I went to a yakiniku and katsu udon restaurant twice this week because it was so delicious. You can enjoy just the katsu udon, or have some yakiniku on the side, which is great. The staff is very kind and friendly, making it a comfortable place to visit.

I used to come here alone and enjoy the hormone-yaki (grilled offal), it brings back nostalgic memories. Recently, I went to have late-night udon. The atmosphere has changed from the smoky feel to a more casual and easy-to-eat udon setting. The prices are reasonable for the generous amount of toppings, and the udon was delicious.

I visited a popular yakiniku horumon (offal) restaurant in Osaka♥ First, I tried their signature dish - fresh beef small intestines called "Kottechan." It has a sweet fatty taste! I also enjoyed their recommended dish of mixed horumon called "Mazehorumon." Then, they served a rare cut called "Uraharami," which is between harami (skirt steak) and bara (belly). It has a perfect balance of lean meat and fat. For the finale, I had their famous "Kasu Udon," with flavorful bonito broth and the richness of oil kasu. The udon noodles were chewy and delicious. Even though I was full, I highly recommend ordering this dish. Everything was delicious and satisfying♥

It seems to have evolved. You can now choose the amount of broth, noodles, and toppings. It's a stomach-friendly udon that you crave after drinking. I hadn't had it in a while, but I think the soup has changed. It has more sweetness. The combination of savory soy sauce and sweetness enhances the umami of the broth. I personally prefer a less sweet taste because I like a clean aftertaste (laughs).

I went to Katsu Udon for the first time, and it was surprisingly good. My friend recommended the Katsu-don, so I ordered that as well, and it was really delicious! Katsu Udon was tasty too, but Katsu-don is a must-try! Highly recommend the Katsu-don!笑

It was my first visit. I came to Osaka on a business trip, so I asked my friend who used to live in Osaka during my university days for recommendations. They mentioned a delicious yakiniku restaurant that has been gaining popularity recently for their katsu udon, so I decided to visit right away. Even though I arrived right after they opened, it was so busy that they were not accepting walk-in customers without reservations. Since I had already been eating around, I wasn't very hungry, so I ordered moyashi namul, ura harami, kokoronokori, and some drinks. The sauces included salt, wasabi, and a special sauce set, which was very satisfying! It was nice to be able to eat slowly. They were out of harami and korikori, but I was still very satisfied with the meal. The katsu udon was really delicious, and as I write this review the next day, I already want to go back. Everyone had their business cards posted on the wall, so I did the same. I'll make sure to visit again next time with a bigger appetite. Thank you for the meal!

The third choice was a bold one, a yakiniku restaurant. We had plenty of drinks and food, but I should still be okay... I used to go to Ryu no Su in Shinjuku, and it was really good. The location is right between Namba and Shinsaibashi. The yakiniku and cucumbers were great.

I came to Ryuno Su in Shinsaibashi Mitsudera Main Store. I stopped by for kasu udon, but how about grilling some meat too? Just a little bit~ (;^ω^) And so we started with another toast (laughs). It's mostly young people here because of the location. The appetizer is cabbage salad... We grilled the mixed hormone and Ryuno Su Shichihoshi. There's a big price difference, but both are delicious. And to finish, the famous kasu udon. The noodles are frozen, so they are definitely tasty, but the broth is even more delicious. This is the best udon I've had in Osaka☆ It can be found in major cities, so you can enjoy it even when traveling. Thank you for the meal.

"I visited Yakiniku Horumon Ryunosu in Shinsaibashi Mitsudera main store after a long time. The restaurant, which is usually crowded, was empty, so I decided to go in. I ordered Bean Sprout Namul for 480 yen, Mixed Hormone for 980 yen, Medium Kalbi for 900 yen, Draft Beer for 580 yen, and Makgeolli for 450 yen. This place used to offer good value for delicious hormone dishes like teppanyaki, and their katsu udon was amazing. Kimchi used to be complimentary, but now they charge for it. Overall, the prices have gone up. The katsu udon was all priced slightly over 1000 yen, so unfortunately, I couldn't afford to try it this time. If I come back next time, I might just go for the katsu udon. The impression of good value for money has completely changed. No wonder the popular restaurant was so empty on a Saturday night. The taste was still good, and the service was excellent."

I felt like having yakiniku after a long time, and stumbled upon "Yakiniku Horumon Ryunosu Shinsaibashi Mitsudera Honten" while walking. It was my first visit to this newly opened branch of Ryunosu, and I had visited the "Shinsaibashi Motomise branch" about 4 years ago, which had good value for money and was quite delicious. The place had just opened and there were no customers yet. The menu was rich with items like fresh meat, yakiniku, appetizers, katsu udon, alcohol, etc. What I had:

- Fresh kimchi

The 7 types of Wagyu were delicious and paired well with alcohol. I also ordered the rice nostalgic story platter, which complemented the yakiniku perfectly. In the end, I was completely satisfied and my stomach was full. It was a very satisfying yakiniku experience after a long time!

The taste, atmosphere, and cost performance were all excellent! The meat marinated in the special sauce goes really well with rice... and of course, the tongue and hormone dishes were also delicious. I had heard a lot about Ryunosu's katsu udon, so I tried it for dessert. I didn't take any pictures, but it was the perfect way to finish the meal, gentle on the stomach after the rich and oily flavors. I highly recommend that everyone who visits Ryunosu enjoy plenty of meat and finish with katsu udon!

I arrived in Osaka late at night and visited a highly recommended restaurant. It was a yakiniku restaurant specializing in horumon (offal), and luckily it was open even late at night. I find katsu udon to be quite mysterious. Why is it so delicious? I usually have katsu udon at a standing udon shop, but one day I suddenly wondered, "What does a 'high-class' (priced at over 600 yen) katsu udon taste like?" This curiosity led me to visit this restaurant. I was seated at the counter and ordered the katsu udon. I debated between the stamina or curry versions, but decided to start with the basic one. The dish arrived in about 10 minutes. First, I tried the broth... delicious! The umami of the abura katsu (offal) was well infused in the broth. The udon noodles were softer, Kansai-style, and became even more delicious when soaked in the broth. The unique abura katsu used by this restaurant resulted in a flavor I had never experienced before. And when I sprinkled their original "hachimi" (not shichimi) seasoning, the various flavors added a new dimension. The slight spiciness tied everything together, enhancing the deliciousness of the katsu udon. It warmed me up on a cold day. I would love to visit this restaurant again if I have the chance. Thank you for the meal! *I realized that I like both slightly premium katsu udon like the one I had this time, and standing katsu udon, each having their own merits.

I was craving for beef tendon katsu udon that I had last night, so I couldn't resist having a taste. The addition of tendon added a slight sweetness to the dish, and the tendon was tender and delicious. This udon was also very tasty. I heard that katsu udon is a popular choice as a finishing dish after having motsunabe, I'd like to try it sometime!

We went to a famous restaurant with my colleague as a way to end the night. It was a rainy night at 11 pm and I was craving for katsu udon. I'm not an expert on this, but I really like the katsu udon here at Ryunosu. The first time I tried it, it was mind-blowing. They even have branches in Fukuoka and Tokyo now. This time, we ordered the premium katsu udon, limited to only 5 servings a day, made with wagyu beef hormone for 1000 yen. The noodles were soft, with toppings like green onions, grated yam, and fried pork fat, all simple but delicious. The broth was flavorful, with a great aroma and richness from the pork fat. The saltiness from the pork fat is just perfect. Every time I come to Osaka, I want to have this katsu udon as my final meal. I think it's a great place for those who haven't tried katsu udon before. Plus, you can also enjoy delicious yakiniku here.
