well with the dish. I also tried the sweet potato shochu "Kozo" for 290 yen, along with boiled tofu and imitation crab for 200-240 yen. The barrel highball with lemon for 330 yen went well with the salted squid. Lastly, I finished with a large draft beer for 480 yen.
