On a Sunday afternoon, there were about 20 people waiting in line, but the turnover was quick and we were seated in about 15 minutes. The thin noodles were very easy to eat, and I finished my bowl in no time. The gyoza was also delicious. It felt special because it's only available in Kyushu.

I visited this place again because I wanted to eat the ramen I had during my last trip to Hakata. I was prepared to wait in line, but when I arrived around noon, the turnover was quick and the wait time was short. I had the Hakata Shinshin Ramen for 760 yen, and I chose the firmness of the noodles. The soup here is not too rich and really delicious! They also have set meals during weekday lunchtime, which is a great deal.

On the second day of my business trip in Fukuoka on August 29th (Tuesday), I had lunch at "Hakata Ramen Shin-Shin Hakata PARCO store". I chose the "F lunch" for 1,130 yen (tax included), which includes a choice of Hakata Champon, plate udon, or yakisoba, plus half-fried rice. The young person with me ordered the "yakisoba", while I chose the "plate udon". The noodles arrived shortly after! The young person exclaimed, "Wow!! This is just regular yakisoba!! I came to Hakata and ordered regular yakisoba..." It seems like they were imagining a different kind of yakisoba. (laughs) Now, here is a brief review.
- Plate Udon: I think this is a genre called Hakata plate udon. It is a Chinese-style fried udon with thin noodles instead of fried soba with a sauce like yakisoba. The ingredients include kamaboko and chikuwa. I couldn't really taste the seafood, but overall, I think it's quite delicious!!
- Half-fried rice: This dish has a decent amount of "normal fried rice" rather than "half-fried rice". It is a neatly cooked fried rice with ham or kamaboko. It's also delicious! However, I wonder if they use pork bone soup for this? The fried rice has a strong pork bone flavor! I'm full now. Thank you for the meal!

This was my second time at Shin Shin, but my first time at this location! It was during Obon, so there were about 10 people in line, but the turnover was so fast that we were seated surprisingly quickly haha. I ordered the regular tonkotsu ramen and the soup was really delicious, making me feel happy. I will definitely go back again!!

I visited "Hakata Ramen shin-shin Fukuoka PARCO store" a 3-minute walk from Tenjin Station. I arrived around 8 p.m. on Saturday and was the 8th in line. I was able to enter in about 15 minutes. I ordered the Hakata shin-shin ramen for 760 yen. It was served very quickly. The pork bone soup had a gentle flavor without any unpleasant smell, and it was delicious. The straight ultra-thin noodles were firm but had a good chewiness that paired well with the soup. I enjoyed it until the last bite. Personally, I don't understand why it's considered the most popular in Hakata.

I had these when I traveled to Hakata. Tomachan is a ramen with pork bone broth, tomatoes, and champon. Each ingredient stood out and it was incredibly delicious! Shinshin Ramen had a milky and mild yet rich pork bone soup. When you eat the ultra-thin noodles, you can really feel like you're having Hakata-style ramen. There was always a line in front of the restaurant, both when we went in and when we left, showing that it was definitely a popular spot.

I went to the Shin Shin branch after visiting Tenjin for sightseeing from Kansai and feeling a little hungry on the way back. The conclusion is, average!!! I don't know how the taste of the main store is, but I felt that there are much tastier tonkotsu ramen shops in Kansai. I couldn't understand why this place is so popular. I think it's worth reconsidering if it falls short of the main store. I assume that the branch has the same taste as the main store. It was very disappointing. I will definitely not visit again. This is a critical review for tourists to refer to.

The ramen is quite delicious. The soup is not fishy and easy to eat, with a great umami flavor. The noodles are well-cooked and the Hakata ramen is of high quality. The egg and chashu are also well-made, no complaints there. I happened to arrive at a good time and was served quickly, but there was a line forming when I left.

Yesterday, I couldn't get the fried rice and ramen set, so today I'm determined to get it. Since I'm in Fukuoka, I plan to go to my favorite Akakorenn, but unfortunately I don't have the energy or time to walk. It's past 12 o'clock, and I secretly visited this place in the underground of PARCO, which I thought was a hidden gem, but there are still about 10 people lining up. Nevertheless, the main store a little further away clearly has a long line of tourists, so it's not that bad in comparison. Although I had to wait in line, the ramen here has a good turnover rate and the line moves quickly. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I reached the counter. I ordered the lunch menu ramen and half-fried rice set, which arrived in about 5 minutes. I topped it with pickled ginger and sesame seeds. What I like about ShinShin is the thin noodles. The firm, al dente noodles boiled just right pair perfectly with the soup. However, today's soup was slightly saltier and greasier than usual. I've never felt this way at the main store or Sumiyoshi... maybe they're tired? I finished the noodles and fried rice, and usually I would debate whether to order an extra serving, but today I can't eat anymore. Maybe my condition isn't the best. So, I have deducted 0.1 point from my previous rating. Maybe I'll visit the Sumiyoshi store next time? Thank you for the meal.

I thought there would be less waiting, but when I arrived at 12 o'clock, I had to wait for 40 minutes. I was able to sit and wait, so it wasn't too painful. Finally tried the Hakata ramen. The broth was amazing, so I couldn't eat the chashu, but the noodles were thin and easy to eat, and delicious.

