I used to work at a famous Italian restaurant, and back then, I managed to visit all the Italian restaurants in the Tenjinbashi, Tenma, and Minamimorimachi areas (lol). I haven't been to Italian restaurants much lately, so I decided to go back and refresh my memories. With that in mind, I headed to Via Giobbe Quattro near Temma Station. It's a bit hard to find as it's on the second floor of a shopping street, but a friend who was a foodie at a gay bar told me about it, so I used to go there occasionally. Climbing the stairs after a few years, I found the same calm atmosphere as before. I remember there used to be spacious tables in the back. This time, I sat at a table in the front. The two older male staff members were running the place smoothly. Their operation was smooth, and they explained things politely, just like I remembered. As for the food, the chicken in green sauce was ordinary in terms of taste and texture, but the sauce was flavorful. The roast beef was thin and small, so I couldn't really tell. The seafood salad with octopus, shrimp, and squid was delicious with the marinade sauce. The carbonara was a bit heavy, and I got a little tired of it towards the end. The chicken oven-baked was simple but had a crispy skin, well-seasoned, and fragrant with herbs. The service was excellent, and the taste and cost performance were good, so I felt like coming back to this place after a long time.
