A bar in Nihonbashi has relocated to a place just off Sakaisuji Street and has been renovated. Let's go for a drink. I thought it was a standing bar, but I was able to sit on a chair. The system seems to be self-service where you can take drinks and snacks from the refrigerator. I enjoyed my recent favorite shochu highball with shikuwasa. I chose bintoro for my snack. The thin pink flesh is sticky and delicious. I asked to have the grilled squid reheated and it tasted just like freshly grilled. They recommended eating it with soy sauce mayonnaise.
