"Hanazono" has been loved for over 40 years in Habikino, and "Yakiniku Kojima Hanare" opened in Kawachi Temmyo on March 16, 2020! It is a popular yakiniku restaurant with good quality meat at a relatively reasonable price. Located about a 3-minute walk from Kawachi Temmyo Station, near "Seven Park Temmyo," it's a great place to stop by after shopping. Upon entering, we were greeted and seated for 3 people. The menu offers a variety of yakiniku dishes, rice and noodle dishes, soups, and more. The Happy Hour (Weekdays 17:00-18:30, Weekends 12:00-18:30) offers great deals! Since we were driving, I had to settle for a non-alcoholic beer, but lately, I feel like this is satisfying enough. Maybe it's a diet beer after all, haha. We started with the Assorted Wagyu Yukhoe (Harami Yukhoe, Tanse Yukhoe, A5 Wagyu Yukhoe). What a luxurious meat feast! First, we tried the Harami Yukhoe with wasabi and sauce, and it was amazing! The meat was large, tender, sweet, and rich in flavor. The special sauce had a sweet taste and sesame oil flavor that complemented the meat well. Next, we tried the Tanse Yukhoe, which was thickly sliced yet tender with a perfect chewy texture. The rich flavor of the meat filled our mouths with each bite. Mixing it with egg yolk enhanced the taste even more. This was my favorite! Then, we had the A5 Wagyu Yukhoe, which had a meaty and delicious taste without any strong flavors. It was truly exquisite! The Thick-cut Tongue Steak was more like a steak than a tongue with its thickness. It was seared quickly and had a crispy and fragrant surface. The juicy meat and bouncy texture were irresistible, and the meat juice overflowed with each bite. It was so delicious! The Kojima Chunk Harami (Kojima Thick-cut Steak) was a juicy Harami sent directly from the meat center. The traditional miso sauce paired perfectly with it. The staff grilled it diligently, and the flambé process enhanced the meat's flavor and aroma. The meat was tender and easy to cut, and the salt seasoning made it deliciously hot. The Kuroge Wagyu A5 Upper Kalbi focused on female cows from Southern Kyushu, and the marbling was excellent. Be careful not to overcook it as the sauce is already on the meat. It was incredibly tender and juicy, and the sweetness was outstanding! The Kojima Hormone (with sauce) was freshly ground in the morning, so it had no odor and was very fresh. I wanted to eat hamburg steak, so I visited this restaurant. I arrived around 1 pm on Sunday. Although there were seats available at the counter, I was seated at a table. I ordered the 200g rare black wagyu hamburg steak. First, a salad arrived, followed by the rare hamburg steak in a skillet. When I had the special sauce poured over it, the excitement increased. I took a bite of the rare meat while waiting for the rice to arrive. However, the rice did not come. As I continued to cook the hamburger steak in bite-sized pieces, it became well done. I had to call a staff member to bring the rice, but by the time it arrived, the hamburger steak was overcooked and the sauce had become too spicy. It seemed that the cooking style where you cook your own food did not suit me. Looking back, the hamburger steak did not look as neat as in the reviewer's photos when it arrived rare. It was a bit disappointing, but I'm glad I was able to visit before the relocation. The restaurant in Hanazono, which I visited at night, was satisfying, so I would like to visit the new location in Fujiidera. The Hanazono branch will close on September 30th and relocate to Fujiidera, reopening with a new look on October 1st. Next time, I want to try the beef tongue roll. Thank you for the meal.

I have been to the main store in Habikino, but they opened a branch in my local area as well! Due to the pandemic, I couldn't visit the restaurant for a while. Finally, I went with my best friend and enjoyed some delicious yakiniku. She only eats meat, but it was so tasty. We had a great time chatting and I will definitely visit again soon!

