I found MUJI on Sanban-gai and decided to go in because it looked like a place where I could get plenty of fresh vegetables. I ordered grated daikon radish fried chicken and tofu hamburger. The steamed vegetables had a variety of options and I could taste the natural flavors of the vegetables. The soup had a gentle taste and the main dishes were delicious with plenty of vegetables.

Before heading to Umegoto, we decided to grab a bite to eat. We lined up before the restaurant opened, and more and more people started to join the line. I chose the "Marinated Horse Mackerel" dish. I opted for steamed vegetables. One of my friends changed their order to pork steamed instead. There were vegetables that I don't usually eat, so I asked my friend who knows a lot about vegetables, "What is this?" as I enjoyed the meal. I learned it was beets and red turnips! I feel like I had the same dish before at Daimaru (laughs). It was packed with vegetables, perfect for women. I was worried if I could finish the regular portion of rice, but I had no problem at all.

Y-chan and I went to Umeda. We had a late lunch here... I also had a Minoh Beer's Saru IPA. The Ebi-mayo chili and tofu hamburger with plenty of vegetables was a healthy meal (1080 yen). The rice portion was small. The light milk soup, steamed vegetables with ponzu, and the tofu hamburger and Ebi-mayo were all lightly seasoned and had a stable taste.

Tandoori chicken with lots of vegetables green curry - good (lots of vegetables and tasty, but the main dish was just average)
Pork loin and shiitake balsamic sauté [changed to steamed pork in a steamer] - good (balsamic sauce was good, but shiitake mushrooms were lacking, would have liked another piece of pork)
Singha [Thailand] - good (refreshing and easy to drink)

I visited on a regular night. I waited for about 5 minutes, but it was not a big deal. Perfect for a quick meal. It's a convenient place to eat, with lots of vegetables and good value for money. It's also close to the station. Of course, it's delicious. It's not a place to linger, but I think it's recommended for those living alone and in need of more vegetables!

The restaurant offers sets with steamed vegetables, as the name suggests. The brown rice used is a sixteen-grain blend, which seems very healthy. The portions are quite generous, so you'll definitely feel satisfied. The steamed vegetables include cabbage, baby corn, and others, all cooked to a soft and delicious texture. The soy milk soup has a gentle flavor that I enjoyed. For the main dish, I chose the tofu hamburger and grated daikon for a light option, but there are also options with stronger flavors available on the menu, which is great for choosing based on your mood that day.

During a weekday around 2pm, the restaurant was 80% full. Feeling hungry, I decided to try the shop in front of me. Orders were placed completely through mobile devices. Each dish came with soup and steamed vegetables. I struggled to choose, but ended up selecting the pork loin and balsamic vinegar-style shiitake mushrooms. It was healthy and delicious.

You can enjoy a variety of main dishes with steamed vegetables as the main focus, allowing for a balanced meal. The set meals offer a wide selection of main and side dishes, providing a well-balanced meal for your body. You can enjoy a satisfying amount of food and variety for just a little over 1000 yen. Despite the assumption that the clientele is mostly women, there are also many men dining alone who seem to enjoy the ample portions and the opportunity to have a well-balanced meal in a casual setting.

I visited for the second time at the end of the year. You can eat a well-balanced set meal, and it is conveniently located in the underground area of Hankyu Umeda. When you feel like eating some vegetables, want to quickly find a seat, or crave for brown rice, this place is recommended for women! The restaurant itself is not very spacious, so the distance between tables is relatively close.

I visited Hankyu Sanbangai for the first time. I wanted to have a healthy lunch, so I decided to go there. The shrimp chili was plump and spicy, with a satisfying texture. The staff came to take my order, and when asked about the rice portion, I said "normal," but I recommend getting either "slightly larger" or "large" portion.

It's a healthy and stylish set meal restaurant that is easy to enter. There are plenty of vegetables. The taste of the main tandoori chicken is light but satisfying with a good portion. It's nice that you can choose the amount of rice. During lunchtime, the restaurant is quite crowded and popular. The atmosphere is not conducive to relaxing, so the turnover is fast. There were quite a few solo diners as well.

