It's been a while since I had Japanese food at Sato, and I tried the all-you-can-eat Sato Shabu premium course for ¥2739 (tax included). You can choose from two types of broth, and the Tsukimi suki shabu broth comes with raw egg. In addition to shabu-shabu, there is a wide variety of side menu items such as tempura, soba noodles, sushi, rice bowls, and desserts. Highly recommended.

Did you know? I went to a Japanese restaurant called "Washoku Sato" for the first time in a while, and the cheese thick-cut pork cutlet bowl is amazing ❤️ Honestly, I thought it was a restaurant for older people, but this is not just good, it's delicious! The freshly fried thick-cut pork cutlet alone is delicious! And it comes with creamy scrambled eggs and cheese? Pork cutlet soaked in broth with scrambled eggs and cheese? This is worth going out of your way to eat! No doubt about it!

Happy New Year! I arrived at the restaurant on the second day of the new year around 6 PM, but there were already 9 groups waiting ahead of me. It's only 6 PM, but I understand the desire to eat shabu-shabu during the new year. I wrote down my name and left to come back later. I finally got a seat around 7 PM. I chose the all-you-can-eat standard course for beef and pork (2190 yen excluding tax) and selected kombu dashi and light bonito broth for the soup base. I also found out today that they offer all-you-can-eat sukiyaki, called "sato suki." Soon, a platter of beef shoulder, beef kalbi, pork shoulder, pork belly, and assorted vegetables arrived. Shabu-shabu is truly the best part of the meal! It's so much fun and delicious! The pork is more tender than the beef. The tofu, dumplings, fish balls, enoki mushrooms, and pork are all so good. This feels like it will never end. I enjoyed the meal until the end of the allotted time. I would love to come back again. Thank you for the feast!

I went to dinner at the Japanese restaurant chain, Sato-san. This time, I visited the Neyagawa Uzumasa branch. The parking lot is spacious, with enough space for about 30 cars. It seems that most customers arrive by car as the restaurant is far from the station. The restaurant is barrier-free, with a wide entrance area that makes it easy to enter and exit. As soon as you enter the restaurant, you are asked if you prefer a smoking or non-smoking seat. There are a few private rooms that may be the smoking area. Once seated at a non-smoking table, you are instructed to place your order using a touch panel. The restaurant is quite lively, with many families dining. The menu includes all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu (120 minutes), hot pot, rice bowls, noodles, and more. I ordered the Nigiwai Ebi Tendon Set, which includes a tempura rice bowl with a choice of mini-sized noodles. I chose the mini hot udon. If the mini size is not enough, you can upgrade to a regular size for an additional 100 yen. Although not listed on the menu, I was able to choose a large serving of rice when placing my order on the touch panel. The tempura was surprisingly plentiful, with 3 shrimp, lotus root, shiitake mushrooms, seaweed, pumpkin, and more. The ingredients were not very large, but they were freshly fried and delicious with a nice sweet sauce. The udon was mini-sized but had a decent amount. This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I went with a colleague from work. We were happy to find out that they offered a daily lunch special until 3 pm. I had the seafood bowl, which was reasonably priced. The set meal came with a choice of udon, soba, or red miso soup, and I enjoyed the tasty red miso soup. The food was decent, but what really stood out was the friendly service from the staff. The dessert was all matcha-themed. The restroom was clean, and the atmosphere inside the restaurant was very calming. The air conditioning was perfectly adjusted, making it a relaxing experience. I think this place would be great for families.

I took my grandmother in a wheelchair to this restaurant. We arrived a little early, around noon on Sunday, and it was starting to get a bit crowded. When I mentioned that my grandmother was in a wheelchair, they quickly moved a chair out of the way and seated us at a table, which made me happy. I noticed that there were other wheelchair users there, so they must be used to it. We had seasonal set meals like Matsutake Gozen and Sushi Gozen, which were delicious. The zaru soba was a bit hard for my liking, but the "Vanilla Shiratama" dessert we ordered was highly recommended. It was a great deal because you could enjoy both red bean paste and ice cream. The prices were reasonable too. I thought it wouldn't be too crowded because of the location, but it was actually quite busy on Sundays and holidays. Weekdays are fine, and it seems you can make a reservation the day before.

It's a chain store that I occasionally visit when I want something light. I was surprised to see that the table was soaking wet. I wonder if they didn't wring out the cloth properly when wiping the table?

Labor Thanksgiving Day, udon suki is half price. Amazing, they have been offering this service for decades. It's wonderful. However, they finally stopped it last year. I'll tell you about two years ago when I had some business in Osaka and on my way back to Kyoto, I remembered, oh, there's one in Neyagawa, this is it, udon suki, half price! The bonito broth is delicious, warms you up, and the plates are impressive, too. I have no eye for quality, but I couldn't believe they were just ordinary restaurant plates.

I happened to pass by and didn't have much time, so I went in, but it felt like it had been decades since I last visited. Honestly, it was better in the past. My family ordered the all-you-can-eat premium shabu-shabu, but it was the worst! Everything was done through touch panels for efficiency, but it was slow and the food was not good. The staff seemed clueless and it was disappointing. I will never go back again. It would be good if the headquarters' staff could come as customers. If they can't manage properly, maybe a full self-service system would be better!