I visited Yakiniku Kojima Hanare! I went to a yakiniku restaurant in Kawachitennocho. From September 1st to 30th, you can get a glass of draft beer for only 90 yen no matter how many drinks you have at both the Habikino main store and the Kawachitennocho store! (2-hour time limit with glass exchange) I went in August, so I was shocked, but the taste was delicious, so I already want to go again. I tried various dishes, but honestly, everything was delicious. Personally, among them, the Tan-saki Yukke, Kojima Block Harami, and Kojima Hormone were the best. The Tan-saki Yukke's crunchy texture is addictive! The flambé and tenderness of the block Harami were impressive! The sweetness of the Hormone's fat and the compatibility with the sauce were amazing! As always, I couldn't stop drinking beer and lemon chu-hi. They are open from 5:00 PM, so it's best to visit by 6:00 PM or make a reservation! Thank you for the meal! Yakiniku Kojima Hanare! Definitely recommended! Here are my thoughts on the taste: - Tan-saki Yukke: It was my first time having Yukke with Tan-saki. The crunchy texture and the egg yolk sauce were a great match and really delicious. People who drink alcohol will love it. Tan-saki is usually tough when grilled and often stewed in stew, but I was amazed at how delicious it becomes when fresh! - Black Wagyu Yukke: The fat is sweet and melts in your mouth because of its low melting point. The texture of the Yukke is moderate, but because it's good meat, the umami of the meat is amazing. - Harami Yukke: The thinly sliced Harami and egg yolk sauce were divine! The protein-like texture of the Harami and its compatibility with the sauce were excellent. It's easy to eat and recommended for those who are not fond of fat. - Thick-cut Kojima Tan: It was both tender and had a good bite. It was cut so that it was easy to chew without being too thick. - Kojima Block Harami: Flambé with brandy during grilling! The garlic was quite strong, so I thought it would be very garlicky, but the flambé process eliminated the garlic smell. It was incredibly tender despite its thickness! This was really delicious! - Kojima Hormone: It looked extremely delicious. Probably Maruchou? Oh, this fat is sweet and delicious. This is a really good hormone. The compatibility with the sauce was good, and I enjoyed it with lemon chu-hi. Personally, it's my favorite. - Black Wagyu A5 Upper Kalbi: This Kalbi has a great balance of fat! When you put it in your mouth, it's delicious! The umami, sweetness, and meat juices overflow in your mouth. It goes really well with rice! - Black Wagyu Meat Taku Rolled Sushi: A rolled sushi that was a follower special benefit for August. It was more refreshing than I expected. It was delicious with egg yolk, green onions, and soy sauce. It was also good for flavor changing (´▽`)/ - Black Wagyu Rare Hamburger: This is the signature dish of Kojima! It's a masterpiece that can't be made without good freshness. As always, the fluffy texture and the compatibility with the sauce were excellent and incredibly delicious! I happened to find this high-impact rare hamburger on Instagram, and I found out that it can be eaten at Yakiniku Kojima Hanare in Matsubara City. There is also a Kojima branch in Sakai City, but it seems like they don't serve lunch there, so I decided to go try the limited edition rare hamburger at the Hagino Honjo and Matsubara locations. The menu recommended the 200-gram option, so I ordered that along with a regular portion of rice. They highly recommended topping it with a raw egg, so I couldn't help but say yes. The raw egg was delicious, but I was a bit surprised that it cost 150 yen. It was just the yolk and white separated and placed on top, so it seemed a bit expensive. After a while, the hamburger arrived on the hot plate with the egg yolk topping. The surface was slightly burnt, but the inside was almost completely raw. It felt even colder inside, probably because it had been in the fridge. It was very delicious with the tasty sauce. You can finish cooking the hamburger to your preference, whether you like it rare or well-done. On top of the rice, it was a great combination. I enjoyed every bite until the end. I wish they would offer this at the Sakai branch too. Thank you for the meal!

The quality of the meat was good. I had made a reservation through Tabelog, but the restaurant was not aware of it, so I had to wait a bit before being seated. The seating was not ideal as there was a lot of smoke from the fatty meat, indicating that the ventilation system may not be sufficient. Also, when I ordered drinks verbally, the order for the table next to mine was mistakenly included on my bill, so I recommend double-checking the order details during payment.

From Kawaichitenmi Station, a 2-minute walk from the station, there was a restaurant that was so delicious that I couldn't believe it was there, just 10 minutes from Tennoji Station. The quality of the meat and the cost performance were perfect in every way. Usually I eat it with salt, but I heard that it's delicious with marinade, so I tried eating everything with marinade. To be honest, as someone who prefers salt, it was a bit too strong in flavor for me, but it had a sweetness to it and was delicious. It was my first time trying raw beef liver, and it was tender and went well with the egg, highly recommended. The horse mackerel also had a sweetness to it and wasn't too fatty, it was delicious. I think the marinade would go well with those who drink alcohol or eat white rice, so I recommend it. The fact that it's only a 2-3 minute walk from Tenbi Station is also a great convenience.

I had a 200g hamburger for lunch. It was quite delicious. It might be the best hamburger I've ever had. The service was average, but the price of 990 yen for 150g is too cheap. I'll try the meat next time. I found a good restaurant after a long time!

There is a restaurant called "Yakiniku Kojima Hanare" located a little north of Kawauchitenjin Station on the Kintetsu Minami Osaka Line. Yakiniku Kojima is a well-known yakiniku restaurant in Habikino, known for its A5-ranked wagyu beef sukiyaki bento priced at ¥990. Today, instead of the popular "rare hamburger," I ordered the A5-ranked wagyu beef sukiyaki bento. It comes with Kojima's original sauce-soaked rice, topped with tofu, shirataki noodles, and A5 wagyu beef. The shirataki noodles seemed a bit too much, but the A5 sukiyaki beef had a rich fatty taste with a strong soy sauce flavor. Breaking the egg yolk over it made the taste milder and enjoyable. They also offer a mixed bento with rare steak for an additional fee, and you can upgrade it to include beef bone broth for an extra 300 yen. Kojima, known for its rare hamburgers, also offers other delicious lunch options worth trying.

You can enjoy a rare black wagyu hamburger at this yakiniku restaurant called Kojima, where I had it in Sakai. The hamburger can also be enjoyed at affiliated stores.
