You can tell by tasting that both the soft and hard breads, as well as the Danish pastries, have flavors that match the image, although they are not flashy. They have a natural and satisfying feeling when eaten, backed by solid techniques that give a serious impression. However, the atmosphere of the shop feels too formal with its predominantly black color scheme, making it seem intimidating. It would be nice if there was a bit more of a friendly, down-to-earth atmosphere in the shop. The limited variety and quantity of bread is also a concern. They are definitely making bread that doesn't get boring, so if they can add a little more variety, it seems like they could become trendy.

I had some errands in Yao, a place I rarely visit, so I searched for a bakery in the area. I was wondering what to do with my car since it seemed like the bakery was along a residential street, but luckily there was parking space for two cars right in front of the shop! The bakery had a stylish feel to it. It was a little past 9 in the morning, so they didn't have a wide variety of bread available. However, they had some trendy-looking bread on display. I chose a croissant (185 yen), a sausage and egg pie (220 yen), and a baked curry bread (225 yen), and then noticed the raisin bread (200 yen) which my husband loves, so I ended up with two sweet treats. I had half of the croissant as a snack, and it was delicious. The Danish pastry was crispy, and the nuts and butter went well with coffee. Half wasn't enough for me, so I saved the rest for breakfast. The pie could be served as an appetizer on a plate with salad or something, and you could eat it with a fork and knife without feeling out of place. I'm sorry to call it a side dish bread. The curry bread had thin bread dough! The curry sauce had a meaty texture, with a subtle sweetness, giving it an adult taste. And the raisin bread was really delicious. It was unexpectedly good. At first glance, I thought it was a hard bread, but the sweet dough paired perfectly with the raisin cream! This was also great with coffee. I felt happy from the morning. Thank you for the meal.

Today, after inspecting the Cyclone, I went to a highly rated ramen shop in Yao on my way back, but unfortunately it was closed. I ended up finding a bakery and decided to buy some bread instead. I found a bakery with a parking lot for two cars and a bicycle parking area. The interior was chic. I chose the following bread: Croissant for 150 yen - crispy texture with a hint of softness and a good aroma. The buttery flavor is subtle, making it easy to eat on its own or with a meal. Maple and walnut bread for 155 yen - it has a nice sweet aroma, a slight sweetness, a chewy texture, and a crunchy walnut taste. It's great as a snack. Baguette for 215 yen - a light and crispy baguette. It's delicious when topped with something and toasted. It's easy to customize, although it may be a bit bland with just olive oil. The Cyclone has evolved, and so should the bunker. I'm curious to see how this bakery evolves. Thank you for the meal.

After eating ramen and enjoying some sweets in Yao, I decided to buy some bread at a bakery. I did some research and found a bakery a short drive away. Following a narrow one-way alley, I spotted a small sign. Inside the bakery, the chic interior was mostly black, giving off a stylish vibe. Since I arrived in the late afternoon, there were only 5-6 types of bread left, with just 1-2 pieces of each. This indicated that the bakery was quite popular. From the limited selection, I bought two items. One was a cupcake-shaped Kugelhopf, which resembled an upside-down cupcake. However, it was bread, not cake, with layers similar to a croissant. I love the sensation when biting into it. The other was a brioche with plenty of tea leaves, giving off a fragrant aroma of black tea and lemon. It was topped with lemon marmalade, creating a lemon tea-like flavor in the mouth. I would love to try more bread from this bakery, but I need to go earlier next time.

In a quiet alley in Yao, I found a bakery called "Noix" that specializes in hard breads. The owner has been running the shop for 5 years. I bought a baguette for 198 yen and a black bean bread for 198 yen. The black bean bread was sweet and fluffy, while the baguette had a nice wheat aroma. I enjoyed both of them and would definitely visit again when I'm in the area. Thank you for the delicious bread!

In the past, this area used to be a shopping district, but now it's completely residential. Suddenly, a bakery appeared with a nice exterior and a small parking lot. It was mid-afternoon and many items were already sold out, but all the bread looked delicious. The An Pan for 148 yen (excluding tax) and the Fig and Orange bread for 188 yen (excluding tax) were both sweet and tasty. Considering the quality and price, it was a good deal. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I love bread. I heard rumors that this place has delicious bread so I was excited to try it. I got a variety of bread including petit French bread, croissant, Danish, sandwich with pastrami beef and pumpkin, cranberry and cream cheese, and hard bread for my dog Wan-chan. The store had a sign saying they don't use margarine with saturated fats. Overall, I felt the prices were very reasonable. The bread was very delicious, so I think the cost performance is quite high. I wish the pumpkin sandwich had more filling throughout instead of just at the edges. I also couldn't taste the unique flavor of the hard bread when I chewed on it. The berry Danish leaked juice from the plastic case, making the inside of the outer bag sticky. Some improvements are needed. Also, the Danish could use a bit more of the crispy texture that is typical of Danish pastries. I love the bread from Tsuoppu in Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture, so I tend to compare everything to that. I visit various bakeries in Yao City, but this is one of the few that I would like to come back to.

I am addicted to topping hard (sometimes soft) bread with lots of fillings and enjoying it to the fullest! I have been visiting various shops and have lost track of where I bought what, so I decided to keep a memo. 1. Preferred way of eating A. Almost no strong taste, so can be eaten as a main dish or snack! B. Has a sour taste, so might be good with cream cheese and raw sugar! C. Just as a snack! Main dish: potato & tomato & mentaiko mayo, corn mayo Snack: butter & raw sugar, cream cheese & raw sugar, raw sugar 2. Texture when toasted A: Crispy and crunchy B: Quite hard and crunchy 3. The almond coffee pastry has a fluffy and soft texture with a pleasant coffee aroma that is not too sweet and delicious. The croissant pastry is coated with caramel, giving it a crunchy texture with a nice nutty crunch from walnuts, making it delicious. It tastes similar to a kouign-amann. The walnut and raisin pastry has a slightly chewy texture with plenty of raisins. The tartness of the raisins complements the nutty crunch of walnuts, making it delicious. The asparagus bacon pastry has a soft texture with a good aroma of bacon, asparagus, and cheese, surprisingly light and delicious. The cranberry roll has cocoa pastry topped with cookie dough and filled with lots of cranberries, giving it a nice popping texture that pairs well with the cream cheese tang, making it delicious. The mentaiko bread has a crispy exterior and a chewy interior with a good wheat aroma. The saltiness of the mentaiko enhances the sweetness of the bread, making it delicious. The store is bright and stylish, with a wide variety of bread to choose from, making it difficult to decide. There are also elaborate bread options available. The prices are reasonable, making it easy to buy a variety of bread. All the bread purchased was delicious. The staff is polite and friendly, allowing you to take your time to choose. I will definitely visit again when I am in the area.

Near Yao Station, there is a bakery with a unique atmosphere and friendly staff. The Cheese Croissant had a crispy surface with a savory cheese topping and a rich, buttery taste. The Cream Pan had a standard brioche dough with a sweet custard filling. The Raisin and Cream Cheese bread had a fruity flavor with a generous amount of cream cheese. The Melon Pan was light and fluffy with a slightly sweet cookie-like topping. The Anko bread was sweet with a soft and moist texture. The Platinum Bread had a dense and slightly salty taste. Overall, the bakery offers a variety of pastries with intense flavors, which may appeal to those who enjoy rich and bold tastes.
