釣りするカツオに食べるカツオ
Thank you for always viewing. If you like it, I would be happy if you could bookmark the store by clicking the "Save Store" button. It's a day for exchanging information with fishing friends! The first stop on the ladder plan is a first visit to Men no Youji, as requested by my husband. Men no Youji is located at 2-1-2 Takatsu, Chuo-ku, Osaka City, a 10-minute walk from Tanimachi Kyuchome Station on the Osaka Metro. It has been selected as one of the top 100 ramen shops in the Foodlog Ramen WEST for six consecutive years. We arrived at the store just before 2 p.m. Closed on Wednesdays. Business hours are 11:30-14:40 (LO 14:20) and 18:00-21:00 (LO 20:30). There was no waiting outside the store, and we purchased tickets from the ticket machine outside. The menu is limited to three types: salt, soy sauce, and dipping noodles, with one limited option. After consulting with my fishing friends, my husband ordered the Chicken Stock Extreme Salt Ramen, with half chashu and half egg toppings, and a rare chashu bowl. The total came to 1,450 yen. We entered the store, handed over the meal tickets, and took our seats at a table. The current owner is the third generation, and today, both the previous owner and the current owner are working. When I came to Men no Youji, I wanted to take a picture of this sketch of "husband, wife, child, grandchild." After a short wait, the dishes arrived. My fishing friend ordered soy sauce ramen, which had a great aroma! Let's eat! First, the soup! The golden soup shimmering with chicken oil uses plenty of whole chicken and chicken bones. When you take a sip, the chicken aroma and umami spread directly in your mouth, and it's incredibly delicious! The noodles are medium-thick straight noodles from Menya Teioku! The wheat-scented noodles have a firm texture and a smooth throat feel, and they also blend well with the soup. The ingredients include two types of chashu, green onions, onions, seasoned eggs, bamboo shoots, kaiware radish, arare (crispy rice crackers), yuzu peel, and chicken stock! It's rare to see arare, and the yuzu peel does a great job, while both the chicken and pork chashu are superb with the meaty umami and saltiness as you chew. The rare chashu bowl is hearty! The large rare chashu pieces on top of plenty of rice are generous. It was delicious until the end, and we thanked everyone and left Men no Youji. Husband, thank you for the meal! It was delicious! I will come again! Thank you for reading to the end. I hope this information on gourmet food can be of some help to you.
