I went to Cassisya E-ma Umeda store! E-ma is conveniently connected by an underground passage from Umeda subway station, so you can easily access it even on rainy days without getting wet. Cassisya has several stores, each with a different concept. The E-ma Cassisya is a place where you can enjoy champagne and chicken. While the store I visited in Tennoji MIO the other day had a casual feel, this one has a slightly more upscale atmosphere. The rooms are mostly private rooms. On this day, we were able to relax in a private room. First, the drinks. They have a wide selection of champagne and wine! We toasted with the recommended Champagne Taittinger Brut Reserve. It costs 800 yen per glass, which is quite a deal! It has a refreshing and light taste, perfect for pairing with food. - Appetizer When you open the wooden box, you find a monaka filled with foie gras and white bean paste. Yes, this is a foie gras monaka! The "C" branding of Cassisya. Smooth foie gras. The exciting presentation of opening a wooden box from the beginning of the meal is lovely (*^^*). - Gizzard Mustard Salad I have only had gizzard with salt and pepper before. The creamy mustard sauce and the texture of the gizzard match very well! - Wagyu Beef Carpaccio Carpaccio of marbled Wagyu beef. The vinegar soy sauce turns into foam for a stylish presentation. The melting fat and tender meat make this carpaccio delicious!! - Burrata Tofu with Olive Oil Tofu that resembles cheese. The olive oil and dashi soy sauce jelly give the tofu an Italian twist!! The chewy tofu is delicious. - Grown-up Potato Salad It looks like a chocolate cake. People often ask, "Is it a cake?" It is a potato salad. Crispy with truffle and breadcrumbs. The potato salad has different textures with mashed potatoes and shaped potatoes, making it interesting. - Porcini Fried Risotto Surprisingly, it looks like fried bread! Crispy on the outside, risotto on the inside. The aroma of porcini mushrooms makes this risotto unique. Cassisya's classic dishes also include - Tsukune with Raw Egg Large juicy tsukune. When you dip it in the rich orange egg yolk, it becomes even more delicious. - Basil Seseri and Cumin Grilled Chicken Western-style yakitori. Recommended for those tired of the usual yakitori. The basil and cumin have a good aroma and go well with the chicken! There is also a sommelier among the staff, so if you tell them your taste preferences, they will select the perfect wine for you. This is the Regional Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough they chose for us. It is a dry, refreshing wine. Fruity wines are easy to drink. For dessert, we had - Fondant au Chocolat Warm chocolate cake with ice cream. Served on a black plate with white ice cream, red sauce, and attention to presentation, this is a sophisticated dessert. The stylish atmosphere of the private room and the sophisticated cuisine make it a great choice for girls' gatherings or dates! Each Cassisya store has a different concept, making it fun to visit other locations too!

I visited this place for lunch for the first time. They offer a great set menu for lunch which includes 5 skewers and 2 glasses of champagne for 2,200 yen. I ordered this set and the skewers I got were Tsukune (meatball), chicken thigh, green onion, chicken heart, and sand liver. The Tsukune skewer was quite large and had a strong flavor. The taste overall was not exceptional, but decent. The restaurant was clean and I think it would be a good place for a girls' night out or a date.

I made a reservation for lunch with a friend and we were able to enjoy our meal in a private room without worrying about our surroundings. Every dish was carefully prepared and delicious. The anniversary plate we used a coupon for came with fireworks and was beautifully presented, which made my friend very happy.

We used it for a farewell party with nearly 20 people. It was a course with all-you-can-drink, but each person received a dish, so there was no need to share or hold back, which was nice. The course included dishes such as sea urchin cream choux cake, three kinds of appetizers, bacon and pineapple salad, two types of yakitori skewers, risotto with chicken and potatoes, and it was plentiful and very delicious. Especially the corn risotto was outstanding! Even though it was a party where chatting was the main focus, we were able to enjoy the food without being disturbed by the noise around us, and the drinks from the all-you-can-drink menu were brought to us quickly. It was a very stress-free party. Thank you for the meal.

A yakitori restaurant with private rooms. The appetizer assortment is like a cake wagon at afternoon tea, and girls usually love it. The main dish, the classic Tsukune, is the best. It costs 350 yen. The omakase skewers are also reasonably priced at 1100 yen. For dessert, the rich Carbonara is 1280 yen, the sea urchin and egg yolk Gout Risotto is 1680 yen, and the ultimate TKG (Tamago Kake Gohan) is 1380 yen. The drinks are a bit expensive, but overall it's reasonable at 6000 yen per person.

They charge a certain amount, but in return, they provide high-quality food and service. It might be a bit expensive for everyday use due to budget constraints, but I would like to visit for yakitori and wine. The restaurant has larger seating areas compared to others, so they seem capable of accommodating larger groups as well.

At a farewell party, I apologize for being selfish and thank you for helping me grow in various ways. In a stylish adult space, I enjoyed chicken, alcohol, and fun memories. The course includes free drinks, and you can even choose sparkling wine. It was a bit more luxurious and stylish than yakitori. I enjoyed lovely flowers and Franciacorta (a delicious sparkling wine made in Italy with a stricter production process than Champagne). I will continue to strive for success. After a long time, I visited Kasshia e-ma. The appetizers and salads were colorful and beautiful. It was nice to have unlimited red wine, and as expected from Kasshia, the chicken skewers were delicious. There were several skewers included in the course, and they paired well with the red wine. During a business trip in Osaka, I had dinner with a friend at a lovely yakitori restaurant. Although not shown in the photos, the Earl Grey wine cooler was delicious. The yakitori dishes we had were liver, chicken heart with basil, cheese meatball, and negima (chicken and leek skewers), all of which were delicious! We also had omurice with the yakitori, which was a great combination.