I visited Shin-Shin because I was craving ramen. There was a line of people waiting outside the restaurant, but I managed to get in without any trouble. I wanted to try the most popular ramen with boiled egg, but they were sold out, so I ended up ordering regular ramen with an extra serving of noodles. The soup was not too strong in flavor and the straight thin noodles matched well, making it easy to eat. The extra noodles were a bit more than I expected.

ShinShin, a very popular Hakata ramen chain in Fukuoka, has many stores. If you go on a Saturday afternoon, there will be a line! I think there were about 20 people lined up, but the turnover rate is fast so we were able to get into the restaurant in about 30 minutes. They have a wide variety of menu items such as champon and yakisoba, but since it was my first time, I decided to go with a simple tonkotsu ramen with a boiled egg topping. Other toppings available include wood ear mushrooms, green onions, and chashu. The noodles were quite thin! The ramen was incredibly delicious, and even though I don't usually drink much soup, I ended up drinking a lot because it was so good. I also bought some soup base to try making it at home since it was so delicious.

I ordered the boiled egg tonkotsu ramen (890 yen). I asked for the noodles to be firm. The noodles were ordinary thin noodles and the soup was not too heavy. The pork bone broth, noodles, and soup all had a safe, ordinary taste and there was nothing particularly surprising. I had eaten Shin-Shin cup ramen recently, and I thought that it would probably be even more delicious than this. However, apart from the noodles, the taste was almost the same as cup ramen. I'm not sure if it's because the company that makes cup ramen puts in a lot of effort, or if the actual product is just decent. Since it was below my expectations, I rated it lower. This store is located in Fukuoka Parco. It's within walking distance from the main store, so I recommend visiting here when you're tired of waiting in line at the main store. When I visited, there was a line of about 20 people at the main store, so I came here instead. The store is located in a corner of the underground area where various restaurants are lined up. There are booth seats and counter seats, and groups of two or more are seated in the booth seats. There were baskets for storing belongings under the seats. When I visited, it was still early in the evening, around 5 o'clock, so it was not full.

I visited this place on a whim. There were many food stalls around, but I didn't know where to go, so I chose this popular spot. There were empty seats, but I wasn't seated right away. There must be some kind of rule at this restaurant. I had the highball ramen. The soup had no unpleasant odor. It was delicious, but I wonder if it lacks a punch for the locals. It goes down easily. If this is the quality, I hope they come to Tokyo. I was already full, so I sadly gave up on getting extra noodles.

shinshin is eaten at Hakata Station and other places, and it is delicious as expected. Hakata ramen is often completed by adding red ginger, sesame, sauce, etc., but shin-shin is already complete without adding anything else. When it is brought to you and you drink the soup, it's already perfect, and there is no overpowering taste or spiciness. It is right in the middle, right in the middle, which tends to make things unsatisfying. However, right in the middle, it's a perfect 100 points. The phrase "Don't add anything, don't subtract anything" was used in a Suntory commercial, but shin-shin is a company that deserves to use this phrase (even though they add a lot).

I used GW to stop by Fukuoka on my way home and finally visited Hakata Ramen Shin Shin, which I had wanted to try for a long time. Since the main store in Tenjin is known for long lines, I visited the Fukuoka Parco store for the first time. There wasn't much of a line at the Fukuoka Parco store, so I was able to enter in about 5 minutes and ordered the Hakata Shin Shin Ramen. The ramen was served in about 1 minute. The tonkotsu soup had a light and easy-to-eat flavor without any strong taste, and it was delicious. There was also homemade chili oil on the table, so I tried adding it to the ramen halfway through for a different flavor, and that was delicious too. It was my first time trying it, but it was as delicious as I had expected.

I have been relying on instant bag noodles, and my eldest son has been to Fukuoka many times but it seems difficult to eat at the actual shop (always long lines, and some people even collapsed in the cold). I searched and found this place instead of the main store. We lined up, but we were quickly guided inside because the turnover was fast. It was my first time, so I tried the most popular ramen with simmered egg. My son was impressed from start to finish. I think you shouldn't compare it to instant bag noodles, but I felt that it faithfully reproduced the authentic taste. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Long-awaited visit. Ordered Shinsin Ramen. The noodles were quite thin, so asking for them to be firm was the right choice. The chashu was 2 slices, about 2 millimeters thick. Not very strongly seasoned. Wood ear mushrooms, green onions, and pickled ginger were on the table, so you could take as much as you like. Today was a hit with all the restaurants visited. A certain artist's favorite place. It was a long-awaited visit. The staff's service was also good. Completely satisfied with everything.

This was the thinnest noodles I've ever had in ramen! It was delicious~♡ I also tried a bite of my child's fried rice and spicy cod roe fried rice, and they were delicious too! I prefer richer ramen, but when I want something light, I will definitely come here! Even though it's light, the pork bone flavor is really strong! We arrived at 20:30 and there were about 6 people waiting in line, so I thought it would be annoying to share a table, but surprisingly it was fine! By the time we left around 21:00, there were more than 10 people waiting in line!

The fried rice was too salty and had a strong flavor. It was clumpy and had a chewy texture, making it difficult to eat. Maybe it was made in advance? A bit disappointing. The grilled ramen had a strong Worcestershire sauce flavor. It might be tastier if the pork bone flavor was more prominent. Thank you for the meal.