- Soy milk soup
After my KIREIMO appointment, I had a slightly late lunch at this place in Umeda. The restaurant seemed nice and had a relatively good turnover rate, making it easy for solo diners to get a seat. They offer healthy options with lots of steamed vegetables. One of the reasons I chose this place was because they had shrimp mayo chili on the menu. I had a hard time deciding, but ended up choosing the shrimp mayo chili and tempura set. The rice was served promptly, and the shrimp looked plump and delicious. The tempura also looked appetizing. The steamed vegetables were colorful and the soy milk soup was packed with vegetables. The sixteen-grain rice was a nice touch. The shrimp had a perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors. The steamed vegetables were delicious on their own, but also tasted great with a bit of ponzu sauce. The tempura was crispy and had a flavor I really liked. The soy milk soup was surprisingly tasty, with a gentle flavor from the soy milk and vegetables. I left feeling satisfied. I think I'll come back here for a solo meal in Umeda next time.

I went to Musi-vege+ in Hankyu Sanbangai. When I went to Umeda during my visit home, it was crowded on Saturday. When I tried to eat at Sanbangai, there was a long wait! I waited, but in the cold winter, steamed vegetables are nice instead of salad. Also, I was happy with the variety of options! The Yannyeom chicken had a strong seasoning, but it went well with rice and I ate it all up. If I had to say, I would have preferred miso soup instead of soy milk soup... it's just a matter of preference. Thank you for the meal!

<First Visit> I skipped breakfast and by 3 PM, I was quite hungry. The exterior of the restaurant caught my eye, so I decided to give it a try. The menu offered a variety of set meals with different combinations, making it hard to choose. I ended up going for a hearty set meal with fried chicken, vegetables, and tofu hamburger. The portion was very filling, and I was completely satisfied! The tofu hamburger was delicious too. The restaurant had plenty of seating including sofa seats, allowing customers to relax not only during the meal but also after enjoying dessert. Good value for money. Thank you for the meal.

Hankyu Sanbangai, B2F restaurant floor, musi-vege+ is popular for its steamed vegetables and well-balanced rice. You often see a line of women waiting. The Ebi-mayo chili and eggplant and zucchini with chicken and black vinegar sauce for 1,200 yen. The shrimp is firm, the coating is crispy like tempura. The black vinegar sauce includes fried chicken with vegetables, but it was a bit tough. The steamed vegetables and hearty miso soup were enjoyable. It's nice to be able to eat various vegetables easily. I like both white rice and brown rice, but I also like rice that is good for the body. It's been about 3 years since I last visited, but I ended up ordering the exact same menu, which made me laugh. The customers are not only women but also men, and there are many solo diners. It's great to be able to eat a well-balanced meal even when dining alone. I don't have the energy to make something like this after work. The narrow space between tables is a bit of a concern, but overall, it was a delightful meal. musi-vege+ Hankyu Sanbangai store, 06-6940-7039, Osaka, Osaka, Kita-ku, Shibata 1-1, Hankyu Sanbangai Minami-kan B2F.

Great cost performance. When you want to have a hearty dinner, you can feel energized by enjoying various side dishes, a gentle soup with lots of vegetables, steamed vegetables, and sixteen-grain rice. They also offer large portions! With a wide variety of menu options, there is definitely something that you will want to eat.

I had some errands in Umeda and decided to have lunch at this place I happened to find, as it seemed good for my health. Even though it wasn't even 11:30 yet, the place was already full with a waiting list of 2 groups. This must mean it's good. I ordered the seasonal special "Chestnut Pork Caesar Salad and Yannnyom Chicken". First, I tried the Caesar salad. The sweet dressing with pork was a great combination! The Yannnyom Chicken was crispy and the sauce was sweet and savory. The steamed vegetables were flavorful. The rice was multi-grain rice, as expected. It was delicious and good for my body. Nothing to complain about when it's tasty and healthy!

I went for lunch at a slightly later time. It seemed like a popular choice among health-conscious women as the seats were full. I ordered the shrimp mayo chili set, which came with sixteen-grain rice, steamed vegetables, taro, and soy milk soup. The shrimp mayo chili had a slightly spicy sauce, and the steamed vegetables included cabbage, eggplant, pumpkin, carrots, bell peppers, purple cabbage, beets, and a small amount of greens. I enjoyed them with ponzu sauce.

There is a restaurant in Hankyu Sanbangai where you can eat vegetable steamed dishes. I have been curious because there are a lot of women passing by. Looking at the menu, it seems that various main dishes come with seasonal vegetable steamed dishes as a set. The tofu hamburger with grated daikon, the dry-textured tofu hamburger, the steamed dish served with ponzu sauce, the gentle soup made with soy milk, and the generous portion of 16-grain rice with quinoa, red rice, and amaranth are all included.
