I used this restaurant about 6 years ago, and decided to visit again because I wanted to eat yakiniku after a long time. It is a hidden gem yakiniku restaurant located in an area called "Uranamba" right near Nipponbashi Station. I visited with the staff from Uranamba. On this day, I ordered what I wanted to eat without worrying about the price. I ordered various yukhoe dishes, premium tongue, thick-cut premium tongue, jar-marinated kalbi, ichibo, harami, yukhoejang kuppe, cheese jeon, and cold noodles, etc. It is said that even celebrities visit this place incognito, so I had high expectations. The meat with beautiful marbling was quickly cooked on the iron plate. I was able to enjoy the finest quality meat. I definitely want to visit again. Thank you for the delicious meal.

- Appetizer (Spinach Namul instead of Cabbage Kimchi, Bean Sprout Namul): I have a shellfish allergy, so they kindly changed the Cabbage Kimchi to Spinach Namul for me. The Bean Sprout Namul was crunchy and delicious.
- Raw dishes (Raw Heart, Harami Yukke): The Harami Yukke was delicious!
- Salt-grilled dishes (Salted Tongue, Iyo Pork Belly, Middle Tongue): The Tongue was slightly thick and the Middle Tongue was a bit chewy.
- Salad (Avocado Wasabi Salad): Despite the name, there were only two tiny pieces of avocado in the salad. The wasabi sauce was refreshing and tasty.
- One dish (Seasonal Butter Oil Grilled): It was a butter oil grilled mushroom dish.
- Classic lean meat assortment (Upper Belly, Harami, Marinated Grilled Geta Galbi): By this point, I was already full from the course. The Upper Belly was delicious with a good amount of fat and tender texture. The Galbi was too fatty for me and slowed down my eating pace.
- Offal (Assorted Offal): At this point, the offal was too much for me to handle. After the fatty Galbi, chewing the offal was tough and disappointing.
- Rice dish (Golden Egg Rice Bowl): You can choose from white, red, blue, or brown egg options. I chose the white egg, which was a normal egg rice bowl and delicious. A mini soup was also included.
- Dessert (Yuzu Sherbet): Overall, the meat quality was good but the portions were small. The frost was too overwhelming for me, and I couldn't finish it. I realized that ordering individual items and enjoying them with rice from the start is the way to go for barbecue. The staff's service was very polite, and when I left, many staff members gathered to see me off. Thank you for the meal! ★

Today, I had a yakiniku dinner with my colleagues at a restaurant called Yakiniku Rikyu in Sennichimae. I felt like having yakiniku, so I stopped by this restaurant on a whim. It started to get busy as more customers came in, but thanks to the calm atmosphere of the place, I felt like I could relax and enjoy my time there. The staff were polite and the meat was delicious! While the prices are a bit higher compared to more casual yakiniku places nearby, the thickness of the tongue meat and the juiciness of all the meats made it worth it. The salad was generous in portion size, and the soup we ordered at the end was also delicious with plenty of ingredients. I definitely want to go back to this restaurant!
