I bought the most popular cheesecake and marble chiffon cake. The cheesecake was rich and I could taste the cheese flavor well. I visited this shop recommended by Nakatani-tei and checked out their blue cheese sweets. It is a take-out only shop, so there is no seating available. They have three types of blue cheese cakes along with regular baked cheese and Mont Blanc cakes for sale. The most popular one seems to be the baked cheese, but my goal was the blue cheese cakes. They had Gorgonzola Dolce, Picante, and Roquefort, and I selected Picante and Roquefort to purchase. The Gorgonzola Picante had a great texture with a delicious Gorgonzola-flavored mousse, but unfortunately, the tart crust was quite moist and had a cheap taste. The Roquefort had a strong salty flavor and a good texture mousse that blue cheese lovers would enjoy. However, like the previous one, the cocoa tart crust was also moist and had a cheap taste. Both mousse parts were satisfying for blue cheese sweets lovers, but the tart crust was not delicious, which was a shame. If this part is improved, I think the overall rating would be higher. There is a shop called "High Cheese" in Umeda's Lucua, which seems to be a related store specializing in terrine-type steamed cheesecakes. I would like to find an opportunity to purchase from there. After returning from the hospital, I happened to stop by a cheesecake shop that I really liked! I couldn't decide which one to buy, but in the end, I purchased a baked cheesecake and a purple sweet potato and pumpkin cheesecake. The baked cheesecake was a bit pricey at just over 500 yen, but it was quite large for one slice, very voluminous. The moist cheese part had a subtle sweetness, not too overpowering due to the cream cheese, which I personally really liked! And the tart base was nice and crispy! It was just the right balance for me, as I don't like it when the cheese is too strong or when the tart base is too soft. Next time, I want to try the shop's most popular dessert, Dolce.

A friend who lives nearby bought me a cake. The shop is located in a residential area going down from Uehommachi 6-chome to Tsuruhashi. It seems to be a small and elegant shop that only residents of the apartment complex around there would buy from. The cake I saw for the first time was very stylishly presented, fitting for the Halloween season. The cake itself was simple and I enjoyed it. Thank you for the treat!

Natūra in Kami-honmachi is located on the first floor of an apartment building, adjacent to the Nippon Red Cross Hospital. I stopped by Natūra on my way back from my regular eye clinic. From the outside, the color of the sign made me think it was a curry restaurant from a distance (lol). Upon closer inspection, it turned out to be a small and cute cake shop. Upon entering the shop, you can feel their dedication with the wide variety of cheesecakes. In addition to baked goods and regular cakes, they also have cute shortcakes. I first tried the simple cheesecake slice, a Mont Blanc that looked delicious, and a moist chocolate cake. I also couldn't resist buying two croissants from the bread selection. The shop is filled with delicious-looking cakes of various kinds. The cheesecake, with its dedication, is rich and quite creamy, but has a refreshing aftertaste. Since they are small, I finished about two of them in no time. With so many other cheesecake varieties, I'm curious to try them all. The moist chocolate cake lives up to its name, with a moist sponge. It is undeniably a delicious cake. The Mont Blanc has delicious cream, but the tart crust is a bit hard compared to the cheesecake, so the overall experience was not as cohesive. The croissants are of the moist variety, which is good for home use as they don't crumble. The simple cheesecake was so delicious that I want to try the Gorgonzola as well. Being next to the Nippon Red Cross Hospital, Natūra's refined baked goods would make a great choice for a small gift. Thank you for the treat.

I peeked into the event space at Shin-Osaka Station where they were selling it, and decided to try it out. I heard that they use blue cheese in the cheesecake, so I was curious about it and ended up buying it. It was cute in appearance and the custard flavor with the firm cookie-like tart crust was just to my liking. It's rare to find this type of tart with a firm cookie crust.
