On a holiday at 3:00 PM, it was great that the restaurant was open continuously. I was prepared for it to be crowded because it's Una-Taro, but there were no customers at all. The place was very clean throughout. I ordered an eel set meal, an eel bowl, steamed eel, ginger ale, spicy ginger ale, orange juice, and more. The eel is said to be from Miyazaki Prefecture, probably farmed. In conclusion, there were some things that could be improved. I can't help but compare it to Tanaka-an. As for the eel set meal I had, the first bite was okay, but there was a problem with the bones making the texture in the throat unpleasant. The skin was hard and lacked crispness. The sauce was quite strong, reminding me of home-cooked meals. The rice and liver were delicious. The steamed eel was softer and more tender than the grilled eel. The rice had a nice sweet and salty taste. Payment is cash only, which could be improved considering the high price of eel in this day and age. There is room for improvement in customer service, as the atmosphere in such eel restaurants is very important. The casual impression given by the student part-time staff could be improved. The restroom is located outside, which is inconvenient. I appreciated being able to relax in a clean environment with the restaurant open continuously. I might visit again after some time, with expectations.

This is a new store that opened on July 20th. The president said on TV that it would open in March, but it finally opened in July. The skin was crispy and the meat was juicy, and it was very delicious. The photo is of the Una-ju (eel rice bowl) called "松".

The eel grilled outside the shop was served immediately, with tender flesh and crispy skin. The amount of white rice could be chosen, and it was delicious.
