I started with 18 pieces of sushi, including premium sushi, but the rice was about 20% larger than other places. I enjoyed the black beef, with around 10 plates of thinly sliced meat. Overall, I filled the gaps in my stomach with various dishes and dessert. I will inquire about smaller rice portions for the sushi next time, and depending on the response, I may reconsider my course selection.

All the staff are wearing masks, and since it's an order buffet, there is no need to walk around, which adds to the sense of security. This is a shabu-shabu all-you-can-eat restaurant, so you have to choose a pot even if you're not going to eat it. I wanted to try all the sushi, so I chose the Premium Sushi, Beef Shabu-shabu, and Seasonal Delicacies course for 3,480 yen excluding tax. I also ordered the all-you-can-drink soft drinks for 490 yen excluding tax. You can choose two types of pots, and this time I chose Sukiyaki and Kombu dashi, along with some meat and vegetables. You then order continuously using the touch panel. We started with a steamed crab rice dish as an appetizer, and while the pot ingredients like meat, meatballs, and vegetables arrived in large quantities, we put them in the pot to cook while enjoying the sushi. The fact that you can enjoy high-quality food at an affordable price in a buffet style is a big draw, especially when the number of customers at restaurants is decreasing. As I mentioned earlier, having an order buffet at booth seats is very convenient at this time. Also, there are other menu items like fried oysters and kushikatsu, which is a nice bonus. Of course, the pot itself is delicious too, and after about 70 minutes of the 100-minute time limit (last order at 80 minutes), I reached my stomach capacity limit. So I moved on to dessert time. There is a wide variety of drinks, such as hot and cold black oolong tea, and coffee in both hot and iced versions. The soft drink selection is extensive, including tapioca drinks, which is a nice touch. I ordered a hot coffee and indulged in a rich caramel pudding and almond jelly. There are other desserts like chocolate parfait, tapioca soy milk pudding, yuzu cream daifuku, soft serve ice cream, and sorbet, making the dessert selection really impressive. I must say, if you eat a lot, this place is definitely worth it. The quality of the food is excellent, and the all-you-can-eat sushi is a great deal. I chose the middle course. The beef shabu-shabu was surprisingly delicious! It's thinly sliced but since it's all-you-can-eat, we ordered multiple plates and enjoyed it with the whole family. The beef was tender and not too fatty, even my young child finished it all! I'm not a big eater, so I rarely go for all-you-can-eat or buffet options, but I think Yuzu-an's all-you-can-eat course with this quality of meat is worth it! I would like to go again! However, the store I went to only accepts orders through the tablet, so my elderly parents said, "The ordering process is difficult, we might not have been able to order if we were alone."
